We went to Busy Bee Diner Pinellas Park Location and we were truly impressed. Great food, clean place, great service. Our server Michelle was awesome! We will be back.

Great place for a hine cooked meal in a cozy atmosphere

Food lacked seasoning, but the portions were fantastic. Taste was borderline average. First time there so could hve been a bad day, will definitely go back to try again. Customer service was great. The atmosphere is what you expect from a Mom & Pop Diner, older booths, decor no frills, or thrills. Just an old school Diner vibe.

Busy bee is our favorite for breakfast. Service is usually fast and waitress friendly. I had chicken fried steak that was very tender covered in sausage gravy with eggs and potatoes plus toast huge meal could not eat all of my breakfast. Nice breakfast menu. Good prices.

This place is my very favorite breakfast spot in St Pete. It's like family here. This place has been a staple for years because it is consistent and dependable quality and atmosphere. Plus the prices are actually reasonable! I can actually afford to grab breakfast here every weekend, which is not true about most places. This is the kind of place where the server memories your order and makes you feel like a regular. I hope to be coming here for years.

Been here several times now. I can say every meal I've had here has been enjoyable The service has been fast and excellent. Only thing I don't recommend is the chopped sirloin. I will definitely be back here to eat. 👍 I do wish they had bicycle friendly parking

Roses are red. Violets are blue busy bee. Is the place to be great, little Restaurant Goodner for years. A lot of the waitress have been there for years. Don't particularly care for the one waitress. That wears the mask but that's her opportunity and privilege to do what she wants other than that. Great food and great service. Keep up the good work there,

Classic "Old School" American diner serving breakfast and lunch. This is the real deal, not something make believe on Walt Disney World's "Main Street USA," but in Pinellas Park, FL. They serve good food, and lots of it. The type you read about that mothers used to cook for their families before the era of McDonald "Happy Meals" & day care centers.

If you're looking for a decent sized meal at a decent price this is the place. No frills, quiet "hole in the wall" restaurant that I would most definitely eat at again and recommend to others.

I'm rewriting my review. This place is kind of a hit and miss. It's More I had it's more good. depends upon the help working. I wish I concentrate more on cooking the food than the speed of it. Trying too hard to push it out fast. And make that money. I need to concentrate on getting a good food all the time.

It was good! We came for breakfast and typically we would like a bit more flavor but we won’t knock it because it was only our first visit! We will definitely give the lunch a try next!

The restaurant is small but comfortable. The tables are not too close to each other, and the booths have dividers, which gives you a sense of privacy. The servers are not the friendly type, but they get the job done. They are not rude. The only thing they should pay attention to is the restrooms. I do not recommend using them.

Dang place was locked up tight. It has the hours on the door that said they were open, but it was NOT!!!!! If you're going to be closed, put it on your website! Sheeeesh!!

Always good food. We stop mainly for breakfast. It's usually busy! The decor isn't very warm and welcoming, especially paired with the sounds of "busy". But I don't go there for a leisurely sit-down. 😅

I ordered the Mickey mouse pancakes for my 3 yr old nephew it cost 8.05$ for 2 pancakes. All together 4 breakfast orders almost 60$ thro Foot Dash. He received 2 plain pancakes, it's Easter so I'm sure they are busy. When I called I was told nothing wrong could do to contact Door Dash. Requested manager she apologized and offered to remake it if we wanted to go pick it up. Why do they think we ordered Door Dash, out vehicle is broke down. Not to mention my boyfriends steak breakfast was like rubber. Will not be back here.

Awful. Bland and flavorless food. Corned beef hash was obviously canned and luke warm. Server was nice but the food was equivalent to military rations.

Mixed feelings about Busy Bee. 1. The blueberry pancakes were great! 2. The server / team was great! 3. Crispy bacon came out under cooked and cold. 4. Scrambled eggs were cold. 5. Coffee was pretty weak. 6. Every time the person in the booth behind me moved, the back seat of my booth shoved into me. 7. The restrooms desperately need a remodel.

