Red Barn Winery - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I went on the website to check hours of operation. It was Saturday and open from 12 to 10 and decided to take my wife to a different winery. I arrived and see cars in the lot but entrance is blocked off. I then called and was told a private party would take place in an hour but come over and the gates would be opened. Then I was told sorry we are closed for a private party. That's great after I drove 1/2 hour to get there. My suggestion. Update your website if you are closed due to private party's. One good thing that came out of this. I went to Yellow Bridge Brewery. Very Good!

We visited the winery for the first time yesterday evening. Cute location, accommodating, live music, nice staff and every wine we tried was great. They also had a nice selection of beers and other non-wine drinks. Docked an overall star for the food. It honestly just was not great at all. The table tried the cheese flat bread, the white flat bread, and the BBQ flatbread, as well as the pretzel bites and the spinach dip. The spinach dip was quite a small portion for $12, nothing to write home about taste wise but the fresh pita chips were yummy. I would say the same about the pretzels, very small portion for $12, but they were pretzels. The two flatbreads my friends got looked good, but my cheese flatbread was simply just bad. I’m not one to complain directly but I barely ate two pieces because it was just not appetizing. The table agreed. Unfortunately the best way I could describe it was like a school lunch pizza…just not good. But everything else made up for that. Would definitely come back!

Updating my review - we have been back at least twice now ? And the wines have definitely tasted better! Cute place, good service and friendly workers. We really like wine and know a good tasting wine. Unfortunately the dry wines were not very good, they had no legs at all. The petite syrah was bareable but if you're a true wine drinker you'll know what I mean. Nice atmosphere and cozy place though but if you're looking for quality wine I Unfortunately would have to say not the place right now. Also after reading the response to my post, I marked one star off for the taste of the wine. Everything else was great. Sheesh. And there is a wine called syrah, which there are wineries in the area that have it. Also often European wines use syrah and not sirah spelling. I think the spelling nitpicking wasn't necessary, and we did try a variety of your wines while there. You have room to grow and if everyone gave 5 star reviews all the time then they're lying. I'm sure you're wines will get better. We also aren't sweet drinkers so we can't speak on those.

Wow, what a great place. Was on travel and took a chance. It was close to my hotel and my son even walked there. Would highly recommend it.

Nice little treasure in the Delmont area ! My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday Afternoon for a glass or two and stayed for a BBQ Flatbread. The flatbread was so good …. I literally forgot to take a picture until the last bite. No kidding !!! Diane was our main bartender and was not only nice but knowledgeable and fun! We will definitely be back !!!!

We had a very nice date night. The atmosphere was rustic and fun. It was busy with Trivia night however well taken care of by our waitress. I usually take pics of everything.........maybe next time.

This is one place where the drinks and food are good and the musician doesn't blast music so loud you can't talk. 5 stars

This was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The atmosphere was perfect, our server, Melissa, was awesome, and the food/drinks were excellent!! We were first-timers, and the experience was fantastic. We will definitely back!

We were traveling on Rt. 22 and saw this place was just two minutes off the highway. Stopped in and were immediately impressed with the vibe. Feels like hanging out in comfy lodge. Wine was excellent, and the staff was so friendly. The owner greeted everyone that came in and spent some time talking to us about the history of the barn. The italian hoagie was absolutely delicious, and the flatbreads were also tasty. HIGHLY recommend!

I had my baby shower at Red Barn Winery and it was absolutely perfect! The staff could not have been more accommodating! highly recommend!

My wife suggested we try the Christmas market at Red Barn Winery. I’ll admit that I was skeptical at first. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend this for a holiday activity.

What a cute place! Stopped by here for her pour tour, I was pretty early so there weren’t many people. So we got the chance to talk with the staff. There’s so many different drinks they’ve made with their wines. I got the Hawaiian Christmas mimosa and some of their warmed cider. 10/10. For both of them. As we got done with our visit I could see that they had a band playing later. And they do have a list of bands playing on the bar for you to see along with drink specials. I really enjoyed my time here.

Cute little place with a quaint outdoor section, well lit and cozy atmosphere both indoors and out! We had great and fast service and enjoyed the live music and the wine of course! Easy 5 star!

Amazing place! Such an amazing outdoor spot, food and drinks. The owner immediately accommodated us as soon as we walked through the door with a larger party. We had the best time. They started a fire for us outside for after dinner and we enjoyed the rest of the evening outdoors. Can’t wait to come back!

