I love this Popeyes location! The staff here is always friendly and pleasant and the food is always good! I’m bever disappointed on my lunch breaks!

Omg, they are so nice and always have me laughing and smiling. I always stop by when I am having a bad day and they treat me like family.

Horrible service they took my order from the drive through window and when i get to the other window to pay she didn’t had my order so she started asking whit a very bad attitude like if it was my fault that they have a mess in their computer if you don’t feel like working and you don’t know how to treat people right just don’t do it

“Red beans and rice didn’t miss her” was clearly written about his girl eating Popeyes. Possibly my favorite chicken to eat. Just wish the restaurants were better run. This particular place is always missing foods or it’ll take a 15-20 wait for it to be ready. The chicken is always crispy and flavorful. It’s always a tough choice between Mashed potatoes or beans & rice. Definitely a must for fried chicken.

The worst customer service, chicken wasn’t fully cooked, messed up on the order 3 times asked for my money they was rude, cussing, and gave me a hard time on my refund. Shut it down and fire every body you need fresh staff and definitely new management

Arguably one of the worst Popeyes chain I've ever been to. The manager seems content at running her mouth and making customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite having what should be a full proof method to cooking food, the team here goes out of their way to serve overcooked sides and undercooked chicken. As an added benefit, they keep the temperature so cold that customers don't regularly stay in the dining room to enjoy the garbage food they prepare. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

What terrible customer service! You always have to wait for the person serving to be in the mood to see if they take out the order! And the store is always dirty.

The customer service was absolutely appalling. When we came around the drive thru to order and asked about the drink options, the woman at the register rudely snapped, "just look at what the menu says." My aunt didn’t have her glasses on, and it's their job to help customers, not dismiss them. Then, when we went to pick up our food, we asked for a honey mustard sauce, and another woman flat-out refused to give it to us because there was a line behind us and we were "taking too long." This is unacceptable—no matter how busy it is, they should still treat their customers with respect. We were there at around 8 pm on August 15th, and this kind of treatment is disgraceful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. The drive thru lady had an attitude. I SAID a number one plain, just the sandwich. I noticed she didn’t have plain listed on the screen as I drove to the window. So I asked if she got that i needed it plain. She proceeded to tell me I didn’t say plain. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter. I did say it, however it wasn’t added so that’s why I was checking. She proceeded to argue with me. Supposedly told the cook not to put anything on it but IT STILL HAD MAYO or whatever sauce on it! I drove back through and had a very calm but stern tone. I paid for this sandwich. And they proceeded to argue. Manager, too. Clearly they don’t pay attention or care. I did not eat my sandwich. I am allergic to mayo. They didn’t offer at all to make what I ordered. The sandwich wax also cold. DO NOT GO HERE.

This morning I went to get food and some of my items were missing so I went inside to receive it and I was dealt with attitude and disrespect and when I ask her for some sauce, she yelled and gave me one and dealt with more attitude don’t go to this place. Don’t recommend it. mind you, it was a whole manager, acting like a teenage girl.

It's a Popeyes. The food quality is not great. The chicken tastes like hot grease. The fries and red beans are great. At least they have nice service at this place compare to other Popeyes.

I don't leave negative reviews usually just let it go but THIS Popeyes is the WORST!!? Chicken tenders are mostly breading they were flat, cold and tasted old. Ordered from Doordash biscuits and fries were missing -didn't call driver or Door dash for refund. (they're intentionally ripping customers off) containers were halfway filled and mashed potatoes are instant. YUK!