We always get a delicious breakfast or lunch, but the fish taco special today impressed me. It came with delicious homemade chicken soup and I enjoyed every bite. The building is tired but the food, staff and customers are great.

Got ate can omelette it was so yummy until I found a piece of hair in it just as I was about to finish it and all the lady says I spoke to my boss and he said all the cooks wear hats which is true but they had no hair net I will never go there again

First time at this dining establishment even though it's 5 mins from my home. The name fits it perfectly because WOW was it busy today! The entire wait staff was so friendly and my waitress whom took my to go order was amazing. Think Susan was her name. She answered my questions and was very patient. Plus: I was happy to see gloves being used when buttering bread etc. Now about the food. Yes it was piping hot and fresh! However flavor was kind of a disappointment. I understand places have to be careful with salt and pepper. But goodness there wasn't a dash of seasoning on the grits, potatoes or chicken. Very bland tasting even with the chicken being marinated. Thankfully the chicken was juicy at least so taking a salt shaker to it was not a big issue. I guess that's how folks like their food though because like I said this place was busyyyyyy!!! I think the prices are competitive for this type of mom and pop shop. I mean the chicken sandwich alone no sides was $9. Oh and service was fast! Don't know how they pull off getting hot food so speedy out with 20 tickets in the window!

The food and service were great. The springs in the booth seating were shot, and the pendant light above the table was covered in a greasy Dusty coating....

The place was super chill. I had a great breakfast, consisting of Bacon, Eggs, Toast, and Home fries. It was delicious. Our waitress was friendly. This place hit the mark. I highly recommend the Busy Bee. As Arnold would say, "I'll be back!".

This little Diner features comfort food dining. The prices are very reasonable. The portions are large and the staff very friendly. The only serve breakfast and lunch, but it is always a great meal.

Love this little place. Food and service is always good. Prices are also nice. The only negative I can say is I wish they could clean up the ceiling, its water stained and looks.moldy. Ceiling panels really need to be replaced around grill area too. Not appetizing to look at while you"re eating. 😒

BusyBee what a great place for breakfast and lunch. Our food was fantastic and plenty. Everything was cooked to our specification.

I hate to leave bad reviews for companies but this was horrible The cooks should not have face hair or they should wear something over their face. I ordered a full order of sausage, gravy and biscuits. My husband ordered the same and are five year old ordered one waffle I told the waitress There was beard hair And you could tell it was from someone's beard because it was thick. And it was someone that had black hair she seen it and took my plate to the manager. And then took it to the cook. At that point I noticed he had a beard And his beard was black and he had black hair like the hair that was in my food She asked if I wanted another order of the sausage gravy and biscuits. I said definitely not She went and got the money And refunded us for my plate just my order. Which is fine, but my husband ordered the same thing He immediately stopped eating his food. Honestly, I think they should have refunded our whole order. Because this was just sickening And the waitress apologized, I never seen. The manager never came over to us to apologize. It was the waitress that apologized. This was just so disgusting. Definitely We'll never be coming back here. Honestly, I think the manager should have came over too our table and apologized and then gave us our money back for our whole order. Considering the waitress did see the black bearded hair in my food as well And she was like, oh no Let me tell the manager. I am just so disgusted and sickening by the hair that was in my food. And never seen the manager once. This place needs to step. It's game up and have it's cook's wear masks or some kind of netting over their face. I definitely would not eat here ever again. It was our first and last.

It's exactly what you want when thinking about a Diner that cares more about the quality of its food and your experience then juat being fancy. It is an old Florida hold-over, much like Munch's. You can have your basics. Or you can choose between specials. We love this place and have come to know the staff and the menu well. We are glad this place is still a St. Petersburg staple.

