1) The chicken was so so. Fries were not well seasoned. 2) Service was extremely slow. The server didn’t even tell me, who her relief was or that she even went off the clock….While I had STILL been waiting for my carry out order. 3) The music was WAY TOO LOUD. Bring earplugs!

Just left the Pinellas Park location. 1st time in there in over 5yrs. There was a live cockroach on the bar. Bought 2 draft Miller Lites 16oz, total bill $12. What a ripoff!!!

Oh my gosh - the pizza, the service, my bartender - a perfect 10. Tiernee was absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful woman and an incredible personality! Love this place! Had so much fun!

Food and service wasn'tas bad as a vouple of months ago. No wonder why they are always dead now. Used to be a good place to go. Not so much anymore.

Food took 45 mins, and Wing take 15 mins to cook, fries takes 3 make and Mac n cheese takes 2 mins to cook. Not 45 mins. compled about wait time and no manager came to the tab.

The burgers here are 100 times better than their ulmerton location and also way better than five bucks. Why? Flame grill. The others have flat tops and the beef absorbes the flavor of shrimp, grouper, chicken and anything else they cook on the same grill. I had a burger here last night and it was effing delicious. Even the lettuce and tomatoes are so freash... not that way in the other locations mentioned.

The place was just about empty. The server took a long time acknowledging we were there. Took her a long time to bring us water. Even longer to get our drinks as no one was behind the bar. Our server rolled her eyes at us, and was just terrible.

Many different wing choices as far as flavors go. Decently priced, ( very competitive pricing) free parking. Easily accessible. Wings were good enough considering I arrived right before closing time.

I can not recommend this hidden gem enough. I came to the place thinking it was like any other wing place. But was I wrong! I came in and sat at the bar. My bartender was Lauren. She was friendly and had an electric smile. She knew the menu and was helpful with all my questions. Her drink making abilities are 5 star. I will definitely return here in the future for all my wing desires!!!!

This is a good place. Everyone is friendly. Especially Daniella and Sydney. The other girls are super friendly also. The food and service are all very good also. I recommend making a stop here to eat, drink, watch a game and hang out with some friendly and beautiful girls.

Food and service was good. Atmosphere was awful! Nasty mouthed female bartender, loud and obnoxious. Definitely not your typical shapely wing house girl ! The manager was standing there, letting her fling the f word around while people were trying to enjoy lunch! How sad that this is allowed! Shows how low class this place has become. Won't come back. Excellent service from Lauren fast and efficient nice booty too

Very low class, bartender was a girl with a potty mouth. Very loud and obnoxious. Food was pretty good but this place is not at all like it used to be. Don't bother, they need to close it down. Manager stood right there and let her do it.

When I got there no one paid me attention (not busy at all) so I waited. Then a pretty lady dame took my order to go, said I can sit at the bar while I waited. I order 10 naked lemon pepper wings. I got 10 rocks. I couldn't eat them Dry and hard. I even tipped the lady 10 just cause...$30+ down the drain.

I was so disappointed in this food! The chicken skin was like rubber rather than crispy, I tried to put it in my air fryer but even that didn't help. The BBQ Dallas sauce was good. I got the kids meal macaroni and cheese again very very disappointing it was like Kraft macaroni and cheese definitely not a restaurant quality macaroni and cheese. And that came with curly fries they were all right. I wish I could get my money back I was not happy with this meal at all ‼️!

Very childish atmosphere. No professional in this place at all. Should have known when no one anwer phones when place was almost empty. The 3 cooks was joking and playing while customers waiting on there food. Use to love this place now ranned down

If you want to see the girls and the waitresses a**, I didn't particularly like the environment. All the waitresses had uniforms that showed cleavage in their a**Yeah the Men working there had regular Clothes it was discrimination against the women what they were wearing

