Had the burnt ends (delicious) and the shrimp and grits, hanger steak (perfectly cooked) and the huckleberry cobbler (OMG) and it was all amazing!!!

Hands down best BBQ in all of Washington there rub is fire and if you call ahead you can get a half hog or pig face smoked to perfection with some of the best cocktail ever amazing BBQ amazing g drinks a true gem gastro pub and a must try in the pikes market place reservation advised

Service was excellent. Friendly and fast. DO NOT GET THE FRIED CHICKEN. If you are from the south you will be sorely disappointed. That being said the braised beef was amazing! I can't believe they came out of the same kitchen. Corn bread was excellent. Hanger stake was decent but small. Drinks were delicious.

Good food, good service but they do try to turn and burn the tables quickly. Major issue with not accepting tap and pay, especially for internationals trying to minimise abuse of exchange rates. Please step into the 21st century

Good chicken sandwich. Watch out for the falsely advertised pricing / 25% up charge though. Ordered two fried chicken sandwiches for lunch. Menu posted on the door was $16 per sandwich. Ended up getting charged $20 per… am I missing something? See receipt with time stamp next to the lunch menu UPDATE: they gave a full refund for the order. I’ve updated the stars from 1 to 3. annoying that I had to catch this though.

Superb experience to discover American cuisine. The decor and service are top notch and the cuisine is delicious. I recommend the corn bread served with the 3 barbecued meats. Absolutely awesome.

We didn’t grub on food. We had a whiskey flight and a glass of reisling. Service was on point. Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for drinks. I would try the food but we had dinner prior. Not sure about parking cuz we walked from pier 55 which was almost 10 mins. But, keep in mind that the bar is upstairs because it can be easy to miss. The signage isn’t very obvious. But again, love the service here! Ambiance is chill on Wednesday night. I recommend checking this place out especially if you like whiskey🥃

I've only been here a few times the drinks and service have never disappointed! Checkout their rotating barrel aged cocktails. I feel like I had been sleeping on getting their food!

Radiator whiskey is a gem of a find in Seattle. I must admit we may have passed it a few times looking for it. Once we got to the bar and ordered drinks, the atmosphere was cozy. The bartenders were friendly as if we were long-time regulars. We chatted about the menu and the drink selection and had an excellent time. We ordered cocktails, and picklebacks, and toyed with the idea of ordering the boar's head. If you're looking for a fun cocktail spot in downtown Seattle with excellent Bourbons and whiskeys, you don't need to look any further.

Came here after a show at Showbox market on a Friday. We just wanted drinks and luckily they were doing happy hour. We ordered the mule. It was delicious and because they sat us by the window. we had a beautiful view and service was 10/10!

It’s was my first time here! The first time I saw whiskey being brewed! Abundant spread of choices and selection! The bartender was amazing! He made customized cocktails with the choice of whiskey! To all Whiskey lovers, this is your paradise! Must visit!

As a huge fan of barrel aged spirits & smoked meats this is THE place to visit in the market. Smoked & deep fried chicken thighs & a house barrel aging program make this cozy joint a must spot on any decadent tour of Downtown. Staff & service is always friendly, informative & on point.

Your hours suck. I have been to Seattle three times and attempted to go to your place every time, and it's always closed. You opening at 4pm is a little bit much. And then today I walked a very good distance by myself in the rain to experience your products and come to find out, you're completely closed on Mondays.... tired of trying.

Delicious BBQ hidden above PIKE PLACE MARKET. Rockstar vibe with down to earth wonderful sweet sweet service. Every single dish we had was delicious and their Mac and cheese is actually made with macaroni!! Their is also a great view of the neighborhood :)

Great spot. Great Staff. Get a whiskey sampler with the chef's platter and you're good to go.

Great atmosphere. Good whisky selection. But let's be honest- you came here for the complaints. 1) Manhattans should always have a cherry, NOT an orange 2) why so much salt? The brisket, onion, even the arugula salad had waaay too much salt. I could feel my arteries harden, and all subtle flavor was lost. Take it easy!

The food was amazing, highly recommend the bone marrow as an appetizer (chef’s kiss). Our mains and dessert were just as delicious paired with a great selection of drinks. This has jumped to the top of our list of favorites in Seattle.

This continues to be our favorite restaurant in Seattle. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Anytime people visit us, we make sure to bring them here for dinner so we can share the amazing Radiator Whiskey experience with them ♥

Radiator Whiskey is such a great place! It's continues to be a favorite of mine.

The whiskeys were unbelievable. The atmosphere was very nice. I am knocking one point off because one of my drinks was served in a cracked snifter glass. It was a very visible. Prices are very reasonable.

As a BBQ connoisseur, this place was actually decent. The food is good, the service is great, the drinks are excellent! I have to be transparent... I was not in love with all the dishes. But that's fine. Doesn't mean this is not a good place to go. Musts... must like beer, bourbon, whiskey. Must like real rock music (loved the music selection). Must be real... don't come here expecting some high end, pretentious spot.

Bread pudding is out of this world. Truly. Brisket too. And of course spectacular selection of whiskey and atmosphere to boot.

Service was outstanding. Most of the food was very good-except the beef rib. Flavor was spot on, but what little meat there was was nearly impossible to get off the bone. Smoke it lower and longer, and source ribs with more meat on them. All at our table agreed that we would be happy to pay a little more to be served an item that was actually viable. Pig ears, wings beans, pork ribs, tots, fontina, pickled onions and jalapeños were worth coming back for, as was the service.