Sat. evening 'event'- singer/ guitarist was really good, that's the stars! (* Outside venue )Called and made reservations (as they advised) the food menu is more of an expensive app selection, (served in styrofoam 'to-go' containers )wine selection was good but expensive! If your going to purchase a glass (plastic cup) of wine, get a bottle!! The outdoor ambiance was really nice! Three fire 'pits' going, some tables with umbrellas. Only issue is that is was like "day-care"!! Toddlers running around, parents drinking and not paying attention to them, having to get up and run after them when they got out of control, getting too close to the fire! Would have preferred an evening out at a 'winery' without little ones running around getting into mischief! * If there's the next time we'll get dinner first and then stop over for evening entertainment, hopefully without little ones running all around out of control!

Live music, wine slushies, great service, plenty of space. Also various moonshines but the only one we tried that was any good was salted caramel the strawberry one tasted like vodka with an entire bottle of mio squirted into it you know that after taste? Drinks are pretty pricey or start the night here and once you're toasty dd drives somewhere cheaper because at that point does it really matter?

I've been here a few times, irs convenient since I love close. I usually come for events here (Girls Gang and the Kentucky Derby). It's a very welcoming place and Mike one of the owners knows me by name after only coming twice! I was taken a back for a second then I realized who he was when he called me by name. The wine is good and I bought a bottle this time! Such a cozy atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating options!!! Oh and their kitchen serves up yummy plates too!

Just went to the Red Barn Winery today. We had a wonderful time. We did some wine tastings and beer tastings. All the wine and beer that we tasted was fantastic. The food was fantastic also. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. They made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. We then went and watched a band play on the outside Patio. It was one of the most enjoyable times we have had in a while. We will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone who works there for making our visit one to remember for a long time.

Good music, games, beer, and of course wine!

We tried both the Malbec and the Chardonnay. Both were good but the Chardonnay was my favorite. We did not try any food but from what we saw being brought out, we will be back to try some of that as well. The outdoor area looked welcoming, however the day of our visit the weather wasn't very accommodating.

This winery is such a great small business addition to the Delmont area. The wine was excellent, and we loved the snacks. There's something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly. We had a blast talking to the servers. If you participate in the Laurel Highlands pour tour, I'd especially encourage you to drop by. I can't wait to check out Red Barn in the summer.

Best kept secret in the Delmont/Greensburg area! Beautiful location and an awesome tasting room with food wines and local PA beers! Great service, friendly staff! Spent time with Mike the owner, who was cordial and friendly! We will return! A must stop when in the area.

First time at Red Barn, wine, food and service was great. Went because music was someone we really like and was very happy we did. We will go back. Thanks for a great evening all around.

Love the rustic barn atmosphere, they allowed me to taste without having to buy a flight which I loved...im a sweet wine drinker and LOVED the Barn Dog Dark Red as well as the Barn Dog White and Barn Dog Red which were close seconds!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Good wines- they on the dryer side but the Sweet Barn Dog Dark Red was very delicious! They are one of the newest members of the Laurel Highlands Pour Tour 3.0! I can’t wait to see more from them and the property!

The wine flight i had was good. Some of the wines weren't strong on flavor, but I enjoyed every sip. I tried the petite sirah, because of yhe one negative remark I saw about it.. it was quite good. The person who said it wasn't, obviously doesn't know real wine.

We’ve visited the Red Barn Winery a few times since they opened, and we will continue to return. The rustic atmosphere is amazing, the wine and drinks are very good, and they have a tasty light food menu that goes well with your favorite beverage. We really like the Barn Dog Dark Red wine. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is so much more than a tasting room. It’s an experience that is a wonderful gathering place for friends and family. They have plenty of tables and seating along with TVs to watch your favorite sports team. I’m looking forward to the Spring and Summer months to sit outside in the warmer weather and cool down with a wine slushy. Highly recommend.

Small little tasting room, has a nice rustic feeling to it. Our group tasted every single wine and all were tasty, but we really took a liking to some of the sweeter selections. The "Barn Dog Dark Red" in particular we thought was excellent. Staff was timely and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We had an awesome experience at Red Barn Winery! The staff was so attentive (especially Diane who we loved!) and never missed a beat even though the whole place was packed and they were very busy. The food was fantastic, our group ordered everything on the menu! Only tried one of the wines myself, but it was great and I bought a bottle to take home. Definitely will be spreading the word and coming back soon.