I am a customer of Popeyes and I am also a Doordash driver. I went to pick up an order at this location a few days ago and let me preface this by saying that I begrudgingly accepted the order because I already knew how it would go. I have been to this location about 3 times and every single time, I have an excessive wait time(even when no cars are on the lot or drive thru). I am always treated rudely. The last time, was my final time at this store. I asked the manager 3 times if the order was complete because she just sat the bag on the counter and walked away. She was wearing a headset and was sweeping the floor as well. I am deaf in my left ear and have hearing loss in my right ear so I need to see lips and facial expressions when trying to converse. The first two times I asked, she was speaking to someone in the back about a drink and sweeping so she was not looking at me at all. The third time, she very rudely laughed and said, " the order was waiting for you and I told you that." I told her that I apologize but could not hear her and that there was no need to be so rude. She just laughed and kept sweeping while mumbling something I couldn't hear. I left and won't be back. I know they could care less but surely the owner of this store cares how his customers are treated and spoken to, but then again, judging from other complaints, maybe not. May you all get what you deserve.

You cannot come to this restaurant, they treat you in a bad way, they are not fast, they do not know how to work, it's that simple, the owner is completely dizzy.

This guy in the dress was eating chicken and frying a fresh batch at the same time. When I walked in, he had a half eaten drum stick in his mouth, you can see him still chewing and the shift manager was just standing there, I walked right out, disgusting 🫣

On my last visit to Popeyes, I unfortunately experienced really poor service. From the inconsiderate treatment to the unclean facilities, the experience left a lot to be desired. The waiting time was excessively long, and the most worrying thing was the way in which people who did not speak English were treated, evidencing a clear lack of inclusion and respect for the diversity of customers. Without a doubt, an experience that makes me reconsider my choice of establishment for future visits, and on top of everything they did not give me an apology for the poor service.

If I could a 0 to this restaurant I would the food is good but the service is horrible. I ordered delivery through their app I was missing half of my food so I went to the store to claim the said missing food. I get there I talk to them in a nice manner and told them what my issue was they said my order was right even though I had missing items, after that they claimed that I ate those items myself, but why would I eat the food come all the way from my house to store just for that I could have just ordered the food myself at the restaurant. They talked to me in bad manner with foul language, and started throwing my food around while it was nothing, so if your getting Popeyes I suggest you go to another location and in person.

The service is terrible, the workers treat you very badly, they are rude, slow, and especially when you tell them that you don't speak English, they laugh in your face.

I just wanted my food. This location is by far the worst I've been to. Staff including management are rude, unhelpful, and lacking the entire service attitude. If it not sitting at the drive thru wait for someone to respond when your the only one there, or placing a mobile order that was not ready at the specified time given or correctly put together, it's dealing with the hood atmosphere. Today I used the mobile app. Apparently ordered an item that wasn't on the menu for the location but WAS ON the app. Had to cancel the entire order according to management. Couldn't substitute the unavailable item or cancel the item alone. Ended up walking out without anything including my money. Who knows if I'll ever get it back. I know I won't be returning to any Popeye's again. I travel, been to Popeye's all over including Louisiana. They are all terrible. Food is good but service is terrible in locations I've been to. Note, this is my local Popeye's, been here many times because the food IS good. Today was the last. Be warned, go somewhere else. So if disappointment is on your menu. Go forth and be fulfilled.

Such a bad, not sure if it's because I came at 9 pm but the cars line didn't move for over 10mins so I had to go inside where it was even worse where you can watch all the employees going so slow and messing orders up as if they hated the job with all their might

Worst customer service ever. I’m surprised the owner of the franchise doesn’t take any action on monitoring and controlling how the staff treats customers. We had a really bad experience today, the person who took our order in the drive thru was extremely rude and when we asked what was her name and to speak with the manager she said she was the manager and wasn’t going to give her name. I’m surprised someone has a business like this and allows this type of behavior between the employees. Really disappointing

The costumer services is terrible, very very rude and aggressive. They don’t even carry names , so you can not refer a complain directly. The lady was upset when I asked for a drink , she got mad , refused to sell the food and close the drive through window o my face. When I asked for a supervisor, she say that she was the supervisor.

Tonight I made the TERRIBLE mistake of going to this location to have an order corrected from yesterday, and not only was the replacement meal still wrong, the cashier and on site manager were INCREDIBLY discourteous and unprofessional. They wreak of people who hate their jobs, themselves and their customers. The food was cold and terrible and the staff was also cold and terrible so I guess it all makes sense... save your money for chick fil a people. Popeyes' quality and reputation is GONE.

