Went to lunch with some friends and the entire meal was beyond expectations. If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant, you should definitely check it out.

Great place for pizza. Light and flavorful. The size of the pizza is enough for two people. Service is terrific and fast.

True Neapolitan pizza. It takes me back to Italy. The service was terrific. I will definitely return. Wednesday is half price wine night on bottles of wine. While I did not have wine the night I visited, they had a nice selection,

I was traveling for 1 day in Charlotte and while I was investigating for places to go for a good pizza, I found this one on articles and also in maps, this was the place chosen and I’m very happy that it was. This place is amazing, the pizza was super good, I loved the thin crust and I ordered the arugula salad, which was phenomenal, the balsamic dressing was really tasty and also the salad itself with the other ingredients. The restaurant has really good quality on their ingredients, and talking about the atmosphere is so beautiful and modern, I loved this place and definitely highly recommended. I’ll come back. Big shout out to Omar, I believe, that was my server, he was great, super friendly and hard worker, his service was amazing. Also the other staff members were very nice!

Wow! I was just here last night with my boyfriend celebrating a very special day for us. Let me tell you that having dinner at Pizzeria Omaggio was the way to end out very special day. The food was DELICIOUS!! please keep the seasonal pizza (Sorrentina) on the menu! David was great and everyone was so friendly. Our table was a little shaky and the host came over right away to stabilize our table (that has never happened to me at a restaurant) what a great service ALL around. Needless to say I’m looking forward to my next meal at Pizzeria Omaggio!

Pizzeria Omaggio is truly delicious and excellently managed by Daniel. He approached me right away and made an amazing meal. The ambiance was great, and the location is very convenient. I will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone to stop by Omaggio's. The food is not only fantastic, but the management and staff are also wonderful people.

True Roman pizza! Amazing! Wonderful service! We ate outside on the patio with dog, everyone was very nice to him. I meant to take pics of pizzas 🍕 but we devoured them too quickly!

Super cute thin-crust pizza place! My favorite was their margarita pizza! We also go free mini cannolis that were really good. The eggplant parm was a pass in my opinion. Decently affordable too with 3 pizzas and an app being $61.

Salad was subpar as the lettuce was old with many pieces browning and the dressing was basic. Pizza was good but not great (at least not 4.7 stars good).

Quick and easy place to grab some pizza that was totally fine. My socks are still on but I thought the prices, service and speed were all good. Straddled the line between fancy and casual, Mom and pop and chain.

A personal pizza costs $2.00 to make. And they charge $20. Will never go back. I'm sure they are bust, but then again the masses aren't very bright. It's a hood place to go, if you don't know how to cook or know the value if a dollar.

We loved this place! The food, the atmosphere, and the service we are all point! It felt modern and yet completely authentic. Omar was wonderfully attentive and made great recommendations.

Great food and even better atmosphere and service. Got the Antipasto and a Triple Cheese white pizza with red sauce. Matt was our server and he was outstanding, providing a clutch recommendation and being extremely attentive. Definitely recommend.

The people are polite. The place is clean and looks professionally designed and very well put together. The pizza was great, but was nowhere close to the greatest pizza I’ve ever had. Actually, it’s not even in the top 10. It is worth the price though and very much a valuable meal. I’ll probably come back here and eat some more.

The entire experience dining experience was excellent! We did not have reservations for a Saturday afternoon, but we were sat at a table outside, which provided beautiful views. Our server was very attentive, and the food came reasonably quick. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the calzone was even better. The hazelnut brownie was amazing!

We ordered the bolognese pasta & funghi pizza. They were good but nothing to rage about. Pasta was al dente but could have had more flavor, pizza was flavorful but short on amount of toppings and not exactly "crispy" as we ordered. For dessert, my partner ordered tiramisu and said it was good, I got the cannoli and they were pretty decent! (picture attached). Service was good at the beginning, but the amount of time it took us to be able to order the check & then to get our check... was almost unacceptable.

Super delicious! The only reason I gave it four stars was could not get past the meatballs being an “appetizer” but only had two - and they were normal size not jumbo. They should either let it be known on menu, server should say something, or move it to a side but 2 meatballs will not fed a table of 4. Pizza and meatballs tasted great though!

The food was pretty good. This was my first time coming to this restaurant. However, it was unfortunate my coworker found a hair in her food. The waitress apologized and took the food back for it to be made again, but not once did management come over and say anything. I thought that was very strange. Afterwards, a couple of the chefs came out the kitchen and I noticed they kept staring out our table. I’m not sure if they were looking to see if we were intentionally putting hair in our food but it became very uncomfortable being watched like that. However, I had a pizza it was very good. My coworker had a sandwich and salad which was also pretty tasty.

