The waiter was the best Frank. It was three of us, so that's a reasonable price.

Food was good especially the complimentary honey glazed croissant! I had key West chicken and shrimp. My husband had tilapia. Both were good!

Definitely worth it just for this drink alone, The Painkiller. But the food is amazing and the service was fantastic as well.

Last time we ate there, found a hair in our food. They said they'd comp a beer and a salad. Beer was comped, salad didn't ever show up. Very disappointing as we eat here often and this was our first unpleasant experience.

Had a group of people for a friend gathering to catch up with everybody. Our server was the best that I've had in a long time. We gave her plenty of Kudo bars with the manager before we left. I wish I could remember name but she's got a good Irish name that's for sure! She let us take her time so we could catch up and visit without rushing us.❤️ Our food is always good, drinks are always cold.

The food and drink choices were OK. Pricing, seating area, parking, all of that was good. But the server with pink hair… really unpleasant service. First of all, she was extremely LOUD. She stood by our table taking our order and literally screamed, not talked to us. Then she served a few tables around us and we couldn’t hear our own thoughts every time she was close to us. We had to stop our conversations and wait for her to leave the area. Then she brought only one straw (it was 7 of us, and all of us ordered drinks). We had to ask other server to bring us more straws. When our food arrived she stopped by our table and screamed “how is everyone doing” at least 3 times. I understand that this is supposed to be taking good care of the customers but she was just being interruptive. Then at one point she tossed / threw the napkins on our table. Simply rude. I like the restaurant but this waitress really ruined our experience.

So good! The portions are great and the food is delicious. We got steak, salad, chicken and ribs and all were delicious. The waiter was knowledgeable about which dishes were gluten free and gave us great recommendations. They have a fish tank which was great for the kids.

Cushy decor, soothing lighting. Booth seating. Affordable and delicious food options. Even the drinks were well priced and well made. Mom loved her Sangria and Meatloaf. My Cheeseburger was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Beef and Queso Nachos were hard to stop eating. And our server Johnathan was just a delight! Can't wait to go back!

Our server was incredible. She gave amazing recommendations and the food was very good. Although a person in my party got the Bourbon salmon. The fish tasted like it was a few days old. But that was the only issue. Yes I will return. No I won't order the fish.

Our waitress was amazing and so much fun!! The food was tasty and we complimented the manager on what a great experience we had. I am so sorry that I cannot remember their names. The manager even allowed my daughter to keep her special drink cup! I highly recommend you dine here!!

My wife and I went there for our date night. Thank God we did. The service was great as our waitress was very attentive. The Chef, hats off to him/her. Our steaks were dead on correct, and moist. Because my wife likes well done, this usually leaves any other steaks being past what was ordered and dried out. The rest of the meal was fantastic as well.

Delicious!!! The honey croissant was wonderful. Great way to start the meal. The chicken fried chicken was wonderful, too. It was actually seasoned! Sometimes, some places only season the gravy. Nope, not here. The gravy was good, too. But, I'm glad I didn't have to lather it on to taste good. I was there for the chicken. I paired it with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. The potato came with the skin salted. Yum! Amazing price nowadays for a really nice size portion. I got the larger portion and took home a full chicken breast. Well worth the money! I had a great server. Wish I could remember her name! It was a great dinner after a trying day! I look forward to going back.

It was first ever visit. And I loved it!!!

It's either hot or cold with Cheddar's. Their food is reasonable priced but it's what you pay for. I always get the salmon and broccoli. The salmon is always too well done. Every now and then, the broccoli is perfect. I wouldn't recommend it, but there's nothing else there I want, and my clients like it there because of the portion size.

We sat in the bar. The bartender gave us great service. I wish I would of waited to order a drink until after I looked at the drink menu. Pineapple painkiller looks amazing. I will definitely try it next time.

Server was 5 stars and I believe her name was Meghan. The food was awful, at least mine. I ordered the chicken fried chicken atop Texas toast with my sides being broccoli casserole and coleslaw. The chicken was absolutely disgusting with no flavor and 3rd bite in the meat was stringy! I have NEVER had stringy chicken before…was it really chicken? The country gravy was nothing of the sort, and the toast had no flavor at all. Some of the crunchy part of the breading was ok only because it was crunchy. The broccoli casserole was just as gross as the chicken, cold and like gooey packed clay. The slaw was pretty good so I made a meal of the breading and slaw. I’m not the least bit interested in ever going back. One of the worst meals I’ve ever had.