Very rude employees. So snippy when ask if dipping sauce and other condiments were in bag. Sure enough - they weren’t. Just totally unnecessary to be so rude when ask a simple question. Chicken strips weren’t the best - not hot and of course we had no dipping sauce.

I love my Popeyes, but not here. The drive through took a half hour to get a chicken sandwich out. Really. I waited in my car in a parking spot for 20 mins and then had to go into the restaurant to see what was going on. Maybe a management problem and thinking they cook to order and not a fast food place. At any rate, it was not worth the wait. In a blind taste test I'm sure most people would think my chicken sandwich was a fish sandwich instead. Nasty and disgusting.

i came around 11:30 , excited to try the wings for first time. i asked the cashier how her day was and she responded with what can i get for you , extremely rude. i asked again and she said the exact same thing. she was so rude … there wasn’t even a line for her to be upset. i asked her what her problem was and she said im running up her timer … we were there for about 45 seconds-1 minute. so disappointed. please hire people that want to work and can answer a simple question. i’m so disgusted. i was still going to order but id rather not have spit in my food. i truly would never come back. chic fli a would NEVER provide customer service like this. we ended up going to mcdonald’s and the service was phenomenal. take notes, popeyes. and get that dirty, filthy mouth woman from up there !

10minutes to progress one car in the drivethrough, if you were to order food through the app for pickup inside they will make you go through the line to tell them youre picking up and then start preparing it, wrong order 90% of the time, location is probably ran by a preschooler so youre better off going anywhere else if you want to eat within an hour of ordering your food

As a manager myself, the manager (African American male) at this place was just unruly to me as a customer. At the window he refused my order at first and then began to rush my order, he seemed really annoyed when i was placing my order. When I called to speak to him at the window the lady working there said he did not want to speak to me! When he did come to speak, he said that he did NOT CARE about him rushing my order or how he was being rude with me and then proceeded to CANCEL my order! At that point I had to say some choice words because he had disrespected me so much in such a small amount of time! So inappropriate person to work there and i cant believe thats the manager. I almost called the police but then i calm myself down and just left the place. Horrible customer service of my life i ever experienced. Never going back.

Unless you have time to kill don't come here! 10 min minimum in drive thru,even if it's only you! If you pay in cash they ask if you want your change. Whoever is in charge of this store should be retired from this industry.

Went here on 3/2/24 at precisely 3:17. This was the worst customer service ever. First, they rushed me when I tried ordering through the speaker. There was only 1 car behind me🙄 I told them dark meat and they gave me white meat anyway. Then, the black lady at the window got an attitude when I told her my large Mac and Cheese was missing. She said something about me needing to move and get out of the line. The person in charge needs to talk to her. I guess they don't like large orders, but, hey it's YOUR JOB!!! If you don't like it, find another line of work.

If the owner of Popeyes comes to this restaurant, he will surely die of a heart attack with the bad, lousy and horrible service they give.

The baddest place I have ever known in all of West Palm Beach because of the bad treatment and bad attitude of all those brunettes. I am black but those women are disappointing. Bad manners with the customer and making fun of people who don't speak English. Really a very bad experience, I hope the owner of that place makes changes with his employees because they really scare away customers. In front of me, a mother and her son went to ask for something and because of the bad treatment they were given, they left without asking for anything. Those women who work there are really very bad. They should change them so that the clientele increases. Otherwise it's going to continue to be the baddest place in all of West Palm Beach.

Its fast food thats not that bad.

We waited for 20 minutes in the drive through and when we got to the speaker to order, no one greeted us for 10 minutes to order. So we said “hello” because we were done waiting and, a lady with an aggressive tone said “Hold on you just got here!” And we proceed to wait 10 more minutes and ultimately left without food. This Popeyes always has employees who have a nasty attitude. This was not the first time we have encountered rude employees at this popeyes. They need to do a better job hiring friendly people because this is ridiculous. You do nothing to these people and they treat you like you ran over their dog.
