Friendly staff for starters they answered the phone professionally, knew the deals that were going on, food was on point. Will be going back in the future

Always great food and service from the Columbus Pizza Hut!

Just picked up 2 pizza's. One was supposed to have extra marinara. Apparently they used the marinara from my other pizza because one of them didn't have any marinara.

Very bad experience. I asked for raspberry lemonade and I got raspberry water so they had to remake it. I ordered a Salad with blue cheese dressing Xtra Blu cheese and I got one container of bc dressing and one the said house on the top which was ranch dressing. We asked them to replace it with house and she brought the same house dressing it just didn't have a top with a label. We then asked to box us the five pieces we had left because we just wanted to go home and eat it when we got home. We were so upset about the poor service we forgot the pizza. We called to see if they still had it so we could pick it up and they actually told us there was a pizza in the warmer like we ordered and there were only three pieces left. The workers actually ate two pieces and were leaving it in the warmer so they could finish it themselves. I actually thought that would put it in the warmer with all 5 pieces left or put it in the cooler to see if we called. We'll we did call but the employees already started finishing off out pizza. They didn't offer to replace it or hold it for us but instead a half hour we left the employees decided to eat it themselves. They kept making mistakes with our order and then ate our pizza. I would stay away from this place. One of the employees who had just finished talking to a customer started dropping f bombs about how stupid the person was. The least they could have done was replace the pizza for the pizza they ate and the constant mess ups with our order.

Called to check on our delivery status, and the person on the other end of the phone got annoyed and hung up. Called back and got someone else, and they said they were understaffed and were using doordash for deliveries. Took over an hour to get to us. Have had issues with deliveries the last couple of times as they were using doordash to supplement actually having full staff.

Ate here tonight and the service was excellent! Super quick and the food was hot!

Food was wonderful/fresh. Staff was friendly. Order was ready in a timely manner!

So I called Pizza Hut today which is March 22nd 2024. Ok so let’s get to the problem first time I called I couldn’t even understand the man who talked to me and I said umm hold on can I and then they hung up on me. So then I called right back and another young man answered and I asked to speak to the manager and I was on the phone for over an hour. At that point I’m over it. Pizza Hut is not what it used to be when I was younger if you ask me Pizza Hut here in Columbus needs to leave and be replaced with a different pizza place like Marcos.

Use the party room for small gathering. Dianna the manager, who is very accommodating

Drive thru is nice, delivery is a rip off. Dine in is closed more often than not. Other locations are much better, this location is maybe 2.5 stars on a good day!

The melts from Pizza Hut are so delicious, you have to try them only $6.99 for 2

Unimpressive. Ordered 2 pan pizza's but they gave me regular crust which is annoying but worse I paid more for a Pepperoni Lovers pizza and they gave us just a regular ole Pepperoni with like 13 Pepperoni's on it . . I would like to get what i pay for, ya know. Underwhelming pizza but decent customer service. . . They just need to read the order better when preparing it.

Love this location!. There was an online order discrepancy, and they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. They were very polite and generous. Love the staff here. Food wad prompt and came out delicious as usually.

Not bad, food is warm and lettuce is nasty on the sandwich, but otherwise it's ok when the right people are working. It's Sunday the 30th of October and pizza was ordered for delivery at 6:40pm. Tracker says 7:15 to be delivered and now it's after 7:30. Hope this has nothing with not leaving a tip on the app as I have cash for that but that doesn't matter to the delivery guy cause he only sees no tip so now our food sits getting later and later. Happens 9/10 of the time so we limit eating there. Still can't get a well done cooked pizza for the life of me. Guess these cook can read English or listen when they are told things. They just go by the factory erector book on building pizza's for dummies and can't see anything else that the customer asks for on my Feb 19th order.

I’ve tried pizza huts around the Omaha area and have been very disappointed. Saw the $9.99 sale and was going to see family in Columbus so gave it a try. Well first of all actually had great customer service, offering me cheese, pepper, even plates/napkins. Then the pizza literally took be back in the 90’s when Pizza Hut was on top of everything. It was so glorious, the staff there should train other Pizza Hut locations

Pizza, pasta, breadaticks, and garlic bread were all really good.

It has been the second time that I come to get food and they mess it up! Plus the lady on the phone is always laughing and not listening! Can’t even get my wings order right, I ordered mild and got plain!!!