In response to the last google review, I’m a patron at this particular location. I was in the restaurant/bar when the last review was posted by Ms Ashley Skidmark. She wasn’t even there, I was there. I normally order lemon pepper, wings, breaded, and the steak which I have both enjoyed. Why did you post review and you weren’t even there. Your significant other, I think lied to you about the situation that occurred. I witnessed everything firsthand and it was handled in a manner that was professional. His wings were in fact breaded, and when he got them, he used his fork as a grater With his fork to scrape the breading off, as I have always ordered wings, I’ve Always been asked breaded or naked I always get breaded lemon pepper unfortunately I see a lot of customers get what they asked for but they don’t want to eat them or eat half and then ask for a discount or get it chopped off the bill, The bartender asked if he wanted a box for to go and he said I’m not going to eat them so, she went and got the manager to talk to him. The manager came out and told him it would be no problem and took the wings off his bill at this point he lingered for another 10 to 15 minutes and complained about his bill and the wings to the bartender which she said he didn’t have to pay for him. The only thing in miss skidmarks story is he had two drinks but you weren’t there were you? I don’t know if he had been someplace else before then, but I guess he had had a bad day. I’m in charge of 38 employees had any of them acted outside of the workplace or in the workplace I would’ve placed them on administrative leave automatically. Your significant other acted like a male chauvinist (look up chauvinist to find the definition), maybe the next time you write a review you should actually be there, my best regards Miss skidmark PS a lot of people at the bar were relieved when he left. My husband wanted breaded wings- got wings with NO breading (just the skin, and sauce so if your classifying breading as skin now then maybe…) and when the waitress asked how they were he told her he wasn’t happy as they weren’t breaded. He understands light breading but this was no breading at all. She retorted with that they were breaded and those were the breaded wings. She ran to the back telling the manager that he was drunk and unruly which wasn’t true. He’s a big man and only had two small beers. He was told to leave, he said I got a bill to pay. They told him to leave again- and when he went to do as he’d been told he, was told- wait you have to pay! So- they don’t listen to you, they think that if you speak above a whisper your unruly and more than half a beer you must be drunk. Oh and this winghouse hires servers that don’t fit right in the uniform too- her belly was hanging over the shorts. We’ll just find either a twins peaks or hooters next time. They know what breaded means. And they’re always nice.

I always have a great experience at winghouse, especially when Tiernee is bartending. Always attentive and very good with her customers.

Went friday night the wings wasn't as good as they used been,they was over cooked and some was burn,I use love winghouse but don't think we be back was very disappointed in it

A friend and I met here for lunch this week and were highly disappointed with our experience. Most of the staff was friendly, and the overall layout of the restaurant was ok. But, the food quality and timeliness were definitely not worth the money spent. My friend's order was completely messed up, and the burger I ordered was extremely salty. We arrived way before the lunch rush, but it took a long time to get our food, which was just two burgers and two sides. Will not be going here again anytime soon.

So disappointed! I ordered through Uber eats and they completely messed up my order. Gave me naked boneless wings (did not ask for them to be naked) and they forgot to make my wings. Hopefully their dine in service is better, will not be ordering through them again! Don’t let that bogo wing deal get you. Not worth it

Food is overpriced and is bland. Tortilla chips are dry and no salt. Bathroom was dirty and no soap.

Not sure what happened at this winghouse,this is not my first time there and food and service has been top notchbut I am disappointed to say that your kitchen staff Dropped the ball this time. I had the Blacksmith bacon burger with steak fries. When I received my order the burger was cold and the fries were hot. I was not going to say anything to the server, but she asked if I would give the restaurant five stars and I said I would not and explained to her about my food. I was not looking for anything to be done at this point, due to the fact that I already have finished my meal and was going to have one more beer and then I was planning to leave. The server was nice to give me a discount on my order for the issue I had. I wish I could have gotten her name, as she will be the main reason why I return to the Pinellas Park Winghouse.

I'd go have the burger again. Charl broiled, that made a big difference, I really liked it. The toppings were fresh too. It took a long time, but I think it's because I went at an off time and they were short staffed. Price was reasonable too. In fact it's the 1st time in a while where I didn't spend $50 on a burger, fries and drink.

Ordered on Uber eats, Uber won’t do anything. Ordered 40 wings. 20 Dallas and 20 lemon pepper. These wings were pretty much bare. Lucky for my husband he has lemon pepper seasoning at home. Se disappointed. These are really expensive and there’s no sauce

We made the mistake of ordering for Superbowl Sunday....BIG mistake. An assigned pick up time meant nothing. We waited an hour past our pick up time. We only order 2 items which both small quantity. The servers handled everything very well but the food we finally received was not good...it was cold and dry and the spices and sauces were on the side because "it's Superbowl Sunday". Very disappointing. I realize it's difficult to serve everyone but they should have cut off orders rather than angering their customers then serving bad quality food.

