This location is closest to my house, but after being disappointed so many times I normally don’t visit gave it a try today and once again utter failure! My chicken sandwich was cold when I investigated further. It was some sort of weird chicken that I couldn’t break apart.. Then I tried to call back and no one answered. I’ll take the loss because I knew better don’t visit this location!! Pure trash!

Went yesterday because they brought back the $6.99 meal. Everything was awesome

We ate the sandwich combo, beans and rice, very delicious, the environment was clean and the cashiers were attentive.

I just left there when I say that the manager is beyond friendly. she is a sweetheart, very professional and even gives you a little humor to boot 🫶 for food prepared fresh, just excellent service. thank you!

That's what I get when I go to a restaurant 30 minutes after they opened. Bad service and the night before old chicken.

I came here through drive thru and I met this guy his name is Clinton he’s so friendly, respectful and he knows how to treat customers well and my order was done good with no mistakes.

Chicken fingers were not fresh and hot, just warm

It is good place to dine. Also Their food is so nice. I like their food and services. And there is not too much waiting time. I like the place and their food.

Surprisingly fast service for after hours! Couldn't believe how fast the drive thru moved at 11pm. All Popeyes need to take notes from this location.

I very much dislike that there are things available that are not on the drive through menu. Also, prices seem to be really high.

This location tends to be more miss than hit. But my last 2 experiences have led to me BOYCOTTING this location. Specifically, my last order. I ordered via the app. Went into the location to pick-up at the counter. The manager replied, "Oh the order with the extra deliciousness", upon hearing the name associated with the order. I thanked the representative helping me with my pick-up, and left. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the wing containers were not only smashed, cracked and open on the bottom but that the wing sauce had leaked all into the bottom of the bag and there were hard, black, plastic SPLINTERS of container commingled with the food. IT WAS APPARENT THE FOOD HAD BEEN DROPPED AND DAMAGED at some point during preparation, and not even repackaged--or re-prepared fresh and food safe. What I received was literal trash, and given the manager's FACETIOUS remark, NEVER AGAIN will this popeyes location receive my money. No excuses for such outright unhygienic, lack of food safety, and downright lack of overall regard & respect. It's been a few months since my last visit (December 2023); due to my utter disgust and frustration, it took me a while to write this review. And, had I not been so upset at the time, I would have thought to take pictures before placing the garbage I received in the trash--where it belonged. Nonetheless, I wanted to make sure I took the time to leave a review because the repeatedly appaling experiences at this location shouldn't go unaddressed.

Fave location. Relatively very good for fast food service. Food is always made right and I usually get unsolicited extras when there’s an issue with my food, so that’s always a plus. Gave five stars because my honest rating would be high 4s like a 4.7 or something. Blackened Tenders and fillets are always juicy, love it !

Over priced for the quality of the food

We stopped here in the evening to grab some fast food. The service was good. The place was quiet, which I like and there was no traffic.

Nice and friendly staff. I'm about the spicy wings and red beans and rich. Also love their lemonades, the strawberry and the mango.

Ordered 6 piece wings through drive-thru and they didn't tell me it would take 20 minutes to cook - or else I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. After 20 minutes, I requested a refund and never even received my food. Talk about "fast food" service...

I have not visited this location in years. I decided to visit and was very pleased about the customer service experience I encountered. The young generation is very challenging to society, and I took the time to inform the manager on duty about my experience. Thank you for the courtesy and respect that was given during my entire transaction. My order was placed at the drive thru, and my food was still hot when I got home. Management keep doing what your doing, The young generation need to know how to respect and how to deal with the public in a professional manner and I have encountered that from this location.