Ordered carryout. Arrived 2-3 minutes after the quoted time, instead of my order being done, I find out that they didn't make half of my order. So I had to wait 8 additional minutes to get the other half of my food. They didn't discount my order, comp any drinks or anything for their screw-up.

My order was delicious and my special request for extra sauce for my sandwich was just right!

The delivery person didn't even deliver the pizza I had to walk to the front of the hotel to get my pizza. Delivery is YOU BRING IT TO THE HOTEL ROOM. He was being lazy

Have had problems almost every time whether that be not bringing sauces or napkins and forks or drinks its ridiculous have you drivers do a check to make sure they grab everything its pathetic

Tried the melts. My husband liked his pepperoni lovers. I got a beef & bacon. The bacon was gross. Chunks of fat, no meat. It looked like pieces of worms. Never again.

We have bought pizzas here a handful of times, they have been pretty good, only reason for the 4 stars is because every time we have gone inside to place the order, the place looks more like someone's house than a restaurant (a lot of employees hoodies, personal items and other things on the tables and around the place) they just put a sign to say dine in is closed due to staff shortage which we understand but I believe that's not a reason to have the place like that, they should still try to hold the restaurant image

If you want pizza just go somewhere else. The worse service in Columbus.

we were super excited to take our mom here hoping for a wide variety of food for mother’s day ended up being not a lot of selection and still $70 for 5 people. not very sanitary.. had to wipe off our chairs because of the food all over it.

Sign in window said dining room opened, but the door was locked. We ended up going to Burger King, whose dining was opened. We really wanted pizza, especially after driving 40 miles.

On my own visiting here and tried this PIzza Hut. The food was quite good, well presented, tasty, to normal PH standards, but the cleaniness of the place struck me. I had to clean my chair to sit on it, (trash on it), noticed various trash around the floor under tables etc. The toilets were very poor. Green growth at the waterline of the urinal, dirty mirror, dirty basin, dirty floor, walls. Yuk. I know not all PHs are like this, but its put me off. And it was only early evening, I was the only one there to start with, then 1 couple arrived. So lots of staff unoccupied.

The only reason I chose my answer was I know due to the shortage of employees things take longer, so even though I ordered on line I still had to wait almost 30 minutes and my food was cold.

The ladies at the window were friendly and upbeat (a lot of places are short staffed in our Columbus, NE area and the staffs attitude shows) this was not the case when I drove through! My pizza order was correct and hot when I was 15 mins past my scheduled pick up! She wished me a great evening and I left feeling very satisfied and happy myself! Great job to the Columbus location!

Ordering online is so easy and quick. The pizza was delicious and the service was great when I picked the pizza up.

Food was hot. Order was correct. The delivery was right on time actually it was earlier then scheduled.

I ordered cheesesticks and they were stale/cool when they arrive. It seemed like they were made early and put in the delivery bag to stay warm for several minutes before they were delivered. The driver may have had multiple deliveries with mine as well.

They were really nice, food was amazing, and overall was just one of the best experiences.

I ordered a 3 topping large pizza for carry out and they were out of one topping so they only gave me a 2 topping pizza. No discount. No coupon. Not a really great experience.

The ten dollar pizza that I got, actually cost me over 17 with tip and delivery. That would have been fine, but the pizza barely had anything on it. Build your own, but the onions were scarce, the tomatoes scarce, and the meatballs not even on every piece. it was a five dollar pizza to be honest

Always try the Supremo sandwich when I go to Pizza Hut. Some are hits and some are misses. Columbus was a hit. Staff was very good and service was fast and to the point. Yeah I know get pizza at a pizza joint and steak at a steakhouse, but this is something i give a shot. Will be back when I'm back in the area.

I ordered the supreme Pazone and it was very flat. Hardly any cheese or toppings. My daughter ordered the pepperoni Pazone and hers was good. The staff was friendly.

What can I say. Its pizza (who doesnt like pizza) and hut (there isnt much better than a hut now) . Add them together and you get some of the best pizza and aumbions there is.

Last weeks pizzas really good: thin crust veggie lovers .... and they remembered to add the xtra cheese i paid an add'l $2 for; our other pizza, cheese lovers was also good yet kind of greasy though that may be cuz we got it in thin crust. Was ready on time & staff was pleasant when we arrived to pick up.
