10/10 Excellent food, super excellent service, very nice place and a super calm atmosphere. 100% recommended. We ate for two people, full breakfasts, 2 12-ounce coffees and two bottles of water and we paid about 43.00.

For me this place it's 5 🌟 Food it's amazing atmosphere it's so positive it's a vibe I enjoy a lot and more when enjoying good meal.. so hard too choose some time but bistec sandwich ufffff brutal ❤️.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the coffee is exquisite, I always stop by to buy my glass of coffee. The girls are very attentive and friendly, fast service, everything is clean. I love it. What I don't like is that they close early at 3:00 and sometimes I leave my appointments at that time and I don't have time to get there for my coffee, they should close later around 4:00. You have to visit pure sweetness. The number one in coffees and food in everything.

Ugh, okay. I thought I was going to have a better experience and I was looking forward to this place. At 10am, the location was packed. It was a small location, but it looks good, pretty and fancy. You have chairs and tables outside which is a plus but don't look up because it is evident there is no cleaning habits in the mall (I'm talking about outside within the mall). If I was to give a 5 star is for service. I ordered a to-go sandwich (2). Unfortunately, the pernil sandwich did not have a good taste. It felt old meat. I ordered Acerola juice and it was extremely sweet. The alcapurrias were in the salty end. I thought they had birthday cakes but I guess I have to order it in advance? However, the Coffee was fantastic. I could've had 3 of those. The Colombian lady is just as sweet. Incredible service, and she deserves a solid 10. This was just my experience. I support this Puertorrican restaurant for sure and I would go back for that cofffee for sure. I just wish I had a better food experience.

My God! 200% recommended, they have everything. Please never change the cook, I GIVE HIM 300%! She made me the best little eggs... BRUTAL! Believe it or not, I usually have problems with the preparation of eggs in other places, but you did it just right and the way I like it. DELICIOUS! Wait for me because I'll be back YES or YES. I went to Puro Dulzor with my family and the food was amazing. Their crazy fries and tripleta are delightful. The portion of each item was big and worth the price. My family and I can’t wait to go again.

The ladies here are so sweet I had breakfast with my family and they were so on top of us making sure we had everything we needed ! Their plates are massive and one plate can feed two ❤️ I recommend it to all❤️

I had an exceptional dining experience at Puro Dulzor By Karolene restaurant. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was delightful, and the host and manager treated us with great care and hospitality. I particularly enjoyed the hot chocolate Nutella and the Chicken and waffles - both were delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience with fantastic food and service!

Beautiful location, a little small, with somewhat of a wait (for the food) and warm inside - decor was adorable. Atmosphere was good, food was amazing. Ordered revoltillo which was yummy, coffee was delicious, pancake was fantastic and the alcapurria 🤤. Bistec sandwich was a little disappointing as it was shredded (almost like a Philly) not what I expected but not bad, just not great. Everything else was awesome.

Highly recommend! Great prices, beautiful drinks, delicious foods! The server was very friendly and hospitable. The seating areas accommodate parties of 4 max, however we were a party of 5 and they helped us extend our table and seating to all fit. Will definitely be coming back here

I am so sad I did not take a pic of our meal! But my husband and I shared a Bistec sandwich with two 16oz coffee latte. The sandwich was so juicy and delicious. I am not a sandwich person but this sandwich had so much flavor and the portion was huge and enough to share with 2 people. I was definitely impressed and the vibe and atmosphere was so cute. Definitely lots of photo ops. We will definitely be coming back to try their other sandwiches and we will be bringing my parents!!!!!!

Although the atmosphere and lady who took care of me were great the food not so much. Incredibly overpriced. Well the sandwiches were pretty decently priced but the fried appetizers and hot drinks way too expensive and for no reason cause it’s not like it’s better than other places. I won’t be coming back 😭

I decided to make a quick stop here before heading to Maryland, after reading some great reviews. As a Puerto Rican, I can tell you that eating here felt like I was back in my island. I highly recommend the tripleta sandwich, sandwich de jamón, queso y huevo and don’t forget the quesitos. Enjoy!!

The food is so good if your traveling to Kissimmee it a must stop and have breakfast or brunch. And they serve more than enough, my girl had coffee and Sandwiches which they could not finish bc it was so much food So if ur in town stop by you won’t go wrong

As part of AN anniversary gift to start our day, Inviting my wife to A delicious breakfast, which she had chosen when she saw it so Presentable on the networks. Firstly there is no service directly to the table, X - you must order at the register Pay and then choose your table. They should change the system since the client will feel more comfortable since the area represents more formality. The dish I chose was an omelet stuffed with pastrami, because they didn't have steak, and some potatoes with cheese & bacon. My wife chose her dish. We wait for the order and when I will have it, Surprise A hair tangled in my food, At first glance my wife thought it was from the cheese but it wasn't. We immediately called the person who served me and told her. After a while the cashier came to ask how Everything IS and I mentioned what happened. He offered his apologies, They offered me to replace my order with the SAME dish for which I paid $50 in total without the hair. wow... A big mistake that out of shame they could have offered even ONE cappuccino for the house, but WELL THANK YOU. X the lack of SNETS. How disappointing, IT'S NOT THAT IT LOOKS PRETTY BUT THE QUALITY IS PERFECT. + CUSTOMER SERVICE

Super cute authentic Puerto Rican food🫶🏽 there’s tables in the front and back. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent. They are all very friendly ☺️ super attentive to order. We had the platter, meat sandwich and for Levar cheese, mocha coffee, some empanadillas everything was 🤌🏽. I will be back !

La comida es excelente, deliciosa y con mucho sabor. El servicio es lo mejor, te hacen sentir en casa, las empleadas son muy amables y están siempre pendientes, a parte el ambiente es muy agradable y familiar, el restaurante es muy lindo. Came here with my family of 14. They made sure we had seating and took our order. Tried the papa rellena and it was so good, four more ordered right after some tried some. I ordered the tripleta and my wife the pork sandwich along with jugo de parcha. Everything was fresh and delicious. The mocha was also amazing. Highly recommend it.

Excelente servicio! El café está a otro nivel, exquisito, cremoso y el whip cream que le echan como topping con canela es delicioso. El pancake con Nutella y frutas bien rico. Compramos 2 libras de pan ya que nos encanto el pan. El pan es horneado en las facilidades. Definitivamente recomendamos este lugar y lo estaremos visitando nuevamente.
