Please carry pina colada more often. It’s the only ice we can have and it’s rare yall have it!!! I love this Rita’s the staff is so nice and sweet. The owner has also served us before and she’s so sweet.

It’s definitely a Philly thing. I love that Rita’s expanded down south and I can get my fav water ice in Tampa! It’s the lemon and blue raspberry for me! Yeah the custard and the gelati’s are awesome but Rita’s is really famous for their water ice… period!

Going to a Rita’s was like stepping into a Time Machine for me—nostalgia overload! It had been over two decades since my last visit, and I’m thrilled to report that the flavors and quality haven’t faded one bit. I opted for a tropical fruit Italian ice, which was sheer perfection, bursting with vibrant, refreshing flavors. This was my spouse’s first time to Rita’s and she treated herself to an Oreo and chocolate concrete. The chocolate custard was unbelievably smooth and decadently rich, just as I remembered from years ago. Rita’s has maintained its high standards over the years, making it a must-visit for anyone craving a sweet treat. Highly recommend to anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth with quality eats!

Hailey Q provided a subpar customer service experience. I have never experienced such an unpleasant transaction with any other Rita's locations. It was not the welcoming experience that we normally receive at other Rita's locations, which is unfortunate.

Although this is a chain we had great service and were very happy with the product. This location has a decent patio for customers to enjoy their frozen treats.

They have some of the BEST custard I've ever had. The cheesecake is my fave.

Love the custard. Been there almost a dozen times. Always get the same thing a large twist in a cup. This time it was extremely small and when I took a scoop from the top there was a hollow hole in the middle! Like I say I love the custard just wish it was truly a large😢

I just went tonight to get a small pistachio custard. Guys.. I know I ordered small, but I’ve never been served such a small ice cream dish in my life. My husband and I were cracking up on the way home. I know inflation is bad, but sheesh. I feel robbed of $5.

Haven't had Rita's in over 10 years since back home in Philadelphia it was a great trip down memory lane. Pleasant employee I encountered as well.

It's OK, definitely a chain and lacking the quality of a real homemade Italian ice. The flavors tend to taste watered down, no little bits of fruit you would expect from something more authentic.

The customer service, treats and prices were all amazing! The menu is easy to navigate and very fun. I'll be back, and recommending to everyone!

First time here. My husband is from up north and was so excited when he saw this one close to home. I asked him how close it tasted to the Ritas he grew up with and he said "identical". His smile said it all. Definitely going back (I got strawberry ice with custard and he got mango with custard)

Great flavors, delicious! Only downfall is the wait, sat at the drive through speaker for a while before parking and walking up to the window
