The chicken is like Arturo's. (Only for connoisseurs) I loved it!!

Busy location, very clean. The fried chicken family meal was incredible and super hot to order. We came in with a large group and did our best to fit around a single table, but the kind staff here were so accomadating and decided to set us up by pushing together tables so we could eat more comfortably.

Today, July 15, 2024, I bought a combo of 3 pieces of Fried chicken, and I took a photo of the black and purple chicken in poor condition, it had a bad taste and a bad smell, it was damaged, the same thing has happened 4 times, I will NOT return , they damage the Image of the Brand by NOT having control over the Quality of the Product.

I love going to Pollo Campero because their service and food are delicious. I always leave grateful for their staff and the quality of their products. On this occasion, Tatiana was attended to by someone very kind.

I always go to Pollo Campero on 8th Street, the tension is very good, the place is clean and the chicken is delicious. Their collaborators are very attentive and advise me well. Tatiana took care of me and explained everything to me very well.

The first time I came to this restaurant it was a great experience. They were efficient, quick, food was delicious. However, this time I waited there for my order while everyone behind me had gotten their big orders. All I ordered was a family plantains. The plantains were done I was just standing there looking at them. I think the employees need to slow down so they don’t skip orders. If I didn’t say anything they wouldn’t have noticed and I was standing right there in front of them the whole time.

You can’t even call the store anymore like I did a few weeks ago. To save me the inconvenience of driving such a long distance for the hype of overpriced fast food. They changed the phone number to a non-connecting number. I can’t even find out if they have the Queso Bacon sandwich anymore and I don’t live close. Seems that was the best thing on the menu and I don’t want anything else. That was my first time visiting at the end of July and it was sold out then. Now it appears that it was discontinued and not even on the menu anymore how discouraging. I Definitely won’t be going out of my way again for no connecting customer service. Not to mention the chicken nugget that was on the floor behind the counter that no employee would pick up to throw in the garbage. Hopefully those don’t end up with all the rest for sale. I bought two six pieces of nuggets and it definitely crossed my mind. Then the employee or customer that knocked a stack of the cup lids all over the dirty floor in front of the counter. They picked them up and put them for all customers to drink from. Seems like some health violations going on in this establishment. I didn’t even check out the restroom to see if that was sanitary and in working order. If this is a family restaurant then you need to do better. I saw an advertisement on soflo health and needles to say it doesn’t operate like a family restaurant.

Food has always been great here, but I heard from a friend, who I took here by the way, that Pollo Campero in Ecuador tastes a lot better, I can't imagine how but I'm curious now. I don't like the atmosphere here because the bathrooms aren't always very clean and the trash is almost always full. They do take care of it, and they take care of you, but just a bit slow and seeing garbage hanging out of the trash is a bit uncomfortable.

I love country chicken, their food is excellent, the best fried chicken you will ever eat, Tatiana served me and was very kind with her recommendations, definitely a 10/10.

Excellent chicken . The bowl has lettuce tomato avocado beans rice corn onions and heavenly chicken. The fried bananas are sweet with crispy edges like grandmas. Yucca fries are fab. Two thumbs up. Finger licking good. The chicken has a flavor that is uniquely delicious. Plenty of food in a serving. Make sure you can loosen your belt.

The truth is that it was a bad experience, I don't recommend it. The super burnt and dry chicken, the terrible service, the small parking lot and the deteriorated place. Not worth it.

The service is very good, the chicken is also very good but they should put curtains against the sun coming in everywhere and the reflection of the glass makes it warmer even though there is air conditioning and also more tables because we had to wait for the tables to be vacated before we could eat.

One of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been in. You actually have to ask for salt. There are no condiments and little praise there the bar.

Just horrible the rice was over cooked the beans were more like soup and the portions are for a kids meal.. it's overpriced and over hyped.. half the staff don't even speak English.. the chicken was ok I guess 3 meals not including drinks 42 bucks and they didn't even include the dinner roll it suppose to come with.. This place has one of the best fried or grilled chicken in Miami, `To Go’ is the best option because of the small seating space. Their specialty is ‘Pollo Campero’, full of flavor, crispy on the outside and tender inside, never greasy.

I normally try to review fast food chains however, I think my first dinning experience at Pollo Campero is worth a review. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Definitely a peculiar seasoning to the chicken but very delicious. The mac and cheese was also very good, creamy and tasty. I will definitely be a return customer!

The original flavor of chicken is no longer the same as it was a few years ago.

The food was horrible, the fried chicken looked old with a dark color, the taste of the fat was old....the macaroni and cheese was a pasta with a terrible flavor. At the moment I do not recommend it for anyone. The price is super expensive for such poor quality . Excellent service and cleanliness.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience, I went through the drive-thru and they did not attend to me, it took them about 2 minutes to answer something so easy, apparently they did not know how to speak English and when I arrived with the cashier I told her that I wanted to use a code and I did not understand I had to pay for nothing with my card, the food was very good and that had never happened to me, they have to be very careful with that

My first experience at a Pollo Campero absolutely fantastic! Great menu choice,food was fresh. They brought my order to my table which I give a thumbs up. And anything I needed they brought to me. Even with the lunch rush it felt very cozy. Can’t wait to come again.

I was curious about this very popular fried chicken place but in my opinion it was way too salty. I also realized that only got dark meat, I ordered 12 pieces with no sides. Was pretty afordable though.

Food It is very good, but there is a very bad drawback when you enter the restaurant it looks like a freezer is too cold 🥶 that you cannot eat comfortably this is very bad since on several occasions I had to take the food with me to be able to eat outside and it is supposed to be A family restaurant is extremely cold and we told the manager to turn down the air and he doesn't care, bad on his part, I think they should change that!!!!!!

This place usually has fresh food and drinks However this time when I recently went the chicken was not hot and the horchata was mostly cinnamon powder. Other than that they usually are a great restaurant. Love the chicken and camperitos.

The restaurant temperature is not acceptable it to cold and the management said they don’t care. You need to please your customers not employees. Also the don’t have straws for the kids is very disappointing.

IT IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN TOWN. I don’t understand how they have only one in Miami. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and they still haven’t open a new location. There horchata is one of the best I’ve tried. There chicken is always perfectly cooked. It comes w/ a side I usually get yuca fries which are delicious & tortillas. If u put the chicken in the tortilla uffff ! Just trust me ! Kfc or Poppeys or any other fast food place including chil fil a got nothing on campero. The flavor is one a kind. So if ur around the neighborhood I highly recommend u stop even for one piece leg. Thank me later !
