Me and my boyfriend's 1st time here, my dad's millionth time. We love the service, the view and everyone at the front desk is wonderful and polite. Made us feel like home away from home🥰 Even texted my dad wonderful messages about if we needed more services for our room. Thank you !!!!! I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back like my dad 🤣

This was our third time at this hotel and we really enjoy the convenience of the location and the retro feel of the resort. It has several game areas and is close to the beach. A nice, clean pool and a Tiki bar on premises. The only complaint would be that the bathrooms are quite small, and for my older parents, a bit challenging for them to move around.

Stay Here! GREAT VALUE! GREAT STAFF! GREAT LOCATION! Rooms are very clean and well maintained, could be nicer in terms of finishes but for the price it’s almost impossible to beat. The staff is amazing friendly and helpful at every interaction. Clear and direct about pricing and rules. The hotel itself is a great time lovely beach chairs for watching the sunset, a charming beach bar, volley ball courts, cute pool ,and nice little outdoor seating areas. Great shops and restaurants walkable from the hotel. One of the best hotels on the beach for such a great price. 10/10 Definitely would come again. Two things I did not like: Towel fee is annoying it’s so little I would just prefer it be pre-included. And no daily free housekeeping.

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids (5&2) stayed at Plaza Beach Hotel Beachfront Resort at the end of July 2024. The room was the perfect space for what we needed! Gorgeous views! Wonderful amenities! We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% stay again! My ONLY complaint, and it’s really not the hotels fault besides maybe thin walls- but we stayed on the second floor ocean front room and got a noise complaint at 9pm while we were trying to quietly walk to our balcony. I felt like we really couldn’t enjoy the nighttime at all because we were so worried about being respectful and not getting another complaint. I feel like the people complaining weren’t cool for doing so, so it’s hard to put blame on the hotel for this. They were very nice when asking us to be quiet and felt like they maybe had to deal with that often. If you choose a bottom room be aware you can hear people walking around. Try to complain only if it’s over the top or excessive because making petty complaints can really spoil your neighbors vacation!

I'm very happy to have a girls' weekend here. I can not wait to bring my kids back. Friendly staff, activities for all ages. And access to all 3 properties they own. Happy hour, 4 to 5 PM! A tiki bar (shout out to Chris and Devon) There are tons of kid toys/games for all ages. Large chess game, mini golf, corn hole, shuffle board, ping pong, foosball, a nice pool. The walk to the beach was great. The rooms are newly renovated and come fully stocked. Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Tons of restaurants walkable, publix across the street. We parked our cars once we were there and walked everywhere. Thank you to the Plaza resort for making our trip one for the books.

DISGUSTING!!! LOOK AT THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS!!! If you want to stay at this hotel pay attention to the bad comments. THE WORST experience of my life, we booked a month before for my mother's birthday and the 4th of July vacation, we wanted it to be a special few days for her, days before our arrival I added one more day to our stay through your website (since I did not get help by email) I chose a new room without knowing that it was in another hotel of theirs on the other side of the street and not right on the beach as I wanted, which was not specified on the page, they could not change me to the building on the beach because they were full and I had no choice but to accept, we arrived at the room that supposedly had a “private” room but to go to the living room and kitchen you had to enter the room so it was not private at all , that was not the worst, just when my mother went to sleep at almost 11pm on the sofa, we realized that the mattress was useless. IT WAS DISGUSTING, something where no one in this life could sleep, a girl came to bring me a piece of foam that was old, dirty and finished, so they changed our room and the sofa in the new room was WORSE THAN THE PREVIOUS one, they told me to sleep there and that there was nothing else they could do, in a rude way. I understand that they are full but they should not rent rooms that are not suitable for a person, these mattresses are a danger for a human, imagine for a child sleeping in this amount of bacteria, there were even things that moved that I am almost sure were worms or animals living. I asked for a refund and left disappointed and desperate with my 1-year-old daughter and my older mother, at 12 at night to look for a hotel where I could sleep, since I was coming from afar and couldn't return. The outdoor areas and beach are good but their rooms are not suitable for one person, I am sure that someone could contract a disease or bacteria in them. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! I leave photos and videos so that you please DO NOT GO to this hotel. I was reading a girl's comment where her entire group contracted bacteria at this hotel and I'm sure she was referring to this. I thank God that I was able to realize it and not spend a night in this disgusting place. This is something UNHEALTHY, they should send this hotel to inspect. Pay a little more and stay in a hotel that is really worth it.