Lemon pepper chicken great potatoes cheese was not melted vegetables over cooked steak was over done and tough shrimp left an after taste not sure if it was the cocktail sauce.

Jake is an excellent waiter. Everyone there from the hostess to the wait staff very friendly, which makes your visit even nicer. Food was excellent 👌 and atmosphere was excellent. Best burger in town.

Ordered med rare steak and shrimp the shrimp was very flavorful the steak was charged on the outside and just not a good flavor very stringy and chewy salad was good and strawberry lemonade was delicious had to wait for refills and ask for alot of condiments and left all empty plates on our table so service was not the best

Whole order was messed up from the beginning of our first time visiting the establishment ! The waitress brought chips and dip to the table along with rolls she walked off she came back to get our oreders and messed all 4 up they were to go orders all food sides were wrong my daughters grilled cheese was not melted she first brought out both my kids plates and they had wrong items she fixed it after us waiting over 30 minutes just for her to come back with our to go orders and they didn’t have anything we asked for or payed for we still payed the bill and TIPPED even with poor customer service we forgot the girls name but maybe next time treat people with respect like a decent human and ask “how are yall doing tonight can I get you something to drink “ that isn’t how we were approached…. We were “what can I get for yall” “ just let me know when your ready” horrible customer service!!!!

We stopped by here for lunch after flying in. Our server was friendly and on point with the service: We got the complementary butter croissants which was good. I ordered me a cheddars Long Island tea, which wasn't strong in my opinion. I got the lunch special chicken with red beans and rice dish that had pico on top: That meal was pretty good and filling. Overall a good experience at this cheddars location.

We were there on Mother's Day and our delicious meal arrived ultra quick even on probably the busiest day of the year :o) Christina earned this compliment from my husband "She is the most professional waitress I have ever had!" Not to mention absolutely delightful to be around! Cheddars...do whatever you can to keep her if she ever decides to leave. She is a compliment to your restaurant!

The food was perfect, and the service was amazing, all for a great value, much better experience than more “fancy restaurants” we’ve been to lately. I had the sirloin and my partner had the trio and it was exactly as ordered. Will definitely be back. Usually our go to for takeout as well.

Worst server ever. He complained to another table when we were seated. He mocked the table next to us, who were a son and elderly mother, for only ordering a bowl of soup and 2 salads. My daughter's food was incorrect.

I ordered pick up which went very smoothly. I was very happy with my service person who greeted me politely verified who I was and gave me the food. The food, however, was horribly prepared. My steak had been literally coated in spicy pepper, the ribs were under cooked and the shrimp, pure salt. The only thing I was impressed with was some canned croissants with butter and honey on it. A very disappointing end to my trip. Definitely not worth the $80 paid

Came here because we loved the other cheddar locations and this place wasn’t even packed. We waited 15 minutes without ever seeing a waitress. Was not offered water.. Was not served any rolls. They all stood around smiling talking not doing anything. We eventually left. I give this place 0 stars if I could.

My 96yo friend wanted to take me to lunch here. My diet is rather restricting, so it's tough to eat out. 17yrs within Restaurant Hospitality, I can be rather picky too. Server Zena was exceptional! Follow-up is always important to me, and she was on the ball. Menu options are good, prices very reasonable. I had, Dijon Chicken & Mushrooms w/ broccoli, and Caesar Salad. Very tasty, more than I could eat. My friend had, Chicken Tenders & Cole Slaw. She said their food is always good. It's in the top 5 of her going out to eat picks. Restroom kept and clean, overall Restaurant clean. No complaints whatsoever. Recommend

This was our first visit to Cheddars and my review is mainly about the host. We dined at this location on 4/16/24 at noon. The host was attentive, provided exceptional customer service, and was very kind to customers leaving the restaurant. He held doors, thanked them, and referred to many by name. Our food was exceptional and reasonably priced. Service was just okay- for example, one diner ate a spicy dish but her water glass was never refilled. For clean eaters, there are many options to chose from. The host left the most remarkable impression on us- even with so-so wait service.

Frank was great! Give him a day off on us!

Had the chicken tender platter with rice and beans as a side for my first visit. The chicken tenders were pretty good. The rice was also surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. Mixed drinks, however, while tasty, were absolutely devoid of any evidence of alcohol - and I had two. Service was very friendly and attentive. Prices were pleasantly and surprisingly affordable given today’s usual restaurant prices.