After waiting in line behind two customers who kept changing their order, I was greeted by Shem. He took my order of a large beans and rice, small coleslaw and 6 biscuits. I asked Shem to make sure the biscuits were the most brown they had. But when he started get the biscuits he just got what was there. When I said I don't want those he threw them back on the try. A Manger over hearing said if I waited for 8 minutes she could get me what I wanted. After waiting almost 30 minutes Shem came out biscuits that looked almost like the ones before. At that point I ask for my money back. Instead of giving me my money Shem started waiting on other customers. I had to get the attention of Carolyn, another manager to get her to give me my money back. However, she seem annoyed by my asking saying she didn't hear me when I asked Shem for my money back. This was the worst service that I have ever received from this store which I have been coming to for over a decade. I will never come back and I will encourage my family and friends to take their business elsewhere as well.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been in my life. Food is not tasty compared to other Popeyes. There is a old man work there. Maybe he is supervisor or manager. This man is extremely rude, unprofessional and racist. His attitude is racist! I highly suggest everyone to avoid this location. Yes, I am not going there again.

There was an older gentlemen cleaning the countertops and being overall an amazing manager. I wish I would've caught his name. I was more so annoyed with the customers in front of me,not the staff. They were a family of like 5 and they all had one major order, then decided to add on additional orders. As their humongous order had them stand off to the side after their 10 minutes of "mmm...ahh...hmm...I think I want..." we all started getting a bit agitated. But that man came to save the day and add some cheer and I remember what he said "Guys! We have guest! Let's keep it clean at this counter and make our guest feel comfortable and welcome!" He's the goat for that because...he knew we had been waiting. And then he had the family stand to the side as the rest of ordered food that was already ready. We were in and out and they were still standing there. So I'm glad he made that executive decision to show the younger people how to conduct business. Thank you for your service sir!

Great place, good location but they forgot my beans and rice! I was really looking forward to eating it for dinner!

I have been here 5 times with the same order every time. Blackened chicken sandwich, extra spicy sauce. That's it, nothing else. They have not once gotten the order correct. The staff is polite but it's quite frustrating. I hate being the person who checks my order before I leave

I dined in, and some of the workers were a little bit too loud for me. I had to look up several times just to see what was happening. But the food was very tasty.

I came by at night time, lady there was so nice, calm, she was patient and honestly the way she spoke and worked with everyone, was amazing, I enjoyed the chicken as well, juicy and crispy, spicy and the mashed potato’s were good.

My red beans and rice was cool,my chicken nuggets were all tiny like for a baby's mouth size I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED 🤬💔💔💔💔💔

I went through drive thru they gave me someone else's order but, didn't realize until I got home. It was late so I came back the next day. Ms. Kayla the manager was so kind and professional she went above a beyond to make it right. On another occasion my cavings/order was all over the place. I told her what I wanted, Kayla helped me put my order together in a way that was economical. She's the best 👍!!!

I went thru drive thru, ordered the popcorn shrimp platter then pulled in parking lot to eat. When I opened my bag, found out they gave me wrong order. Went inside and manager made it right!

The employees and manager are very friendly I consider this Popeyes the best location in the DMV area I normally only get the mashed potatoes because I don't eat fried food but they're normally good and the Mac and cheese 🧀

Everything was so fresh. My only gripe is I didn't get fries, (on me) staff was nice, courteous and efficient

Always missing items. Today they told me to pull forward to the cone. Went inside after 20 minutes of waiting and my food had just been sitting there forgotten by the employees. They still missed the fries. I don’t know why I keep trying this location.

I ordered 4 Spicy Chicken Sandwich and some tenders and everything was raw !! My whole order was UNCOOKED !

I wanted some ghost wings that evening, I ask if fries came with it she said no and if you want a biscuit you have to pay,!i will not come to this, the heartmosphere .

Food is delightful, the service is good. The atmosphere could be better as it is in the middle of parking lots, but in terms of Popeyes atmospheres this one is actually pretty secluded as it has woods behind it. I like this Popeyes bug thumbs up 👍 👌 🙌 😋

They changed their colors...I rode right past it thinking it was another place. Idk why they did that. Ordered some tenders for my son, and I was in that drive tru for 5mins before I could even get food. The employees were too busy talking amounst themselves to even serve the customer. Let's just say it took, 15 mins for not so fast food.

