This is a beautiful Store with lots of helpful employees they have everything

Deli personnel were kind and professional. I'm a vegetarian, and they accommodated me quite nicely

The parking is bad. While the staff are good the customers are something less

I always love Publix. The selection of products is great, and the quality is as well. Publix is my choice supermarket.

The absolute best,service, best subs ever!

This is our favorite Publix, though there are several just at close. We love the pharmacy, the layout inside and the way the parking lot is designed. They always have everything stocked when we need it and are always helpful.

Disorganized deli with lots of employees but no one to help; after a long wait it turns out they lost my online order. And all at prices double Aldi, 0/5 do not recommend this store.

I would give this location 5*s but there is a lady making subs that is absolutely clueless on how to do her job, she has no clue what is on the sub menu, if you work in food you should learn the menu and know how to make stuff the way it is advertised!

Had an amazing experience today. I was getting popcorn chicken and a few other things for my girls lunch and Kristie was helping me, she was the nicest, kindest and sweetest person I have met. She is a great person and has great customer service and went above and beyond to help me make up my mind about what I wanted for myself to eat. Hope she is cherished and is a plain example of how to treat and interact with customers. Thank you for making my day, was having a hard day but you made it better just by your kindness.

Fantastic place and people are very helpful and one thing about Publix. You know if you’re handicapped there is always gonna be a handicap cart available for you a lot of supermarkets do not cater to the handicap Publix.

As always Publix has a great customer service with clean stores, plus BOGO's. I haven't had a bad experience yet with any Publix employees.

Publix used to be great. Food is expensive enough, but this was the 3rd and final time I have to deal with (buy one get one) ringing up WRONG. Then I have to stand there while the check and blah, blah. So this family of four is done shopping here for every meal.

This Publix is one of my favorites. I can find things quickly and has self checkout that helps speed things up.

Last few months we have noticed Publix Springhill runs out of everything. I am also astonished they never keep their own Publix brand of diet cola in stock. Very frustrating when u have to visit other locations when your own local Publix can't keep their stock updated.

I used to work for Publix as a college student at Florida State University. They finally moved out of Florida into South Carolina and I enjoy going to my childhood Publix. I have one complaint about the deli department and it's happening every single time I go to the deli. The staff are not changing their gloves after completing an order to start a new order with fresh gloves. To their credit when I ask them to change gloves they are very good about doing so. Come on guys this is basic Sanitation 101 and why isn't management enforcing this?

Even after ~30 years in the Villle (in a neighborhood only a few miles away) and literally 100s of shopping trips, most of which included great service from dozens of former students working as cashiers, baggers, and even managers (3 cashiers/baggers in a row happened several times), shopping is still a pleasure at Publix Springhill!

Haven't gotten anything from Publix that I didn't like that I can remember but they need to start selling coconut cream pie and German chocolate cake again. They disappeared at the end of the year and I haven't been able to get them since then. Mention it to their bakery and maybe if enough people request it then maybe will listen to us.

One of the best Publix stores in town. They do have 4 self checkouts, but a few regular checkout lanes open. Great deli and bakery here. Very good produce section. Clean.

The workers here are very friendly and helpful. They know the shoppers by name, and I overheard many conversations as I did my shopping. This store is well stocked, and has the feel of a small-town market because of the friendly nature of the staff.

Nice and clean store well organized and very helpful staff lot of great deals and bogo deals not sure about the deli or hot bar how to blow flies, flying around the food on the deli, hot bar and around the cheese and the ham in the deli section where they slice it need to do something about that Especially since some of the blue flies were landing in the food on the hot bar same goes for the meat department and It would be nice if everyone in the deli that was working around food was wearing hairnets, and if they would make the lunch meat and cheese aisle, more accessible for handicap people like they do in other stores
