This was one of our favorite places to go! It seems the “temporary closure” for “renovations” is not temporary as there’s a new restaurant in its place - Greek Brothers Taverna byob. RIP Ra’s Very! Hopefully you’re just moving to a new location. Fingers crossed.

WOW, stopped in on a week night on a whim. We were blown away with the service, atmosphere, and the delicious meals. After initial discovery we went back for more a few nights later on a Friday. Same exceptional service and food was consistently good. This place checks all the boxes. We have been here three times so far and everything on the menu has been exceptional and service is consistently top notch. Give it atry!

Ra’s Very Eatery is VERY tasty! Nice atmosphere and the food is delicious. Definitely try the Rock Shrimp as an appetizer. It’s a BYOB and there’s a liquor store 2 doors down in the shopping center which is very convenient. I had the Rock Bowl which is a unique presentation! Your dish literally comes out in a large steaming hot rock bowl. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back again. Thank you for an amazing meal.

The hot pots are so incredible that each time I go I vow to try something else but in the end, I can't live without the salmon or mushroom hot pot. They make their own sracha and it's so flavorful, not just spicy.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in that shopping center! The food was delicious!!! It’s BYOB and they bring out wine glasses for you. Bathrooms were clean and smelled amazing. There are two single single bathrooms and since the restaurant is smaller- you won’t have a long time to wait. The staff were so nice and attentive! We had a reservation and they wrote our name on a card. I thought that was super personalized and sweet. We will definitely come again for a date night!

I wanted to check out this restaurant because of the good reviews. My daughters and I were craving Asian fusion cuisine. Waze took us to this seedy shopping strip and the girls pointed out Ra’s. I wasn’t too impressed with the outside of the restaurant but once you enter it’s a totally different cool vibe. I love the decor and ambiance. The adorable young hostess greeted us enthusiastically. The menu had great selection. We had started with the shrimp shumai which was okay. It tasted like the frozen ones that are sold in the Asian market. We also started with the Rock Shrimp and that was delicious! I had ordered the spicy seafood udon and that was so good. My girls ordered the Yaki noodle dishes and cleaned the plate. I highly recommend making a reservation on the weekends. We made ours for 6 pm and so glad that I did since it filled up quickly.

5/5 for the food which is absolutely amazing. Honestly some of the best food I ever had. I feel bad giving it 4 stars but the staff is really really bad. I would honestly rate it 2 stars due to the service but the food is really so good and I don’t want to tank this place because it’s awesome. However the staff doesn’t seem to care about the service they provide at all. We stood at the door for 10 minutes before someone came to seat us (despite looking at us multiple times), then it took 25 minutes for our waitress to even come to our table after we were seated (despite us seeing our server sitting down and talking with coworkers like on break). The food came out and it was amazing but just wish the service was at least decent. This place would be an easy 5 star rating if the staff was even below average but they are far below that which is a shame and sad to see. The chef deserves many commends but the staff needs to be more focused and care about this place as much as the customers.

Ra's Very Eatery is like a hidden gem. Great food with a bit of piazza. Had to stone pot dish and it was amazing. Atmosphere was great and staff were attentive the entire evening. Highly suggest this place. Try it once and I bet you'll go back again.

Food/sushi was delicious and atmosphere was lovely. They have a nice assortment of non sushi Japanese food and everything we had was great! Only reason for 4 stars is the prices are a bit high (the quality of food made that more acceptable with the exception of the single tiny mochi ice cream serving which was a joke) and they were a bit under staffed with the wait staff being young and inexperienced. That is a common theme these days and we were patient so not really a problem but could see it being one if the place was busier. Over all lovely experience and one of the better local sushi places.

Hidden gem! Very unassuming exterior as the restaurant is located in a small strip mall. Inside atmosphere is very nice and moody. The ambiance feels like a city spot. Food was excellent. Service was stellar! Our waitress, Cassidy, was so delightful and attentive. It made the experience that much better. Can’t wait to come back and try another dish!

Great food and exceedingly friendly staff. The stone pot dishes very satisfying as is the spicy yaki udon noodles. Salads are exceptionally good.

Got some specialty sushi, gyoza, and miso soup. All were fantastic. This place may not look great from the outside, but the food is delicious and the atmosphere is upscale inside.

This place looks inconspicuous from the outside, but the inside is adorable and cozy! We had soup to start and sushi for dinner. All of which was delicious and the staff was cheerful and friendly.

Please keep this place in business and come here to eat! Had lunch here with my good friend a few months ago and forgot to review. We had a sushi roll, the sizzling rice bowl soup, and another rice dish but everything was beautifully presented, clean and fresh, delicious flavors. Do not judge by the outside shopping center which can look beat but when you come inside you feel like you are in an upscale modern Asian fusion place!

There were 8 of us and we all loved our meals! There is only one way to describe it and thats amazing! We are from Ohio and come to the area to visit family. We always make it a point to come here.

Been here several times. Food is great, but the sushi is exceptional! My husband and I have eaten sushi all over the area, and there is no comparison with how fresh it is. Definitely a must have

The food was fabulous. Had the Korean barbecue wraps and the rib eye stone pot . Both perfect.

Called in an order for 7 people. Asked that each order be packed separately. The order taker asked for order #1, then #2 etc. He repeated each order. Upon pick up each order was packed separately and labeled with # and contents. The food was great.
