The guys who were on shift this morning from about 9:30-Noon gave a masterclass in customer service. I was impressed by their customer service that I experienced first hand and also witnessed. They were extremely responsive and helpful to everyone I saw coming in and out of the cafe. Great work and great coffee!

My family & I stopped here for a quick break on our way to New Orleans. The service was impeccable, staff was super helpful in helping us choose our drinks and also really friendly. Passing through on the way to Houston we chose this place on the map where we met the Barista Zach. He shared his knowledge of the beans and history of the company. It was such a pleasure to meet him and when we come back through here we will definitely stop again. If we never do, we won’t forget him and our awesome experience. I would choose PJ’s again because of him. Thank you so much!

The BEST Sunday Morning treats ! From the sugar free Caramel Velvet Ice to the Colossal Cinnamon Rolls,.. PJ’s in Laplace just can’t be beat !!

11/10 experience! I always get a caramel crème with half the caramel flavor and PJs ALWAYS shows up! It’s obvious the owner Evin knows what he’s doing at this location!

Customer service is always A1 when we go. We ALWAYS get the beignets. Latte.... which are fresh & delicious!

It was great not having to ask what flavor syrups they had because the owners had a chalkboard with them all listed! They didn’t have the original flavor I wanted, but the barista was kind enough to share their favorite (rum barrel<not listed on the chalkboard; may not always be available) . It was splendid!

They are definitely not a Dutch Bros or Starbucks by any definition. They are good no doubt, but they don't know espresso like your stereotypical coffee shops.

Yall should give the long haired blonde guy a raise, cuz my drink was BUSSIN.

On our last day of an extended weekend stay in LA, we dropped in at PJ's Laplace following our traveling coffee shop stop tradition. Zach (manager) served up a pair of delectable Latte's; And to put it over the top, Wayne (owner) walked up to our table to seal the experience with that signature southern hospitality that'll have you coming back again and again. This coffee spot is a must do when you come to Laplace - No Doubt. L.A.

I go into PJ’s at least once a week and every time the coffee is amazing! Zach has never made a coffee I haven’t loved and gone back for another one. He’s knowledgeable on what he does and is always genuinely happy being there to make the coffee.

The two employees (Zach and Sarah) were so so so nice and welcoming. You can tell this is a well loved coffee shop, the employees and patrons seem to know each other, and everyone is so nice! The coffee was amazing, everything was so quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed!

Driving home from New Orleans to Houston, we were looking for a coffee shop. What a blessing that we found PJ's Coffee off Belle Terre. Not only was their coffee wonderful, with no bitterness at all. But, then I topped it off with the most amazing, fresh, oatmeal raisin cookie! 🍪 I must say, as good as the cookie and coffee were, the service was even better!! Brynn and Zach made us feel like we were looking lost neighbors. Their customer service was exemplary! Sure wish we lived closer. This is the kind of coffee shop that could easily become your next go to place! I promise, you won't be disappointed!

The best Pjs I’ve been too! The atmosphere is great, climate is controlled and the staff is fantastic. Oh I can’t forget my peach palmer I’ve been to a few. And the Laplace location appears to be the only ones that can make it right!

Seeing the community gather here and care for each other through conversation and buying peoples coffee or food for them is truly heart warming. Especially during the colder months and around the holidays. Sara especially always seems to greet everyone warmly and look after their regulars. She knows most if not all regular orders and is already putting them in before you can even open your mouth. Great atmosphere, great people, great spot for community. Looking forward to the upgraded location!

Zach and Dylan are Amazing Baristas! Every time I come into town from California, PJ’s is always my first stop. I love the atmosphere and the wedding cake velvet ice is my favorite!

Best coffee shop in town! Service is always outstanding, drinks are fantastic, and the food is delicious. At our most recent visit, they had just run out of chocolate chip cookies, my son’s favorite. Zach and Brynn came to the rescue by putting a fresh batch in so he could enjoy a cookie while my husband ate a muffin and I sipped my (much needed) latte. 100% recommend visiting this locally owned business.

My husband and I stopped in for some coffee and begnets The begnets took a little bit to reach our table but were delish. No complaints on our end, but something amazing happened. The young gentleman who took our order came to our table, apologized and handed us back some money for the wait. I told him everything was fine please take back the money but he wouldn't hear of it. This excellent customer service blew me away. Thanks young man, your service was impeccable. We will be back!!

I’ve never liked anything Pumpkin or Pumpkin Spice flavored, but their Pumpkin Spice latte is top tier! Absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The baristas there are exceptional and very creative! 10/10!

Not only do I see the owner on most of my trips with the biggest smile on his face talking to customers. Every staff member I have encountered has been so helpful and friendly. As someone who drinks a lot of coffee I like to try different combinations and flavor profiles. The staff is always willing to answer my questions and help me build my perfect coffee every time. It's always a pleasure stopping by this PJs.
