Super cute place , atmosphere super relax

Everything was lovely. Beautiful mom and daughter afternoon. Delicious food. Adorable atmosphere. And our waitress, Nahir was so attentive and kind.

Excellent atmosphere and service. Not to mention the best tea and cakes, to share in a relaxed and calm atmosphere.

SO DISAPOINTING! MY SISTER HAD BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO THE TEA EXPERIENCE FOR HER BIRTHDAY..WE BOOKED IT FOR 8/17..3PM..WE WERE CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO TELL US ANOTHER PARTY WAS GOING TO BE THERE AS WELL. WHEN WE GOT THERE A POLITICAL RALLY FOR VENEZUELA WAS BEING HELD DIRECTLY INFRONT OF THE BUILDING..PATRONS WERE GOING IN AND OUT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT..LOUD SPEAKERS AND LOUD MICS..MY SISTER WAS DEVESTATED

This was the cutest place I’ve ever been to! You walk in and you are welcomed and the environment is just beautiful and elegant. We felt so loved and cared for with lovely suggestions. The tea was incredible with the food as well. It’s all little servings but you’re incredibly full after! You need to come here, even if you don’t like tea!!! Can’t wait to come back!

We had the best time at the Queen’s Tea Room to celebrate a high school graduate. The tea and the food were delicious and the service was exquisite. The wait staff was attentive and indulged us in taking our pictures with provided crowns and tiaras. Highly recommend 10/10!

I had my surprise bridal shower here & it was so lovely. It fulfilled the feminine girly girl in me. It has such a beautiful ambiance, you’re going to want to take lots of photos. I loved all the interesting tea options & pastries. The egg salad sandwich & croissant with apples and brie cheese was my fave. The service was also fantastic, they were very attentive & so gracious to take photos of me with my guests. I look forward to going back.

I’ve been to a lot of high teas in the palm beach area and this is one of the best! The food was wonderful and they served the prettiest mimosa I’ve ever had. Would highly reccomend for Mother’s Day, a get together with girlfriends, or party.

Our daughter’s baby shower was just beautiful. The teas were delicious and the chef prepared the most spectacular soups, sandwiches, pastries and desserts. Our guests were very impressed with the ambience and details from the lighting to the linens, china and great service. My granddaughters had so much fun enjoying their Princess Teas. Mother’s Day event was awesome. My 3 gorgeous daughters took me here for a tea treat on Mother’s Day and I was very impressed with the teas, food and the service was excellent. My daughters were vegetarian and they accommodated their preference. The place was clean , open and the lightening was good. The hats experience was fun. Love my Mother’s Day gift .

The service is excellent across the board! But the details of the place and the variety of people you can invite is great. I went for a 40 years old birthday, but I can't wait to take my 10 year old daughter, my mom and my husband and different dates. I felt like a princess, you don't need to dress up but I recommend you to dress to impress yourself and enjoy your cup of tea. Plus, they have the most beautiful tea hats that even if you think is too much at the beginning of your special two hours, you definitely want to match your outfit with one. Food and flavors teas are delicious and I will go for the top of the menu! but you have options.

Naeer is honestly the rudest waitress ever. i dont reccomend coming here. I was completely rushed and was js screamed at to pick an option while she was blantantly disrespectful. She completely ignored my mother and put a random order in for her. Considering we payed 150 + 60 bucks EACH person to eat. Id assume we would have better service. I had the worst time here celebrating my sisters birthday. And i dont reccomend you come here to celebrate. The other two men are lovely and really tried to make it better. However my experience was already ruined

Nahir was so friendly from the start of us walking into Queens Tea for High Tea without a reservation. Without any hesitation Nahir took our names & set up high tea for my family of 6. Throughout our high tea she was very helpful with our tea seletions. My family & I made great new memories & took lots of cute photos. Beautiful restaurant to have high tea, amazing service, delicious food & treats, great atmosphere. Will be back soon. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience!

Do not recommend. They served us raw beef wellington pastries. We sent them back and the second batch was also raw. They did not acknowledge or even recognize that it was a problem. They only thing they did was give us spanakopita which they labeled as vegetable samosas. The manager did not want to speak with us. Overpriced for serving us what is essentially the frozen food section from Bjs wholesale. Do not waste your money here as they add an automatic 20% gratuity fee regardless of party size (there were just 2 of us).

