I recently visited a restaurant San Pocho restaurant and the bakery and was impressed by the quality of the food. The flavors were rich and authentic, capturing the essence of traditional Colombian cuisine. From the delicious empanadas to the perfectly seasoned chuleta de cerdo and mondongo , every dish was full of taste and made with care, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. And then I went to the bakery and the cafe with croissant is crazy OMG the flavor is amazing 🤩

I went to pick up some beef soups (ribs) my rating is zero, since they didn't taste like anything (you taste) so much "fame" San pocho and I called to report and they thanked me but they told me that they had never had complaints about their soups, I invite you to try the sancocho from the Sabor a Colombia restaurant, that is a quality sancocho, very tasty, please check the quality of your sancocho

Today I bought a salad and the lettuce was rusty, the carrot is damaged with a sour taste.

Although I always consider it an excellent restaurant, today I have to write that the service was disgraceful and very bad! They made a mistake by giving me a type of arepa THAT I DIDN'T ORDER! I had ordered a corn arepa, yellow and what is generally known in Miami as a Colombian corn arepa, and when I asked them to PLEASE change it for me, the manager only insisted that I had to pay for that “arepa” and anything else that I will replace it! And I had already paid! I have no problem with that as long as I eat what I ordered. Then FOUR waiters tried to intimidate me and of course I confronted them! We don't get older! But I'm not obligated to eat what they want! I pay! Nothing there is a gift! The attitude of the San Pocho staff, acting like Colombian thugs, is very bad! Very badly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANY MORE AND WITH ME THEY LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!!!

They should close that restaurant since now they no longer want to serve and serve poor quality and cold food (and sell expired products)

Everything is very rich Recommended it, the girls who serve are very friendly and the food is delicious.

After years of being a loyal customer, today was the worst experience. Went to celebrate my boss birthday with a good lunch as we do every year and the staff was very disrespectful. Our team was bumped into by the servers, we waited while others who arrived after us was sat down and owner of the establishment disrespected my boss (birthday guy) and kicked us out of the business. They just lost a long time customers that support this business’s with HIGH TIPS. Unacceptable!!!! Avoid the disrespect and go else where!

After years coming to eat and take out food from this restaurant I want to say that today was my birthday and I had the worst experience ever. Both owners mother and daughter were very disrespectful to me and my guest. I’ve made a call to my friends, and family not to support this restaurant anymore. They do not care for their long time clients. Waiters are disrespectful and the cleanliness of the kitchen is not the best. I will report it to the health department for inspection 🧐 roaches 🪳

I've been frequenting this restaurant for over 8 years, but I had a terrible experience today while trying to celebrate a coworker's birthday. I visited the restaurant at 9 AM to drop off the birthday cake, which is what we usually do. I asked one of the well-known servers to reserve a table for us around 1 PM. We arrived half an hour early and found the restaurant was full; they completely ignored us and the table wasn't ready. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching other people being seated, we approached the owner. With a tremendous attitude, she told us to wait, and if we continued bothering her, we wouldn't be served. This gross disrespect shown to a longstanding customer, who always leaves a generous tip to support this establishment, is appalling. For the record, this business is also not the best in terms of cleanliness and service. Additionally, there are frequent issues with parking, and even homeless people occasionally sleep near the restaurant entrance. We will not be returning.

After coming here for some time now, today I’ve experienced the worst customer service from the restaurant manager, and her daughter herself. If we know we have a group 5 or more, we advise ahead of time (in the morning) and requested a table in the back. Arriving to the restaurant (30 minutes early) we noticed our table was not reserved and made us wait in line for more than 20 minutes after we requested a certain table AHEAD of time. While we were waiting, we noticed customers were immediately being seated after waking in. We approach the restaurant manager regarding he situation and her attitude was very RUDE, NO GREETING, and informed us if we didn’t want to wait she would be more than happy to not service us. I highly do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! Especially if you are visiting Miami for the first time and want “good Colombian food”

One of my favorite Colombian food

The arrive was great with the waiter but after I asked to get avocado and I'll pay extra he went to get avocado and his manager refused him to give any avocado even when I offered to pay more. The server stated it was only for a particular dish and not others on menu and couldn't get avocado because the restaurant had limited but when I looked over the counter they had plenty of avocados. Asa Colombian I am instó eating different dishes with avocado and have since I was a kid and in many other Colombian restaurants. But never in my life ever been refused by the manager to no serve me avocado even after I kept offering I'll pay extra no matter the cost. I will no longer be a client to this establishment I felt it was rude and uncalled for. The food I had was ok but this was just not right at all. I usto be a loyal customer coming for yrs when I'm in the area. But after I was treated so rudely from the manager. And how he kept staring up n down. I will never come back . The food quality and service has gone down a lot and denying me avocado when they had plenty n was willing to pay was uncalled for. Last week they gave me dried up empanadas. And just so you know we Colombians do eat agodo in the morning ontop of the arepa or with scrambled eggs. I would rather go to other friendly Colombian restaurants and bakery then ever come across this one again There are better more quality friendly atmosphere Colombian restaurants in town. Best avoid them at all cost. Unless u wanted be treated like ur beneath them.