We’ve been here several times over the last 6 months. We’ve had great food, service, and the atmosphere is cozy. Would recommend.

My family and I are visiting from Long Island, New York. We decided to visit here today (this is my second time as we also came here over 2 years ago) for lunch and it was an awesome experience! Both the hostess and our waitress were so friendly and welcoming. Not to mention very attentive to our needs! We were provided amazing service. I ordered the Chicken & Shrimp combo with 2 sides (regular fries and bacon & cheese fries) and the Wisconsin cheese bites as my appetizer. The food was so good! Everything overall was awesome. I definitely recommend this place to those who visit this area. I’ll be back the next time I come around!

Yummy food and customers service is top notch

Great options at this scratch kitchen. The food is seasoned very well and cooked to perfection. Wisconsin cheese bites are extra tasty, limited meat loaf was good and the new Orleans pasta was great. Grilled shrimp was absolutely delicious but fried shrimp could use a lighter batter. Jamira provided excellent service.

My husband and I love to order the chicken pot pie and baked potato as a side! We've also had chicken Alfredo and the tenders before. Food has always been great and the drinks are amazing. The bartender knows how to make good drinks and you don't have to spend your money on several to unwind!

Food was delicious. Service was a debacle. I will never sit in the bar booths again. It was like being in the employee break room. Had to ask to place order and had to ask to pay our bill. On that note staff was leaving and coming, and apparently the bar becomes the social center at shift change.

Great food, just wish we could get more of those croissants with the honey butter on the house! Can’t speak for all servers but mine was very kind and understanding even though I had no idea what to get for a while. The atmosphere is pretty standard for a restaurant. Very loud and sounds like a school lunch room.

They still have very reasonable prices for good food, and I've always had good, friendly service. The atmosphere is nice, but a little dark. There's enough seating that you can usually get in quickly if you have a small group even when they're busy. The bar side has some TVs if you want to watch sports while you eat.

The buttery croissants are a must! Salad and T-bone just delicious. We had a really good time enjoying dinner.

Originally went during their initial opening and was disappointed by them. Went back a few years later and things have drastically improved. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a sit down alternative to Olive Garden or Red Lobster.

We were sat in the bar area near the windows and and the way the AC is directed it blows right down on the table, felt like you were in a wind tunnel and was to cold to sit there. We had to move to a high so we could eat. Other the that service and food was amazing.

My husband and I went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. He had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I had the Monte cristo sandwich and fries both, of which were delicious. But the best part was fresh warm Croissant. I have not had a croissant this good since my travels in Europe, yes they are that good! In addition to the fantastic food we also enjoyed great service and they were fast! I highly recommend it!

Tried to make reservations for a Birthday lunch party of 5, none accepted suggested we eat early. I had the 1/2 chicken, well cooked juicy, the rest of the table had pot pie, fish, steak, no complaints. Excellent attentive service, there with elders and seated under air vents, staff accommodated our request to move out of the air flow. Multiple seating areas, accessible restrooms. Note the floor tiles can be slippery if you have slick shoe bottoms. Brought our own Birthday cake.

we were having a rough day, my mom is having heart issues, we are here from Bradenton. Just came to eat dinner. I have to eat gluten free and dairy free most of the time I don't even eat meat. Thank you Jake for making our dinner relaxing and enjoyable as well as going above and beyond to make sure it was safe for me to eat. He was courteous fast and friendly. We go out to eat frequently, we have to say Jake is one of the best servers we have ever had. Yall got a gold server with him. Rather disappointing the past two times coming here. Learned NOT to order steak here as the quality just is very poor. First time I ordered a Sirloin to go with ribs and it was very small piece, dry and tough! Last time went big for the limited time t-bone. Steak was flavored nicely, but overcooked in spots, dry and another very poor quality cut of meat. My mom ordered the same and could only eat half of it due to the toughness and grisly pieces. Potato was good except I was charged twice for bacon bits on it. Salad was good, but probably would have enjoyed it more prior to my entree, rather than after my meal which was the order it was recieved in. I used to love this restaurant, but think I will avoid from now on.

Nice all american restaurant with an extensive menu at a reasonable price. The full bar makes fun cocktails. The steak was properly made and delicious. We shared the spinach dip, it wasn't my favorite. Overall it was a good experience.
