Had an 8th Ave bowl. Delicious and my go to t least once a week for lunch.

Atmosphere was a little loud, I understand that the blenders are loud but when they were off the music was so loud it was hard to have a normal conversation.

I Love playa bowls, i was ecstatic to see there were a couple locations nearby (halcyon & sandy springs) my favorite smoothie is available, and i have yet to find another business that offers pitaya, and very few offer coconut milk as a base. Extremely pleased with the quality of my purchases, the staff are friendly and always give a warm smile. 5/5 would definitely recommend this halcyon location

This location has young teenage girls that work here who are rude, have bad customer service, work super slow, talk to each other while making customers wait, and are making the acai bowls very sloppy. My bowl had rotten bananas, all of the fruit was soggy, bitter, and everything was mashed in the bowl like a bloop. This is the worst location that, I’ve ever been to.

Best smoothie bowls in the area. The fruit is fresh and the toppings are tasty. Another thing I really enjoy is the variety of bowls and mix ins. I recommend to every one I know.

So freaking good! The bowls were super fresh and made to our liking! Also try the cheese bread they make!

First time visiting this location acai bowl, oatmeal, and smoothies are all very tasty.

Price gouging is not appreciated. $15 for a bowl is crazy.

I am addicted haha to Playa Pure Vida bowls! I probably eat 2-3 week. I do wish I was able to add my reward account to my Uber eats so I could get reward points for every time I actually order.

My 3 daughters love this place. They go 3 to 4 times a week. The bowls are good, the service is NOT! This is the second bad experience I've had at this location. The first time, I let it go. Upon my arrival to Playa Bowls, there were three high school girls at the back counter talking to their friends. It took them 10 minutes for them to realize. I was standing there before they took my order. Today I had the second bad experience. I arrived with my daughter at 08:10pm. There were three girls at the back counter, one table with two customers eating their bowl, one customer waiting on their order, and one customer in front of me. I placed an order for three bowls, paid and gave them a tip. Within a couple of minutes a line of ten people were behind me. The other customers were getting their orders before me, but I figure they had called ahead. My daughter told me they all had placed their order after us. At 08:50 I stood up and told Sophia, the girl at the counter, that I had been waiting for 35 minutes for my order. She had no idea and no clue. She asked me for my name and one of the other girls went to the fridge and took out my order and gave it to me. They did not bothered to apologized for their mistake. The worst part was that I had to go to get a boba drink 10 minutes away. By the time I arrived at the boba place, they had closed. They have to hire serious workers, and not clueless high schoolers who spend their time talking to their friends instead of taking care of customers, or forgetting their customers orders having them wait 35 minutes. They lost my business, my daughter's business, and I will stop recomeding them to my friends and clients. We're taking our business to another location

A bit slow on making the bowl (they weren’t busby but training someone) but love this place.

I love Playa Bowl at Halcyon! It’s a healthy and yummy treat. I love going there after a run on the greenway! My favorite bowl is the Mango Power bowl.

Love this place!! The girls are super sweet and always helpful and fast. I usually get takeout so there are a few spots out front you can park in for free, otherwise I believe you have to pay. If you order on the app you can probably run in and run out without getting in trouble.🤷🏼

When I stepped inside it felt like I was stepping into a beachside restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and the bowls were amazing.

A tropical inspired place to get some tasty smoothies. Slightly overpriced admittedly, however they were very refreshing.

The food is really good especially as a healthy snack or desert the atmosphere is also great but the only thing I don’t like is the wait is a little long other than that everything’s amazing I come here really often and it’s super good highly recommend

Won’t accept phone orders? Ok, soo I’ll either text and drive, or pull over and spend 10 minutes trying to type in details that could have taken 2 seconds over the phone. Will be going to Everbowl for now on - this is crazy.

Customer service was on point and the bowls were good. Calm and clean here folks, definitely better than the one on the belt line down town. I think you have to pay for parking but if you're willing to walk a little then park in the deck by the hotel it's free there....for now.

Great music and bright atmosphere. Staff was friendly. We got a pineapple smoothie, which tasted a little green, and a Nutella acai bowl which was fantastic!

Love Playa Bowls! They are also so sweet and everything has always been so tasty! Quick service as well so it’s easy to run up and great something delicious and healthy on my lunch break!

I love this place. I come here at least twice a week. They have so many options and they even have gluten free granola, you just have to ask! I said I was celiac and the girl at the counter went "oh we will change our gloves before we make yours" which I really really appreciated. Not everyone does that!

I love Acai bowls so decided to try one from here. It was good but pretty boring. I got 8th Ave which is just banana, honey, and granola over Acai base. You get a lot here but I prefer more flavor like ReFresh's Bee Classic which has more toppings(sliced almonds, goji berries, Granola, honey, banana, blueberries, and bee pollen) and full of flavor.

Always clean, Always friendly, The esthetic look of the bowl is always consistent! The taste nd freshness of the sorbet nd fruit is hands dwn the best within in a 30 mile radius! Keep up the great job Playa bowls staff!

We love playa bowls. I have an açai addiction and this is the only place I have absolutely no complaints about, and I have had açai from so many different companies. They pack it up with fruit, acai and granola so it’s definitely worth the price. A lot of places will put like two slices of fruit, this isn’t one of those places. Definitely worth the money!

My fav obsession. Freshest ingredients & never disappoints. Staff is always super professional and courteous.

Nice bowls. I and my friends enjoyed the bowls. The bowl size was quite big and that explains the price, which was a bit high. But the options and the bowls we ordered were excellent in taste.

The best bowls- like ever. I just back from Florida and tried 2 local açaí bowl places and all I could think was that I missed playa bowls 😂 I come here a lot! All I wish is that, especially in the warmer months, they would open at 8am instead of 9. I wake up early and have to wait a few hours to have breakfast. But they have amazing friendly service and never get my gluten free order wrong.
