Hands down, the nicest staff working there. I've always had the best service. No rush when ordering, and will assist if needed, and quick to get your drinks, I can't say enough good things about this coffee shop. Prices are comparable to Starbucks, but locally owned and operated.

LOVE that the Provision folks opened this drive-through spot. I appreciate that I can get their wonderful seasonal drinks without having to find parking, and it's close enough that I can stop anytime I go somewhere. Their coffee and snacks are creative and tasty! I am so glad that our community has high-quality local coffee shops like Provision and doesn't need to rely on chain places.

I visited Provision On The Fly for the first time yesterday. I can truly say it was the best iced Mocha that I have ever tasted. It was nice and sweet, but you could still taste the rich coffee. The muffin was also delicious. Wonderful service as well.

Always a bright spot of my day! Their cappuccino with a dollop of chocolate takes me back to Italy and my favorite drink while I was there!! And the notes they write on the cup make my day!!

This is a quick way to get that hot or cold treat in the morning. I usually get the Iced Mocha, which is my favorite (boring in their world I know). The drive through experience is unusually fast and my order is always correct. If you see several vehicles in line don’t worry, they get them through there quickly. Very nice, friendly staff and great service. It’s reasonably priced, too. If you’re on Hwy 98 near Daphne/Fairhope/Montrose, stop in to Provision On The Fly for a refreshing treat!

Provision was one of the first places my husband and I visited upon moving to the area. We’ve continued to visit regularly because we adore the vibe and food/beverages. We even had our baby shower there!

I always receive fast & friendly service. Seriously, it took LESS than 90 seconds from ordering to receiving my coffee at my last visit. The staff is always kind and accommodating. I can’t recommend Provision On The Fly place enough. Always good vibes. Did I mention the coffee is phenomenal too? FIVE STARS!!!

I CANT GIVE ZERO STARS OR I WOULD, MY FIRST TIME GOING HERE AND I WENT TO THE WALK-UP SCANNED THE QR CODE TO GET TO THE MENU, THEN WENT TO THE DOOR TO ORDER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 2 MINUTES BECAUSE THEY HAD CUSTOMERS, WHAT DO THEY THINK I WAS ?????

I was in the area for an appointment and needed some coffee and a snack. I ordered online and the pick up was easy and quick. Friendly service too. The blueberry muffin and blender were awesome! I hope to go back some time soon!

I've never been here and I more that likely won't go because of your marketing. I don't know how you got my number, but you have twice now, sent me text for discounts at 7 in the morning.

Decent cup of coffee, although it was not made to order (how we requested it). Lids did not fit!!! They sold us a $5+ dribble cup Since it was the morning & we were traveling to New Orleans for the day, we had coffee stains on our clothes all day. Do not reccomend. Sorry, ya missed the mark on this one. I won't be back.

The drive-thru is very convenient and I appreciate the effort that goes into the drinks. The staff is friendly, they offer a lot of specials and discounts, and really seem to care about the community. I'm not a big fan of their actual espresso, but it's ok. Prices are pretty steep. Overall, pretty good and I'll return for the convenience and changing drinks and specials.

Coffee is meh here, the parent store was much better. Muffin was pretty good, I wish there was more food options.

POTF is my favorite place ever!! I love supporting a family owned, local coffee shop and they care deeply about their customers! They are intentional with both their offers and daily interaction. The best!

Very friendly staff! The iced vanilla lattè was yummy. I actually tried to place an order online for the first time and didn’t realize I hadn’t finished the process. When I arrived, the barista was kind and told me I could park, finish the process, and they would bring the drink out to me. After I finished placing the order, I probably received it in 2-3 minutes, very fast and the girl who brought it was very sweet. The only thing I would love to see added to the menu is freshly made pastries, the downtown location has the best!

I always love running through the drive thru on the way to work to pick up a coffee! It’s a great way to start my day because the staff is super friendly and the coffee is delicious.

Disappointed with their marketing. My husband and I both have our own separate rewards account and we receive text messages with marketing or coupons and we came for the muffin and coffee and I wasn’t able to get the marketing they had going on this week for each of us only one per car. 🚗 Regardless whose in the car. So just wanted to let you all know so you don’t expect more than that.

I absolutely love provisions and am so happy they’ve opened this location with a drive through!! They have the best matcha in Baldwin county and use lovely syrups that aren’t the default ones most cafès use. Everyone that works here is sweet as can be.
