Waited over an hour for food. When I went up to ask about I was dismissed initially until I had to ask for a manager. Turns out they gave my food to someone else. So I got cold pizza as a sorry for messing up the order

Yikes. Got one margarita pizza and one pepperoni pizza. Just not good pizza. Lots of dough, flavorless sauce. All the toppings piled in the middle. Servers were super nice and service was quick.

Pizza was amazing! So many to choose from. Enough to feed the two of us for lunch(6 slices). We went with the mushroom pizza. The cheese was so creamy and the mushrooms were delicious. Had the raspberry iced tea to take it down. Best raspberry iced tea I’ve had in a long time.

Overpriced pizza that was subpar.

What you have left for dinner, at least, if it is later than 9:30 p.m. Excessive prices as is the trademark in the US for products that take away your hunger for a while. Little variety in terms of pizzas with tiny sizes. You don't have to be a professional eater to eat two of these pizzas without a problem, so the fine is going to be a bit expensive.

Best pizza ever, very fresh and service with a smile. Not to mention really reasonable pricing. Gets very busy so you might have a wait but both waiting for.

I love eating pizza here! It’s different from the regular fast food giant pepperoni pizza. They have only few flavors but they are greatly chosen and well made. Service is great and usually fast. We choose a marguerita to eat 2 people. It serves 2 people if you’re not too hungry. Price is completely affordable and the place is clean and has a great seating area. It’s honestly a good option for the end of a busy day with your family at the parks or just walking around city walk, with also the option to order from mobile and just pick it up to go. I definitely recommend.

For as busy as it was, the pizza came quickly and was delicious. The menu was great. The staff was friendly. It was so good that I’ve thought about it since I’ve been home.

Don’t bring a stroller to the seating area . No space to get through . Make your order way before getting to the park . And if you are hungry , you will be waiting for a while . We ordered through the app when we got there at 10:40pm and they said our pizza will be ready by 11pm. It’s now 11:43pm and we are still waiting and now we hangry . At the end, we got two more free pizzas

I am a big fan of RIXFLIX and so after his Pizza and Burger review tried this spot. GREAT PIZZA and GREAT VALUE for theme park food. This is located in City Walk and not far from either entrance - smack in the middle of both.

Pizza took almost an hour and was burnt. One of the servers was really nice and helpful though so giving it two starts instead of just one.

Nobody checks the line, at least 2 skipped it. Was a 50min delay. The tables are dirty.

TERRIBLE PLACE. First of all, everyone gets in line, they make orders to the cashiers while it is your turn to order and the cashiers take them anyway. It's no use getting in line. Secondly, you wait for a pizza for 30 minutes and when you complain they tell you that they had a wait of at least 45. They don't even tell you while you shop and make you wait standing in front of a window. Update: after continuing to wait standing pointlessly, I asked for my order to be brought to the table, complaining about the terrible previous experience (the same thing I mentioned). They gave me a number so that the waiter would recognize me, but they still yelled at me from the pickup window. I don't understand how Universal Studios allows a restaurant with this terrible level of organization to have a location in its park. If you are thinking of eating at this place please, even a hot dog at a street stand will be of higher quality than this. To the owners, you are not qualified to manage a restaurant of this level of demand, do your consumers a favor and move your branch somewhere outside of amusement parks because THEY ARE NOT “fast food”. I will never go back in my life, and I suggest you do the same if you don't want to ruin your day.

We eat here often. It's usually good, if a bit inconsistent. Went this past week and ordered 2 pizzas. One came out way overcooked and not even cut. The 2nd was burnt to a crisp. I'm not one to send food back but they were both inedible. Server was visibly annoyed that we asked for new pizzas. Food can miss the mark but sending clearly burnt food out from the kitchen is inexcusable.

Wait is forever and the pizza quality is not up to par. Very little sauce and cheese and forget about any other toppings. What a waste of money it was to eat here.

Man I love this place seeing it was 3.8 stars threw me off. But when I went it was amazing the best service, food, and atmosphere. You should give it a try. One of the best pizzas in my opinion.

