Good customer service fast service

First time ever trying plnt burger and was super satisfied 🥰🥰🫶🏽

The food was great, fresh, hot, and didnt take long to pick up, the main thing for me was the service! The people serving me was friendly, polite and attentive, they made my experience a pleasant one

Best plant based spicy chicken sandwich. It tastes 100x better than Chickfila

So sad I only recently discovered this. The burgers are delicious and everything is plant based so you feel good about what you're eating. The workers are so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

My favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Herb Fries! I haven’t been disappointed yet, everything is delicious 😋

Everyone is always helpful and I am vegan so every chance I get I feed myself and I have had everything off their menu and I told people about the vegan food and I have brought people with me who never had the vegan food and they absolutely loved it and so do I thank you for having a place were People who are vegan can enjoy the food

The absolute best chili and French fries there is!! The chili is so flavorful and the texture is spot on! And the fries are the best crisp and crunch of perfection that every place should aim to duplicate. I feel like Plnt Burger is such a hidden gem that gets over looked. Hands down my favorite fast food meal go to! The staff at the Jenkintown location are always so friendly and great as well. If you’ve never been, definitely give it a try and start with the fries and chili!

I ordered lunch at the Jenkintown location and everything was excellent! Customer service was superb as well. I ordered the double cheeseburger, green bean fries and the banana creme brulee shake. It was a late lunch and I was starving. The shake was absolutely, sinfully delicious! It literally tasted like creme brûlée with soft bites of banana throughout. The green bean fries, suggested by the gentleman completing my order, was really good. I love having that as an alternative to fries. And the burger. Well, the burger was amazing!

George at your Jenkintown store is such an asset! He is an expert on the product line and extremely kind, patient and friendly. He should be a plant burger Ambassador. He made me feel so welcome, and was so patient with me as he help me use the app to order and he also made sure I knew about other items I would like. Welcoming attitude will bring me back to Plnt Burger again and again!

Plant burger is always consistent with their food. I got the mushroom burger and sweet potato fries. The reason I love plant burger is because their food is good quality if I didn’t know any better I’d think I was eating a real burger. The sweet potato fries are always good I like them with the maple mustard. And the customer service is always great. As usual l will be back!

The staff is nice but the food is horrible. I ordered the cheeseburger, the bread was soggy, not toasted, very cold, and burger was very greased. I couldn't finish the burger. The only thing that was good was sweet potato fries. I wouldn't order from here again.

I had the best experience! George at the jenkintown store was so nice and helpful! The WiFi was frustrating but he was patient and walked me through the whole transaction! George made it a wonderful experience!!

My wife and I ate here last night. We were helped by Raiid and his co-worker. They were both great. Raiid had great energy and was extremely attentive and caring with my wife who has a Gluten sensitivity. You can feel the passion he has for delivering a great customer experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Out of all of the veggie/vegan burgers I've tried, this one was the closest tasting to a real burger. The fries were awesome as well. Will definitely be going back when we are in the area.

PLNT Burger was tasty but expensive! But if you want a plant based burger which tastes EXACTLY like meat, give it a try. Don't get the fries, they're not worth it.

This is a wonderful place when you're craving "fast food" but want to stay plant-based. A new option of crispy green bean "fries" have been added to the menu. Battered and flavorful, they pair beautifully with the horseradish sauce. I'm also a fan of the chili fries. I'm looking forward to trying the "Actual veggies burger" on days I don't want the plant-based burger or chicken patty. For the days, I want to be a little indulgent, this spot has more than enough on the menu that allow me to revel in the occasional cheat day! The staff is always welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond with service. I love this location! Updated: Today, I was able to try the strawberry OAT milkshake-- delicious. And it was made with real chopped strawberries! This is still a with location delicious food and delightfully pleasant staff. Maybe it's just me, but they can give "that popular chicken spot" a run for their money with service 🐄.

PLNT Burger is the real deal. They consistently produce amazing food every time I visit. I’m not even vegan but I can’t get enough of their food. I literally dream about the BBQ mushroom bacon cheeseburger at least once a week. They also have a rewards program and occasionally send you coupons for free stuff if you sign up on the app. One employee, Ronnie, told me about their current deals and offered me a sample of one of their fruity drinks. Their current special was out of this world, the Banana Crème Brûlée shake…. Highly recommend!

My husband and I just had the spicy chk’n sandwich and omg was it delicious. I’ve never had meat, but my husband who has, says it tastes like chicken. Also the sandwich looked small but omg was it filling. Would recommend and will get again.

They messed up almost everything in our order & did not include fries. The burger and melt are so small its almost funny. Not worth the money. Chicken is average. Air fryed impossible Meat chicken is way better. Hip city veg blows this place out of the water

This is truly vegan food done comfortably. Fast and great food really enjoy.