Loved it. Will request no garlic next time as I’m sensitive and they love it. Wine recommendation was TOP NOTCH. Fantastic pizza. Will return many times!!!

Stopped in for lunch today after spending a bunch of time looking at options around the courthouse to go to after jury duty and couldn't have been more happy with the choice here. The Italiano sub and Caesar it comes with were delicious and the Caesar was one of the best, if not the best tasting I've ever had. Service was prompt and pleasant and the place was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet for lunch time. Definitely on my list to come back to and try a lot more dishes and the pizza too.

Great pizza spot. Friendly staff and a nice seating area outside. The parking right out front was easy to access and was perfect for dinner. Or there is parking towards Trader Joe’s. They also have small noodles with red sauce or olive oil for the kids.

Just wanted to thank our server Ashley for an amazing dinner experience! She was very kind to us and checked on us to make sure everything was great! The pizza we had was amazing and exceeded our initial expectations. My personal favorite was the Prosciutto Funghi Pizza. Thank you so much for a great experience!

My best friend and I are visiting from South Florida. Phenomenal service, food and customer service! Vicky and Nicole were nothing short of amazing, accommodating and professional. Some of the best pizza I’ve had. I’m in the midst of transferring up here within the company I work for, and will definitely be ordering frequently once I get settled up here. Fantastic job guys!

Pizzeria Omaggio is amazing! The people there are really nice and helpful. They have lots of yummy food to choose from. I tried the Bucatini Amatriciana like they suggested, and it was super tasty! I can't wait to go back to Charlotte and have it again!

Thin crust pizza was soft. It was a thin crush and was mushi. They took pizza back and re cooked it. It was still soft. They never refilled our drinks. The staff was very rude. They have Hispanics making food. It's supposed to be an Italian place. I wouldn't want Italians making my Mexican food either. Do not go there!!!!!!

Many cool places to eat at in Downtown Charlotte, NC. This little pizza place was perfect. Crowd was just us during a weekday, near lunchtime. Perfect place to unwind and have a meal with our family. We really enjoyed ourselves. Food was excellent, service was efficient and timely, atmosphere was beautiful.

Wow! We were just in the area doing some shopping and found this gem. Wow, this place was amazing. It has some different Italian items that you just don't see every day. Everything was excellent! The staff was amazing, too. If you want something that is not your everyday pizza place, this is it.

This one is easy to get to, relatively easy to spot from Charlottetown Ave, occluded a little by the trees there. Parking is easy, with some limited open parking on Metropolitan Ave but plenty of pay parking available in the garages off Metropolitan. Overall the place is easy, fast, and relatively inexpensive. The food was not outstanding, which is not to say that it was bad at all. The food was good, no doubt, with reasonably-sized portions. We showed for a Friday evening dinner and the place was full in no time; clearly, it's popular. Our four all had entrees and not pizza; no one had any complaints about the food. Service was attentive and quick. It was obvious, though, that they are keen on flipping tables and keeping the customers coming and going. The dining room is not very big and gets rather congested. It also got quite loud. Bottom Line: easy, quick, and reasonable, this is a good place for a quick meal.

20/10 recommend eating at Omaggio Pizzeria! We had an 8 pm reservation and upon arriving early they let us know our “reserved” table was awaiting us. For a more upscale vibe, they are amazing for kid friendly. From the manager to the waitress to the hostess - they not only treated us with absolute amazing service but they provided Jensen (3) with the same dining respect. Haven Jarman is gluten sensitive and then made certain her pizza was within her dietary parameters. And with ordering dessert, Jensen swiped all the ice cream and the manager was so kind to give him his very own small scoop and refused payment! If you want a great, intimate and family friend dining expierence - seriously, go eat here!!

Food need more spice, very simple.

Tonight was my 3rd time dining here and my LAST. I walked in to find it was NOT busy. I was seated by the hostess and was told my waitress would be right over. A few minutes into me still waiting, two white gentlemen were sat directly beside me. A waitress passed me and immediately takes their drink order before they could even open the menu. Even those men noticed what happened and said it was rude. ALL the staff knew I was upset because I started to receive stares from them..I was even getting looks from the old prune behind the bar. No apology was given as I walked out, because clearly, it didn't matter to them. I have spent hundreds within the last week. But this place will never get another dime from me.