Popcorn shrimp was undercooked. Made me vomit. Chicken was alright. Bathrooms were clean. Definitely won’t go out of my way to go here again but it was like 10:30 pm so beggars can’t be choosers

it’s kinda hit or miss with this one and mostly miss. food is more likely to be cold than not, they only fill the side containers about 2/3, and every time i’ve ordered an apple pie they’ve forgotten it.

The Wait for our food was the down fall for me waited 25-35 minutes in the drive Thur and we ordered on line

For some reason i always try you know maybe they will not forget anything this time but for some reason every time i order apple pies i pay for it get home 20 minutes later and cone to find out missing apple pies last time was the fries truthfully i don’t preferred going to this location anymore until they stop messing up my orders this is the 5th time this happened

For it to be a Sunday afternoon it was slow on the inside with the people preparing the order and I could not really get what I want it so I want it so that's life no big thing.

one staff person was super rude and turned their back at me and wouldn't acknowledge when I walked up to the locked door and didn't notice the small, tacky, hand written sign saying that the lobby was closed (apparently I came during drive-thru only hours) but the food was hot and everyone else was nice

I always enjoy going to this Popeyes but to be honest with you I was a little disappointed because of the spicy chicken the way used to come mounting service Anna Hattie Farm I wasn't happy with that maybe it has something to do with the price of chicken going up I don't know but if that's how it's going to be I won't eat a spicy chicken sandwich again everything else was great a little disappointed with the spicy chicken sandwich

The service is better this time. The chicken is always good. The fried chicken is always good but the customer service is getting bad. I went inside the store. There was no customer in the store. One lady told me to wait for a bit and i waited for 3 minutes and she disappeared. I seemed like everyone ignored me the whole time. Until i asked how long do i have to want for. Another lady came to help me with my order but she forgot to give me my 2 sprit and 1 coleslaw. (I realized that when i was in my car)

Good food, good service. I'd have given five starts except for the nearly 10 minute wait for blackened tenders which had been ordered through the app nearly fifteen minutes earlier! If I'd been a drive up customer asking at the last minute, I might have understood, but I ordered in advance!

I just ordered three meals. To make a long story short, I get home only to discover one of the shrimp tackle boxes looked like the shrimp got tackled. I only had four whole shrimp, and the rest was some mess. I tried calling the store back because I’m gonna get compensated. I’m too tired and famished to drive back tonight for four shrimp but I’m am beyond p’d off. No one is answering the 📞. Whoever fixed this knew this wasn’t up to par and you gave this to me, oh no!!!

The fish sandwich was warm, crispy and very good. However, I asked the server what kind of fish it was and he told me 'filet' 😀. Not sure but I believe it was flounder which I didn't know makes such a nice sandwich.

This is my Parents and I favorite Popeye's to go Too!, I'm Sorry they don't serve cajun rice anymore!, They took cajun rice off their menu!, I love the 14 pieces of meal deal for $24.99. Its a win win for Every Body!, I love their new hand crafted homemade macaroni and cheese!, Delicious!, Yum!, Yum!

What can you say it is Comfort food, just as expected, I liked the Dirty rice and they no longer have that side it was my favorite. What can we do?. The Ice tea is great. Will the Chicken is the best. Just can't have enough of it. But can't eat it if you want to stay in good graces with your Doctor.

Well, the food was good; however, my aunt noticed next to no beans in her red beans and rice order and as I ate halfway through my spicy chicken sandwich... pulling it out of the sleeve, I noticed mold on the lower edge of bun. I took it to the counter to inform cashier/manager and was asked what did I want...another sandwich or what? I told them "no" it was brought to their attention clearly for informational purposes only. They commented "noted" and I returned to my meal. The cashier had been very accommodating with my order earlier, so there was no need to fuss over a smaller portion of bread!

I tried their spicy chicken sandwich. That was not as good as Chick-fil-As.