I had such high hopes for this because of the reviews. First of all I ordered the fish sandwich and it smelled so bad !!! I eat meatless fish all the time mostly that I prepare at home so it should not smell like rotten fish . It was not edible!! The chili fries were hard under the chili and the topping did not taste good . The cheese was like gummy . The only edible item was then side of bbq sauce I paid for . It’s was very good on the food I had ended up having to cook since this food was not edible. $30 and the container is small also. Maybe this was an off day for them !! I may try a different location but for now zero stars!

The girl with the tractor co. Hat was EXTREMELY nasty and rude! She should not be front and center doing anything! Now my food was good but the service was so bad it negatively impacted the atmosphere. The black guy with scarf was really trying to get our order out but tractor co. Hat girl I think she had brown/brunette hair but she was nastyyyy!

The gentleman working there was si polite, kind and helpful. I couldn't figure out the app because I'm not very tech savvy and he did the whole order for me. He REALLY cared that I enjoyed my meal.

Every time I eat here it’s perfection! Taste and quality for sure… I am an aerial performer (basically flipping around constantly in the air all day and night) and I can have a milkshake and a burger or sandwich from here then go right onstage to do my tricks with out ever feeling bloated or sick like other fast food restaurants make me feel. 1000 stars !!!!!

My daughter loves the little dippers. I told her they were chicken nuggets because all she ever wants to eat is chicken nuggets. She likes them better than other nuggets and prefers plant burger to any other fast food. Super win for me.

I love PLNT Burger!!! SO convenient- if I feel like just skipping cooking for the night I can order some delicious takeout and know that it's fully vegan, then pick it up at the Whole Foods where I can buy some essentials at the same time ❤️

Ordered online, and it was ready in a few minutes. BBQ Mushroom Bacon Burger was tasty. Fries were thick and crispy. Spicy Aioli dip was not spicy but still good. I would eat here again. It is located in Whole Foods, left side where the salad bar and deli are.

Love it every-time I go there. Staff are very nice and have conversations with my friend and I. They never forget little side requests I ask for (extra sauce, ketchup on side, etc). It can also be nice to wander around Whole Foods while waiting for the joy that arises seeing the notification that your food is ready. PS— the maple mustard and sweet potato fries is the best combo I have ever tasted. I got all my friends hooked.

This is our family’s second time getting plnt burger, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals but the service is why I’m leaving this review. We have two young children and when my 3 year old got a little unruly, an employee walked us to our car and helped carry the food. I wish we got their name, but we are so grateful and appreciative for the extra special treatment! We will be back any time we want to enjoy some vegan burgers and treats. The food is awesome!

As someone who is dating someone who is deathly allergic to dairy, it's nice knowing there is a really great place to get burgers. It is anxiety inducing due to the proximity to the other food areas. But overall really good.

The chili cheese fries and nuggets are top notch! Friends love their burgers as well!

This might have been the best vegan burger I’ve ever had and I’ve been trying vegan burgers for 7 years. Went with the classic double cheeseburger and fries. Ate it hot right there and it was incredible.

Plant burger, is possibly the best food I’ve ever had in my life. If I had to choose between, the best lobster sub in the world, the best Chicago pizza in the world, or Jenkintown plant burger, 95% chance I go to the Jenkintown plant burger. And that’s against mythical food, against ordinary food, I’m probably going with the plant burger 100% of the time.

PLNT Burger is one of my fav local take-out spots. Their chick’n nuggets and sweet potato fries are so good. My kids love them more than other fast food options.

This is pretty great place for being stuffed into a Whole Foods. I had a patty melt that was ridiculously good, the fries are excellent and the “chicken” is fantastic. If you’re not typically eating vegan food this is a good starting point though I’m sure calorie-wise you’d want to exercise some moderation. The biggest and really only downside is location - this Whole Foods is almost always a zoo but at no fault of the PLNT Burger. Hoping they opt for a full brick and mortar restaurant sometime in the near future. If they keep up what they have going right now, they’ll do very well.

Love their sweet potato fries! I’m not vegan or vegetarian and I can definitely eat from them. I was not missing any meat taste or flavor. My kids loved it. They could not tell the difference. We ordered on the app and it was ready when we got there. You also get a $5 off if you order on the app for the first time. Plus I get points for the purchase. You know that’s a win.

Crazy-delicious vegan burgers, nuggets, shakes, and more. My fave is the cheeseburger with BBQ, vegan cheddar, carmelized onions, and mushroom bacon. So satisfying. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

From the moment we stepped into the store, we smelled something good. We ordered out of curiosity and to our surprise what we ordered was better than we thought it would be. Me and my sister now have a common place to order burgers again! Ronnie M, our server tonight was also really nice~

Dream come true! I've wanted an authentic vegan fast food experience for about ten years. This place knocks it out of the park! Recipes and execution are flawless, packaging and presentation are genius, employees are efficient and super thoughtful. We're so lucky to live nearby. We'll be back regularly!

The app and the touch screen inside Whole Foods didn't have the shakes listed as available. I inquired when I was picking up my order and the manager offered to make me one even though the tech wasn't supporting the orders todays. They're super friendly there.