Had such a great time for my birthday. Went with one friend and we enjoyed the atmosphere, bring fancy and admiring other ladies with their amazing dresses and hats! Will definitely come back again!! We picked the Queens tea and made reservation. The deposit was put toward the bill. Amazing service!! We enjoyed the beef wellington and egg salad. My friend's favorite was the scone with the jam

I highly recommend this magical place, I went there just for a date with my little princess 8 years old on a Sunday afternoon, she brought her little doll, the owner Margie is a sweet and professional antrepenout, she went beyond making sure we two had a nice and unforgivable time. The place was packed However the service was outstanding. Sending all blessings to all the team and I am sure they will keep growing. Very satisfied client price is worthy. Great food and amazing service are not cheap.

Came here about a year ago and it was simply "ok". Last month I decided to try again and treat my daughter and grandaughter to celebrate a special event. We were not at all impressed. The food seemed like it was previously frozen and the tea was not very good quality. Additionaly everything was extremely overpriced based on what you get. I do not recommend this place, there are many other tea houses that are far superior. Don't waste your money.

TERRIBLE!!! Do not ever come here! They allow screaming children, it's over priced, the food is terrible and not at all nice experience. UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENTS*** I DO NOT KNOW THESE OTHER PEOPLE, (clearly a tactic used to try to debunk these other reviews from people who were also disatisfied). The owner rudely mocked me when I expressed my dissatisfaction and offered me and my teenage daughter ALCOHOL to make up for the issues we had. I declined this offer especially since it is ILLEGAL to give a child alcohol. The owner then said she would take 10% off my next visit to which I replied "I will not be coming back so you can apply it now". Lastly, I HAVE BEEN SICK ALL DAY AND NIGHT AFTER EATING AT QUEENS TEA ROOM. My stomach has been hurting and Ive in fact thrown up several times. The dishes were NOT CLEAN and there WAS actually a bug in my food!!! Therefore, the owner could say whatever she wants but besides the terrible ambiance of screaming children (30+ screaming children destroying the experience) the tea and food were SUB STANDARD AND OVERPRICED. it's a shame to respond to a customer in this way just because you are not happy with the review. Just read all the LOWEST reviews and you will see I'm not alone here. Many other people noted the low quality of the establishment and the rudeness of the owner. I find it humorous that the owner stands behind having over 30 screaming children in the tearoom when she responded to another review several months ago saying the customer should find somewhere more "age appropriate" for her daughters birthday party. Sounds like a contradiction to me. The level of the attack on my review is actually concerning and shows a desperate attempt to quiet anyone who wishes to voice their unhappiness with this place.

Awful food and tasteless tea. Very overpriced and not worth the cost at all. The scones were stale, the soup tasted as if it was out of a can. It's obvious that everything is not very fresh. Will never go back.

Probably the worst food I have ever had. There were bugs crawling on the tables. Someone needs to call the board of health. My mother was sick and vomiting all night, she got food poisoning from whatever she ate there. **UPDATE TO COMMENT MADE** You can Absolutely be ill after eating something that day! My mother and I both felt sick all day after eating this. This is a sad way to reply to a review that you do not like.

Such a lovely place for a fancy afternoon tea. Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday and they treated her so warmly and made her feel extra special! The sandwiches and sweets were delicious and Lemon Verbena tea was my favorite.

My friend was in town and we went to the Tea House with a couple of friends. During our time there, there was only 1 other table. They rushed us through the process...getting us to the table, taking our order quickly, and bringing out tea/sandwiches rapidly. I thought the tea was very good and so was the food. Additionally, they pushed us out because there is a 2 hour time limit but there was nobody in the restaurant. It was very aggressive/pushy and annoying. I would understand if there was a party waiting and it was full but it was empty...they should reconsider that policy (on how to handle). Additionally, $60 for sandwiches/desserts/pot of tea/mimosa is very expensive for what was received. I'm not sure I would recommend or go back.
