Lots of new things at this store that aren't at the store where I live. Great store!

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to Ben and Tegan, two outstanding employees at Publix, for their incredible assistance during my recent move. Moving can be an overwhelming experience, but thanks to their generosity and hard work, the process was significantly easier and more manageable. During one of my visits to Publix, I mentioned my upcoming move and my need for boxes. Without hesitation, Tegan stepped in to help and Ben joined. They went above and beyond to provide me with sturdy boxes that were perfect for packing my belongings. Their willingness to assist and their proactive approach made a world of difference. What stood out the most was their cheerful and positive attitude. Despite their busy schedules, they took the time to ensure I had everything I needed, and their genuine kindness was truly heartwarming. Their teamwork and efficiency were impressive, and they made sure I felt supported throughout the process. Thanks to Ben and Tegan, what could have been a daunting task turned into a manageable and even enjoyable experience. Their help allowed me to focus on other important aspects of the move, and I am incredibly grateful for their assistance. In a world where such kindness and willingness to help others are sometimes hard to come by, Tegan and Ben exemplify the best of Publix and our community. Their dedication to customer service and their readiness to lend a hand made a significant impact on my move, and I cannot thank them enough. Publix' customer service at this store especially, is distinctly the best.

Prices are waaaaaay too high!!!!!

I love publixs,the people There are very friendly and helpful.And they usually have everything I need.The only issue I have with Publix.Is there a parking lot and lazy entitledPeople who decide they don't need to put their shopping carts away and block parking spaces. To all of you who don't feel the need to return your Shopping carts, shame!! on you Stop being So lazy be considerate of others.

Not the best Publix. Unfortunately it’s the one that’s conveniently located to my home. On multiple occasions I have purchased items that have been expired. Yesterday I purchased hummus that expired April 16th. It’s May 19th. And I’ve purchased jelly this year that had expired in 2021. Make sure you check all dates before purchasing. It’s worrisome because some people may not notice these things have expired, eat them and could end up very ill.

The baker refused to give my 2 year old a cookie today and said we don't give kids cookies anymore. I don't believe this for a second and my son was super disappointed. Poor customer service.

Excellent service and quality of products

Publix Deli doesn't disappoint for decades now. PubSub is Legendary the Boars Head, the Cole Slaw,Southern PotSalad. Just ordered a Chantilly Birthday cake that was out of this world. BOGO ALERT!!! 😁😁😁

Everything is SO expensive nowadays! I bought 8 things and spent nearly $90. I didn't splurge on glamor items... the basics. Not sure how much that's Publix fault, but damn!

I lost my debit card a few days ago so I downloaded a digital card through my bank for the meantime. Today was my first time attempting to use the digital card and it didn’t work. Nick at check out took it upon himself to buy all of my items and it seriously made my entire day. Thank you for being an incredible human, Nick!!

99% of the items in this store contain unhealthy additives. This place is killing America!!!! Destroying families little by little with ingredients that lead to diseases in the name of profit. The healthy foods are hard to find and mostly on the edges of the store or in corners. Very deceptive environment constantly baiting people with cheaper prices on foods with higher poison levels such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Very criminal enterprise!!!!

Clean and well lit. Ample stock on the shelves. Sadly, they do not seem to keep the Steakhouse seasoned hamburger patties stocked, and while they have made them for me when I have asked for them today, I didn't have time to wait.

What more can you say? Publix is the best, and this location is no different.

Try to get items but it seems to busy for help.

There is always alot of staff and if you ever need assistance in my experience the employees go out of their way to help no matter what random item I can't find. Always a pleasure going in lots of smiles nods and hellos I'm all about customer service.

I love shopping at this Publix. Special praise to Roxy in the Bakery dept. for her kindness and attentiveness in helping our family get the cake we wanted for a special occasion recently!

Jill was a sweetheart at the deli. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I come here for the people, even though the prices are higher than other stores and the sales and do not tell you the original price.

I feel like I could never live without Publix it's where we always go to shop for groceries. Their subs are so good. Just the deli, in general, is delicious. Publix is so close by, too. I don't know what I would do without publix.

I had a bread pudding recipe that called for 'day old' bread. I called the Publix bakery and the lady said she had some and she put a loaf aside. Later I picked up the 'day old' bread and saw it was the same price as 'fresh' bread. This is because they sell bread at the same price for three days and then give it away to food programs. There's no discount. Patrons pay full price for the bread that's on the shelf, regardless of age. So much for the expectation of a discount.

Prices are typically a bit higher, but my kid must have Publix chicken tenders and Mac n Cheese... None other!

Excellence in anything's that is a position be in my life and stay in my life through the good and the bad.

Store was very busy, but as always clean, well organized and well staffed to meet customer dema d.

I always love to get my sub at Publix because it’s fresh and clean. However, today, I went there, and the station was entirely not clean. The lady who served our sandwiches did not clean the knives. Also, she grabbed the topping that some meat was spilled and put the topping with that type of meat in our sandwiches. She did not pay attention until I mentioned that to her. She took them out, but when I reached my office and start eating, I still found some of that meat in my sandwich, and for the first time, I was not happy with the quality, which made me feel disgusted.

Always a happy experience @ Publix. Wonderful team members, Michael&Tony Abruzzese are the best!. Also. KIMBERLY in Deli is fast, professional, always takes time to make sure of cuts are to perfection! We, in Fishhawk are thankful for such service!

Every day I go to Publix, I'm a neighbor today I went for cold cuts there were 3 people in the deli, two cutting cold cuts for the display and one serving more than 10 minutes to be served not once did they tell me right away we'll take care of it of course education no longer has everyone as seen 👎

Order was ready as requested... friendly staff

I really wanted to love this Publix, but constantly and consistently my pre-placed deli meat and cheese orders are never ready on time. I almost always give a 45 minute lead time to pick them up (30 being the quickest the system will let you do, so I try to give extra time so that they can have it ready on time), and I’m constantly left to wait at least 10 minutes if not longer for my order. Often I find myself grabbing a number and waiting in line at the deli counter to ask them if my order is sitting back there…often, it hasn’t even been started, even though it’s well beyond the time that it was supposed to be ready. I have brought this to the attention of the deli assistant manager, and I was given an apology and told that they would try to do better, but yet several weeks and orders later, no change has happened. Even though this is the closest Publix to my house, I’ve just about decided that I’m willing to drive to Fishhawk, or to fight the mess that is Bell Shoals, to go to a Publix where my lunchmeat order will be ready on time/when promised and where I feel like they value my business.

Always very polite and respectful! Questions are always answered, if they don't, they find out for me. My favorite grocery store to shop.

So this was my first time in this location and like always the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was only there for a couple things but took a walk through the store. First stop was to check out the bakery. Well again the desserts looked fabulous and I would have like to take one of everything. Next stop the deli section and they had a great selection of meats and cheese. The people behind the counter were busy with other customers but it still did not stop them from looking up and telling me they would be right with me. Had a great fruits and vegetables selection as well as a wine selection. As for the rest of the the store it was bright, clean and staff everywhere to help. They have a atm outside as well as propane if you need it. Will be happy to come back to this location