Liver and onions were tough. Salad included onion slice which looked like it should have been on a salad, not in a burger

Like I've said before, hands down this is the spot , I left out sleepwalking almost because I was so full lol , I like the vibe , fast service, friendly staff , and great view from booths ,window seats ,very tranquil and homely...

This was definitely not the place we read reviews on. We found this through a Google search. We arrived before 8 on a Saturday morning. The waitress did her job, but there was nothing exceptional about it. I didn't even get her name. Another staff member came in loud and seemed to be fairly disruptive. They didn't have several items we asked for. So our waitress had to come back to get substitutions. The food was not great. Glad this was the last meal of our vacation. We won't be back when we visit the area again.

First time diner and the experience and food was great. A local space that feels like a home kitchen, where everybody can know everybody and everybody can call you friend. A definite return.

My granny sandra ran busy bee for well over a decade. I have always loved this place. I wish she was still here. We use to get dum dum lollipops everytime we came in growing up lol she always had them for the kids that came in 🩷

This is a prime example of what Pinellas Park is! I have come here since I was a kid. They always provide great service! Food is also great!

First time trying it out last weekend.I heard great things about their breakfast. In my opinion the food tasted great, but the price of the meal was more expensive than my go-to breakfast restaurant. Decent servings, but again, not as much food as my go-to. They charge you $1.50 more if you want tomatoes instead of home fries. Which to me was just ridiculous to up charge for that swap. Both me & my spouse ended up in the bathroom right after eating before paying the tab. My stomach was tore up all day after eating here. It's crossed off the bucket list, but we won't be returning. I'll stick to Kristina's.

Quaint. Simplistic. Friendly. Cozy. This little diamond in the rough is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast. Since its introduction to my Husbandman, we dined two days in a row. Both visits we were greeted with a smile, waited on promptly, and thanked for our patronage. The Busy Bee is our new favorite breakfast spot.

My favorites in the area are Kristina's and the Burg 2. This was a good choice for an early breakfast, as they opened at 6am, but I just noticed their hours have changed. That was their edge, so they are now a "plan C" at best.

Old fashion place great service I love this place, the other day I my son and I was there eating when left I accidently left my wallet behind not only do they have great service food they care about their customers I got my wallet back with everything in it truly the best employees work there I have been eating there for about 50 years my mom was taking me as a child

Wow! Never been so humiliated in my life! Walked in and sat down. Young male brought over menus and never said good morning. We had our granddaughter with us and usually restaurants have children menus. We'll this one does not, especially for breakfast. Asked the waitress for one and she said they don't offer one, granddaughter was upset and decided she didn't want to eat. I refused to pay 13 dollars for an omelet! We drank our drinks and left! And those drinks were 10 dollars!! Ridiculous!!

I felt rushed here. I had to order fast. Then, when I was on an important phone call, the waitress came over to talk to me about paying the bill. I was still eating. It's not very nice. The food was okay. Nothing special.

I've been going here for 30+ years and like this place a lot. The staff is wonderful, food is good, and prices are fair. Our favorite thing to eat here was the cream of veggie soup. We drive out of our way to go here for lunch on Sundays, specifically for the cream of veggie soup. However, they have taken it off the menu. Since this menu item is the main reason we go here so frequently, won't be going back as often now because of this. 😞

I used to ho there all the time. It was affordable. Food was good. Last week my mother wanted me to pick up 2 breakfasts. It came to 36.00 before tip. Food was okay not great but that may have been because it wasn't dine in.

Best family owned restaurant around. We have been coming here for 8+ years they have watched our kids grow up and became a second family to us

This is a little gem for breakfast, brunch, or even lunch cause they're open until 230 pm. Service is quick and they definitely have enough EGGS for you and the family! IYKYK. 10/10 would recommend

Busy Bee is an old-fashioned neighborhood diner where friends get together and chat over coffee you can get a good tasty meal cooked from scratch. Excellent friendly service. They serve breakfast all day. I like their omelettes with a side of corned beef hash. You'll have plenty of good food. Parking is rear of restaurant.