My wife and daughter had a great time at Sanpocho in little Havana. I had a delicious sancocho de res, normally I get the bandeja paisa, but i wanted something different. We also had some yummy ice cream from the cooler after. Check out this place, great food and great service.

In the past it was good, but I visit Miami last week and I went to San poncho with Mom and the food was terrible the "Colombian Aji" were only shop onions awful 😔 the only good thing was the hot chocolate and Pan de bono. I'm Not coming back, hopefully they improve their food.

The food was very tasty, especially the tray paisa and the pork rinds, the service was very attentive and cordial.

We ordered a picada, the meat is cut so thin that it looks like a sheet of paper. They give you 0.0001gr of meat. The soup was very good.

The horrible empanadas. Dry, almost black in color. I am Colombian and I have never eaten (Well, I didn't eat it) so ugly. Definitely, the empanadas from Los Verdes and the riconcito paisa are the real deal.

As a gringo I watched my Colombian family eat like food had gone out of style or the zombies were nearby. (Little did they know that being too full would slow them down and the zombies would take them out first). I had to remind my father in-law to breathe. Multiple times. My wife’s Tamal evaporated into thin air. In fact, I was waiting for her to eat the plantain leaf. While I cannot pronounce half the food we ate, it was quite exceptional and I was thrilled to be with them during this joyous occasion: “We have found food from our home country! Who-pa!” (This part said in Spanish of course). If my wife smoked she would be outside having a cigarette! Our server was great and the food was served promptly and fresh. Excellent food, nice atmosphere and lots of snacks and treats to purchase that reminded them of home. The price was very fair for the quantity and quality of food! Highly recommend SanPocho! ¡Viva Colombia!

La primera vez fui y pedi para llevar y me decepcione, no conforme regrese ayer y pedi para comer alli dos platos para no juzgarlos mal por la primera orden y que vaina tan mala para empezar jugo de lulo estaba fuerte pero fuerte en agua, tiempo para plato y plato para dos personas que pedimos a el mismo tiempo fue de 20minutos de diferencia (eramos la unica mesa), salchipapas 6/10 papa bien, salchicha bien, chicharron por lógica de emplatado debia de tener los trozos de el tamaño de un bocado ya que se sirve y se come con palillos y otra sugerencia en colombia el salchipapas mas barato por barato que sea trae jamón y/o queso, “la arepa” de carne 0/10 si se puede llamar arepa una masa sin forma que demoro 20minutos mas que el salchipapas a pesar de ser frita y de haber sido moldeada por una pisoton de elefante o un niño de 3años, pague 38$ y no comí nada aclare mis dudas de calidad ahora me entro la duda de como hace un restaurant asi de malo para mantenerse en pie con un local tan grande!! La comida es buena pero la incompetencia del servicio hace que uno no quiera volver. Hoy tuve que vivir la peor experiencia, después de que un mesero trajo la orden completamente equivocada, trato de hacerme sentir mal argumentando una historia horrible de vida para justificar la confusión de haberme traído lo que yo no habia ordenado. Puse la comida que No había ordenado para llevar después de que el mesero me insinuó que si el regresaba la orden, el tendría que pagar por esa comida. Argumento también que trabajar en esta fecha 23 de diciembre era difícil para el. Lo siento mucho pero toda esa situación es una falta de profesionalismo por parte del servicio del restaurante porque lo que uno menos quiere es ir a comer a buen restaurante donde sirven una deliciosa comida pero que lo terminen por hacer pasar un muy mal momento por la falta de compromiso por parte de un trabajador.

Absolutely delicious food and wonderful service. I ordered a bandeja paisa con Carne asada y mazamorra, both were exquisite. The chicharrón was soft instead of toasted and dry like at other places, the steak was thin but perfectly seasoned and not at all overcooked, the beans were delicious, the chorizo wasn't greasy, the arepa was perfectly soft and fluffy. My mom ordered a carne asada and the steak was huge! You will have leftovers to take home. My grandma ordered a tamal that was really good too. The food here is much better than a variety of Colombian places I've tried in the southwest Miami area. I'll definitely come here again.