Ordered by phone. Had to repeat order and name 3 times. When went to pick up food, waited an extremely long time. Wings USED to be great. Always looked forward to getting wings from here. Food was terrible. Luke warm soggy curly fries. Wings were barely warm and very chewy and taste was not good like they used to be. Waitresses were nice but had to repeat name at least 3 more times and having to repeat order to even get my order. Restaurant looked dirty and was not inviting. Will not be back. Food was not worth 38.00 for some wings and a few curly fries.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my order. When I arrived at 4:30 the order was not ready, I was told 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I inquired again and was told it was on the way, I asked what they meant and the girl snapped back at me saying, I don’t know! I was like neither do I, I don’t work here. They were to busy talking with another waitress who was complaining if another coworker talks to her that way again she’s walking out. At this point I went in for a manager, Dustin, came out and was not interested in any of my complaints and wanted to just brush me off. Giving me only half my order at this point! I asked why people were ordering and receiving orders in front of me but mine was pre-ordered and now 30 minutes past due. He told me 5 more minutes and before I could even walk away he magically had the rest of my order! I was like for all this I want a refund on my order! He stated, whatever to get you never to return again! And this was supposedly the GM of the restaurant!! Then to make matters worse the boneless wings were supposed to be medium and they came dry as a bone with no sauce!!!

It was my first time buying chicken wings from here they were good I asked them to mix my order mixed up wings I think half wings and half wings that look like tiny legs II opened it when i got home and I had the 2 wings the rest all drums it wasn't busy at 9 pm plus had to wait I always leave a honest re iew So I'll say maybe someone that took order didn't type it correctly maybe the cook didn't see it .taste was good ..I recommend checking your bag before you walk out at any pickup location for restaurants

Great WH. Service was top notch. I sat at the bar and food and drink orders were taken quickly and the food came out fast and everything was correct! This is on a busy road and when traffic is rough it’s a great spot to decompress and skip the stress.

Not sure if this place got a new owner or if you changed where you got your chicken wings from but everything is so different and they don’t taste like how they used to, and why are the boneless chicken wings the size of popcorn chicken? also The bathroom smells like a porta potty. Miss the old WingHousee

Placed a delivery order thru chownow to be delivered to the Country Inn & Suites. We received the delivery quickly. The Big Daddy Black and Blue Burger was very good. The chips and queso was also good. However the shrimp Ceasar salad was missing the two dressings that were ordered and utensils. It is hard to eat a salad without a fork and no dressing. Which was a shame because the salad looked delicious. I did reach out to Winghouse Bar & Grill. But unfortunately they had no way of getting the missing items to me. I was only looking to have the missing dressings and a fork delivered so I could eat the salad that looked so appetizing.

Restaurant was extremely clean, had an error on my Uber Eats order not the staff Issue ticket didn’t print correctly. Manager Michael was very polite and professional. He quickly corrected this issue. I highly recommend this location it’s by far in my opinion the best Winghouse Location

I'd choose Wing House over Hooters anyday...

Went to the one in Pinellas Park today (1/7/24) to watch the Patriots/Jets game. The staff and management seemed to be new. The manager seemed to be more concerned with his friends than some of the customers. I had asked him if he could put the captioning on the TV carrying my game. He just looked at the TV and said "Boy, it's really snowing there," then he walked away. Seems now that when you order a burger you are now charged extra for lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle spear. Think I'll be going elsewhere from now on to watch a game.

We go to the wing house quite often for the football games. Food is always good as is the service. Sky was our waitress. She was very helpful with our order, mentioning the deals of the day. Food was prompt and hot and the beers were cold. Excellent sevice. Going to request her next time we come.

Came here after work, to wind down from the week. Sat down at the bar, Sydni who was bartending at the time was great! Always asked how I was, if I needed anything etc. She’s even a good dj! Made for a really enjoyable experience!

Stopped in a few days ago, this place has really turned around since we came earlier in the year! The restaurant is cleaner food and service is better, Ask for maiya if you come to this location my wife and I really enjoyed her service. sweet, funny & I don't think we had to ask for a thing!