Service was extraordinary! Whiskey selection superb! However, the food wasn’t great. The burnt ends were dry as was the mac n’ cheese and fried chicken. This place is trying but not executed well. We sat next to a party of 12 - and in this small venue the noise level was at max. Great location and fun atmosphere if there isn’t a large group in the middle of the restaurant. Would go back for drinks but not for dinner.

Loved this place! The location & atmosphere are awesome. Had the Burnt Ends for appy (soo good) and then the Smoked & Fried Chicken and Braised Beef Brisket. Wooow. Best fried chicken i’ve ever had, so flavourful! Try the Smoked Maple Old Fashioned it’s delicious! Staff were also great & recommended some whiskey to try

We made a reservation during Seattle restaurant week (SRW). We arrived early with plenty of seats, the host just pointed to our table and said it’s all ready for you. Not a big deal, but a little odd not to be walked and seated. We had to request the SRW menu from our waiter. Sometimes during SRW, the portions shrink. Not the case here. And it was delicious! The pork burnt ends and mac and cheese and were excellent. The entrees were very good (brisket) and good (shrimp and grits). The dessert was a deep fried bread pudding that was fabulous. At some point we had a waiter change without explanation. And we had to wait a decent amount of time for our drinks. So much so that they comped the last drink. But even with minor service issues, they were all friendly and the food was really great.

Service was outstanding, food was really good. Place was too loud to carry on a detailed conversation.

This is my go to place for everything. I need to come more often! The burnt ends are my all time favorite thing they have! And the whiskey selection….wow!

There were 4 of us and we all loved our dishes. My beef brisket was so tender and melt in your mouth delicious. Portions were just right, not too big and not small. Will certainly be back.

Looked for the best old fashions near us and this place came up. Small out of the view location but super friendly and nice staff. Started off with a round of cocktails for the 8 of us in the small bar area. The smell of smoked meats made us transfer to the dining room for dinner. Best hostess in the business. Not sure but I’m sure she hold a lot more responsibilities than that. She made our evening. Squeezed us into the dining room where we studied the menu for limited choices but all seems good. The burnt ends were very good. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it had a little kick. Others ordered a chicken salad and sandwich. Super fun place that I would highly recommend finding. Unfortunately, at this time doesn’t seem that Google Maps will allow me to attach the photos of our meal.

Awesome little spot in downtown Seattle. Was in town for a work conference and we dropped in. Food was outstanding and the staff was awesome. Had more of a laid back atmosphere with the best music I’ve heard in a restaurant ever. Next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to stop by!

Stop don't go here the city has turned into a terrible place to visit. No more police to protect the average citizen !!! Great experience. Small dining area but they can make room for large groups. When I walked in I was greeted by the amazing aroma of their food and it doesn't disappoint. The whiskey selection is second to none!!

Bourbon, BBQ and a top 10 tripadvisor ranking along with proximity to our hotel and Pike Place Market combined to make this the choice for our Seattle dinner. Everyone in our group enjoyed the meal. I had the fried chicken with the Mac-n-Cheese and corn bread, awesome. However, the favorite part may have been the beginning with an Old Fashion and burnt ends appetizer. I suppose you could say if you are in Seattle, you should have seafood. However, we had several seafood restaurants designated for later in the trip, so we chose bourbon and BBQ and were totally satisfied. Again, its location in the Corner Market Building directly across the street from Pike Place Market makes this easy to find with a lot to do around it.

Great vibes both weekday afternoon and late Sat. night, staff Playlist in the background is eclectic, as is the staff themselves. da Grub & drinks: The bar menu of cocktails is well invented, whiskey dominated, craft cocktails alongside a seperate spirit list deep enough to keep you trying a different dram almost all year! Dickel Rye to 20yr Pappy to Yamazaki flights... it's hard to decide. I did not plan well enough to score a Pig's Head... but if the Pig Ears and the Bone Marrow are any indication, I have to get back for it, decadent stuff. da Service: Staff, oozing personality, salty, sassy, yet somehow welcoming without coming off as fake. Knowledgeable, skilled and fun. You can't help but have a good time. Shout out to Chase and Amanda who shared local info. on local must sees, breakfast spots, and Farmer's Markets worth a visit. Wanna start a heated conversation? Mention Disc vs. Frisbee Golf and watch the fireworks! RUN, don't walk to this spot, you'll thank me!

It’s been 5 years since we have been here and we’re really looking forward to coming back. The whole vibe of the food has changed to more of a casual bbq restaurant (while keeping the high end prices). Hate that they changed so much… really should have change the name along with the menu so people were expecting the Radiator Whiskey we knew and loved.

Ridiculously good food and service! The burnt ends were smoky, tender, and mustard sauce created a beautiful combination of flavor. Smoked and fried chicken hit the spot, and mac & cheese had the perfect noodle texture and taste without being overly cheesy. The attention to detail browning all sides of the cornbread slice paid off in a marvelous way, moist and delicious. My server was friendly and certainly knew her way around the menu - both food and their huge offering of libations. Great selection of music playing the entire time, and the gentle cool breeze through the open window was awesome. There were so many more items on the menu I wanted to try, but my stomach told me to halt so I have to wait until next time...