I've only had their pizzas, and they are enjoyable. I'm not a huge fan of the thin almost cracker-like crust, but that's more personal preference. Staff were super friendly and I'd be interested in trying their other dishes.

The food here is really good. The pizzas are a nice size, and they don't skimp on the cheese. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. The service is great, and the outdoor seating is sunny and quiet.

I found this place and wanted to give it a try. I was so happy to be able to see many vegetarian options available. But i was concerned about one thing and I called the place, and asked if the enzymes in the cheese are also vegetarian or not, because they claimed vegetarian for some many items in the menu (enzymes can be animal based or microbial enzymes. microbial is the one that's vegetarian and there are many varieties these days for those) They said no, cheese is the regular one. Sounded to me like he didn't even know himself as a manager. Then those items in the menu aren't vegetarian, as long as cheese is not. They cannot claim it is. So people who follow vegetarian diet should be aware of this fact.

We have been going to Pizzeria Omaggio for years. But after our experience tonight, we will not be back. First met with an unwelcoming hostess. Seemed we were bothering her. Management is trying to skimp on the ingredients. We ordered pizza margarita and were served a tomato pie instead. A soupy pie with a few small pieces of cheese. When we complained we were served another pie with even more sauce and less cheese. Seemed intentional. And were met with an aggressive manager whom insisted his tomato pie soup is a pizza margarita.

I ordered pizza from here based on the photos and 4.7 star reviews, I’m sorry, but if you only like bread and a minimal amount of cheese then this is your place. I expect more toppings for $18 to $20 per pizza. We spent over $80, and it was truly not worth it. I really don’t understand how it has the reviews, but simply will not return.

One of the best restaurants in Charlotte. I now live in Colorado and make a point to eat here every time I visit CLT. The food, wine, service, music, vibe, and overall experience is a 10/10. I recommend the Dolce Salato pizza - I think about it at least once a week….

Best pizza I have had in awhile!!

We have dined at Pizzeria Omaggio before and would recommend this place as a good date spot. On this trip we had the Buratta, Pesto Pasta and Cheese Pizza. The Pesto Pasta was delicious! The Buratta was not as creamy as in past visits and the Cheese Pizza was a 7.2 on a 10 point scale. Overall great place to have lunch or dinner in Midtown.

Margarita pizza was good. Very thin crust. Personal pizzas are a good size for one person. Say on the veranda. Nice spot, pizza wasn’t bad either.

The food is excellent, quite good, the problem is with the staff. They don't serve the customer as it is, then they have a bad face, then the saleswoman who served me, well, the truth is, she wasn't the best. I asked her for some spaghetti, she brought me some penne, and well, the truth is, the service was terrible. The best thing was the food but I honestly don't recommend the service because of the poor service they provide.

Stumbled upon this place for dinner a few nights, and was blown away. The quality of the food was incredible and our server was able to make really great recommendations. The restaurant itself is comfortable and intimate- it doesn't feel stuffy even though the food is extremely fresh and well-prepared which is the ideal. The decor is contemporary but not overly design, which all adds to the comfort and keeps the focus on quality. Upon our server's suggest we tried the Eggplant Parmigiana, the texture was crispy on the outside with melt in your mouth eggplant on the inside. We also tried the Emilia pizza on a whim after our server mentioned the freshness in the 'white' pizzas and were really pleasantly surprised by how well the flavors blend together. My only suggestion would be to bump up the chili flakes- the heat is great when you catch a bite with it, but the chili flakes were mostly in the very center of the pizza. We also tried the affogato, an item we order whenever it's available, and the espresso was rich and full-bodied, and the gelato was perfectly creamy. It was all very affordable considering how high quality all of the ingredients were. It's obvious that every detail is considered and the overall experience was wonderful. One of the few places in Charlotte that exceeded expectations.

Excellent genuine Italian cuisine & chef, and it shows in the taste & atmosphere. Very welcoming & friendly. Simply the best pizza I’ve had in Charlotte and one of the best in the USA! I don’t eat pizza much nowadays, but this one is irresistible 😁

We just moved into a new house & my husband wanted to try the pizza. I was busy so didn’t have much time to look at the menu so just asked him to get me the pasta fagioli soup. My husband said the pizza was ok, but it was tiny, toppings were scarce & cold. I’m from NY & with an Italian for 10 years, so when it comes to Italian food I admit I’m critical. The soup was no better than from a can & definitively not an authentic version. Because I was busy with moving, I failed to look at the description. It was just beans & noodles in a very salty broth. No flavor & definitely nothing like the proper stuff. It was also a tiny portion for $7. So tired of these restaurants not putting care into their food.
