Stopped in for a smoothie this morning and had to leave a great review for the manager Andrea. She was welcoming and answered any questions I had, overall wonderful customer service. Highly recommend stopping by this location for quality service and smoothies!

The Last Mango and Captain Kid smoothies are very good, as well as the super leafy greens. Would fore sure recommend!

My kids and I love Planet Smoothie, we get smoothies from here at least once a week. The people that work there are always warm and welcoming, they’re great with my kids. I like that the smoothies are made with real fruit so that it’s a guilt free treat for the kids and me. 😁

I come here everyday first thing in the morning 7 days a week every staff member is AMAZING kind caring and you can just how important customer service is to them! Andrea is usually the one there at the time I go around 730 am she is soooo sweet definitely 💯 recommend this location

employees don’t wear gloves and it’s really bad people go and then leave when they see that and also talking on to of the açaí without a mask it looks really unprofessional, but the environment is really pretty

Everything in this place is perfect, I recommend it to everyone, but... I was at this place a few weeks ago and when I ordered the drink at that moment another colleague came back from the break. The lady serving me (blonde, short hair, piercings) shouted at the other colleague from afar for 2-3 minutes and it was very unpleasant! This is not appropriate behavior. No one can behave like this even if there are no guests or even if there are guests. She didn't shout at me, but I was standing in front of the counter and suddenly I didn't understand what was happened! I think she doesn't fit in with the other lovely and adorable servers. You go close to her and kindly explain things to her. In private. Please! ❤️

First excellent smoothies. Very carbine as a diabetic l would like to see a few low carb options. And seriously too many banana options. Everything does not need a banana!

Staying in the area for a few days. Was craving a smoothie and found Planet Smoothie. It’s a cute little smoothie spot and the service was great. I wasn’t sure on what to get so I went with my server’s recommendation of the Amazon Kick. It was delicious! Highly recommend.

Smoothies are always great BUT we always order ahead (at least 3 x a month) and every single time we show up, the girls are hiding in back room and order wasn’t seen. Not huge deal but annoying as we order ahead to avoid having to wait because we’re usually in a hurry. They also cut lights in dining room super low 30 minutes before closing to look closed.

Went to this planet smoothie about 30 mins ago and there were two girls working. When we walked up to order we were greeted with attitude and basically barked at when I was trying to pay. Smoothies were just as disappointing.

I went in to get a smoothie, but couldn't decide, the short girl with piercings suggested one, she made it perfect. Now I'm a regular customer when she is there. She was very knowledgeable about the smoothies. Great service and smoothie.

Went to get smoothies this evening and the young man That was working made the best smoothies we ever had from there!! most of the time they are watery when I tell you he made the best smoothie is ever!!! Went at 7:15 on Monday!! Please keep this young man working he does an excellent job and great customer service!!!

My first comment is their smoothies are good and lots of choices both times I went there. The young man behind the counter was reliable and knowledgeable about the products. The downside is they are expensive. The upside to the downside is this franchise location runs daily specials that are indeed specials. Check them out, they’re really good.

Amazing experience with Brandy!! My peanut butter whey smoothie is so yummy! They use actual fruit and Brandy answered a multitude a questions I had, with a smile and gratitude. I don’t often think about service when I go to buy a smoothie but in this case I can’t say enough about the amazing service with a smile! Made my day and I love my smoothie!

The lady at the counter was very kind. She made my son and I two delicious smoothies and also gave my son a few samples to try! Prices are fair. Only thing I would change is they should introduce more kid-friendly serving sizes and perhaps serve them in a spill proof cup for the kiddos 3 and under. Theres wayyy too much junk food being marketed for children to consume and not enough healthy foods so I wish Planet Smoothie would cater to children more,

I usually stop here on fridays for the deal either before work or on my lunch break. It always seems to be only clerk, even when its busy. Despite this the clerks are always chirpy, happy, patient, nice, and informative. I have recently made some changes to my diet, and even being unclear what to order the clerks stay ever vilagent.

Went here for the first time last night about 30 minutes before the store closed, and even though I’m sure that was an inconvenience, we were treated so nicely! The place is clean, has great prices, and my smoothie was so good! I’m going back tonight!

I’m on a ketogenic diet so it’s very helpful to be able to see all the ingredients that go into a smoothie, which they have laid out on a chart. Prices are fair and the staff have always been friendly.