Got to hotel late,got our room walk into it and the room was not cleaned from a previous stay,called front desk,put us in a first floor room,beds we’re comfortable,floors were sandy feeling ,an older hotel so kinda expect things to be old looking

This is a reasonably priced hotel with great staff, clean rooms, mid-century modern vibes. St. Pete Beach is very pretty and the hotel is right on the beach. Pool is also clean and good temp. Very close to food and grocery. Kitchenette was great. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here many times now. 2 of which were weddings. Great atmosphere and right on the beach. Will be back for sure.

Cozy beachside with easy access to the beach. Coll little tiki hut with ice cold beer and wine. Great place for a sunset.

Found P.B.H.at the last minute last yr. at a great price. What a phenominal find! So awesome, we just booked our 10day for this year. They don't miss a thing, super tiki bar,.. reg. prices, they have happy hour in the lobby with free beer or wine, great way to meet other people. Room was perfect, mini- kitchen, groceries right across the street. The games are an awesome touch, I owe my wife $1,000 from mini golf and ping pong. Walking the beach for shells was the absolute best! Of course, brought some home, we absolutely loved it here!

This was a phenomenal experience and was only made better by the extraordinary customer service that was given to us! Everyone who worked with us was so friendly and helpful! Alexis was especially helpful and friendly on many occasions, and just had a powerful positive energy about her that was just the cherry, whip cream, and the sprinkles on top of our ice cream vacation! Beautiful room, great staff, breathtaking views, fun amenities, FREE BEER AND WINE, and of course a gorgeous ocean, all helped make this experience absolutely stellar! Thank you all for an AMAZING vacation!

We stayed at both the Plaza Beach Hotel and Bay Palms. This is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and the hotels are very nice! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Beautiful sunsets and steps from the 🏖️ beach!

Fantastic classic west Florida old school beach resort. Only a few of these gems left. The family that operates this does a fantastic job and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. This was our third time visiting for a week and will be returning this summer 2024.

Great spot on the beach. Resort has every kind of activity we needed- beach, pool, games, and complimentary happy hour! Our room was clean and just as pictured on their site. Bathroom was a bit tight but we made it work.

Had a great stay at Bay Palms Waterfront! My daughters and I loved having so many options of things to do at the 3 locations (all close together), and it is an easy walk to great restaurants, grocery store and Walgreens. Every single person who works there is so friendly and helpful. So many nice personal touches, and the text communications were a nice way to get quick and helpful responses and truly made us feel so welcome there. And the decor/vibe is so much fun! Highly recommend!

Quaint hotel. Rooms are dated but in very good condition. Definitely a memorable stay with pool, bar, and white sand!

Pet friendly also nice clean room does not spell like a pet room been here twice will be back again

Absolutely best place to stay! We had an amazing, relaxing time. Staff was the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever had. Rooms were great, beautiful side view of the pool area and the ocean. Pool area was perfect, water was warm and so clean. Beach was gorgeous and easily accessible. The manager of the hotel was always around, walking around, helping everyone. I can’t wait to go again. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

I would give this a 2.5 stars at most- for the hotel itself. We paid for a Gulf view, I envisioned sitting on our patio in the morning drinking coffee, and cocktails at night. Our view shouldn’t have been classified as Gulf view. Look at my picture- if you’re not wanting this, be sure to call Pillows are about 1” thick, literally. LOTS of water damage that was just painted over. It’s an OK place to stay- the room was clean, employees very friendly, decent location, Beach is beautiful but I don’t think we will stay again.