Every time we come to Universal, we stop at Red Oven! Their pizza is seriously amazing. On this visit, however we were in hurry so I ordered a pizza to go. The girl at the counter said that it would be 15-20 minutes. I said, "Oh no, we don't have that kind of time." Leslie R assured me that it would be out in enough time. As soon as the pizza came out of the oven, she brought it to me herself! That's awesome service!

It takes a bit long to get your pizza, but the pizza taste worth it!

Decent pizza and did the job. In the most complimentary way as the pizza was nice, don’t come here expect prime New York or Chicago pies and you’ll enjoy it. Server was very friendly when bringing our pizzas to the table.

We showed up and ordered 4 personal pies. With sodas it was over $70 bucks. That’s fine but while we were sitting it started pouring rain. They would not close plastic covers because they said it would hit us. The covers were on rods to the ground so that was stupid. Anyway we stood up and they brought us the pizza in boxes and said sorry no seating they are to go. Ok I live in NY so I’m going to eat them right here. This girl I believe manager due to her shirt being red said sorry but you have to stand outside. You can’t make this up, $70 dollars for personal pizza and you want me to stand in rain. They honestly made everyone leave. While people who were not eating were sitting in the only not wet tables. Worst decision making I’ve ever seen from a restaurant staff. Will never eat there again for that type of service.

I ordered a sausage pizza. Like, just a simple pizza with sausage on it, nothing fancy. I got this. It looks good but I'm not the one eating it. The customer didn't expect this. It's being thrown away and I'm out $17.

Be careful asking for a cup of water. I ordered 6 for my family and found the $36 price tag along with them. Asked for napkins and they told I needed to wait for my food; the chairs were wet from rain. Also has to ask for disinfectant wipes to wipe down and clean out own table.

I ordered a caprese salad came back to our hotel to eat it! And there was no basil! Horrible I couldn’t even call to complain! Don’t answer phone!!! Terrible customer service

Went for lunch away from the parks, easy to order on the QR code. Food arrived promptly, made fresh, perfect for our family. Online ordering meant we were not eating when we had finished our food. The pizza is one size, perfect for an adult, or we had several to share between the table. Great location to enjoy CityWalk, would highly recommend to leave the parks and eat here.

Absolutely garbage do not eat here they will take your money and leave you waiting over an hour to even be seen by a waiter. Food sucks. Service sucks. Booze is booze if you get it within 2 hours of ordering. Joke. Do not eat here. Go to hard rock.

They did not even use pizza sauce on the pizza ~ it was just tomato sauce with little taste, no spices or herbs and extremely thin! Very cheap tasteless food!!

Do your self a favor and don’t order from this place they ignore you at the pickup window and let your food sit for over 40 minutes when in fact it is done! They never let us know it was done and ignored us for like 20 minutes at the pickup window!!! Terrible service if you ask me !!!

Worst pizza I've ever had. All the toppings are canned with no flavor or enough time in the oven to help the flavor. No sauce for the red pizza, with canned tomato's that taste cold straight out of the can even though we ate there.

Didn’t expect much but needed dinner after day in the park. This place did not disappoint. Very good pizza and salad that was served quickly.

I showed up at 12:15 am hoping for a quick easy pizza on our way out of Universal Studios City Walk. Our order was placed at 12:18 am with Jose while the restaurant was pretty dead. After about 25 minutes I asked a server how exactly we would know whether our pizza was ready considering it had almost been a half hour and we hadn't heard anyone's name called yet and no one bothered explaining their process. She looked like she was ready to keel over from exhaustion and after explaining patiently to her two or three times that we ordered in house and not mobile, she told us to wait by the mobile pick up window and that our name would be called. So we sat quietly and patiently for another 15 minutes. At that time I asked another server who was passing whether or not our order was coming back soon. She said she would check. We never heard from her again. 10 minutes later we asked a cook the same question. He said he would check. We never heard from him again. All the cooks and servers were joking and cracking up near the oven and cleaning as if they had no orders coming up. I went to the register to ask Jose what was up with our pizza to which he replied "oh you haven't gotten your pizza yet?" And just walked away. He went to talk to the cook and girl we had spoken to previously and at that point they quickly threw together a pizza and threw it in the oven. No apology for making us wait over an hour at this point. No offer to talk to the manager. No offer of recompensation. About 10 minutes later another cook came and asked us "is this the pizza yall have been hanging out waiting for?". Yeah dude, hanging out for almost an hour and a half for ONE pizza for the fun of it. Every single person we spoke to was extremely unprofessional and nonchalant. If the pizza didn't taste decent I'd have been livid. This place is a joke, the service is a joke and it makes universal studios look like a joke for placing them right next to the entrance. We'll NEVER be back and we will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If this is the type of practice universal promotes then we may never bother visiting or recommending universal. This whole experience was an infuriating joke. If you have a couple hours and alot of patience to spare, then enjoy. If not, don't bother. Also look at the other reviews. This was not a one off.

My boyfriend and I waited 1 hour for our pizza and we asked 3 different people when it would be ready after 30 minutes and no one could give us a straight answer. The workers were messing around and we asked when it would be ready and no one came to talk to us. Honestly, we will never be coming here again and are disgusted by the way the service was.

Totally bland food, tasteless, 98% dough again tasteless. Staff are extremely rude, got order wrong and totally dismissive. So shocking food and shocking service. Come here if you want that.

The atmosphere is quite cozy despite being surrounded by many people. Employees are quite helpful. It is a good environment to enjoy a rich meal and a few good pictures.

Great pizza, some of the best I've ever had, but incredibly overpriced

Went here with the family for dinner. Couldn’t get a table so opted for takeaway. Waited ages for 3 pizzas and 1 salad. We were charged $14 for 2 pieces of lettuce and half a tomato. Extremely expensive for less than average pizzas. Would I go again - no. Would I recommend- definitely not!

I wasn't sure after seeing all the youtube reviews raving about this pizza, but oh my goodness, it is filling. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed a tasty cheese pizza here when we visited the Universal Riverwalk. The employees were friendly. The pizza wait time was a little long due to the number of people also grabbing some yummy pizzas. The pizza was a little small for the price, but it sure was delicious.

Hands down the best pizza at Universal! We placed an order at the register with Lilli and everthing was delivered to out table by Gladi. The service was welcoming and and fast!!!!!!

We traveled to CityWalk from our Universal hotel to do some shopping and have dinner here. It was very busy, but we found a table pretty quickly. The three of us split one pizza, and it was more than enough. We had the Italian Meat pizza. It was quite good. You can also get gelato here. It's $3 a cup and very refreshing.

We went around lunch time. We only waiting in line for 2-3 minutes. Maybe 5-8 to get our food. The pizza was delicious and surprisingly high quality. We were both impressed by the quality of the food.

It was a jam-packed dinner time, but the waiter did a great job of taking the order as fast as he could. We had to wait for 15-20 mins to get the order pickup. We ordered a chicken pizza, and it tasted good but was lacking sauce. So it felt dry. There are definitely better options than this in the CityWalk area. I would not be coming back again to eat here. Instead would try other restaurants in the area

Pizza toppings only covered about 1/3 of the surface area. Sloppily made. They were fairly quick & the server was nice. Food was mid.

Ordered a pizza through the Universal app at 1145 (2345) The app accepted my order and we went to the window at 1202 (0002) because the app asked for a table number the young lady looked at her computer, saw my order and told me to enter “999” I entered 999 on the Universal app and it instantly canceled my order and she said “there’s nothing I can do” after she had told the kitchen there was one more order.

Bad service makes you hate the place

Didn't feel like the guy at the register cared about welcoming guest I Ordered 3 cheese pies and sat with my family only to see everyone getting pizza before us turns out they put my order to go even though I gave them my table number. They gave me the to go pizzas and it was not the best the manager offered to replace the pizza but by that time we were all just ready to eat and didn't want to wait any longer. Not worth it

Soggy pizza at a firewood pizza place? Very disappointed. One of the worse pizzas I've had in years. I read the reviews a little too late. Every bad review has the generic answer, thanks for letting us know, we will improve! Not yet!

Fast service and great pizza. Ordering online was a breeze and the pizza was great with decent choices. The atmosphere was ok as its right on the city walk it depends on the crowds.

It's surprisingly good pizza in Universal

Loved the pizza, it was fresh and delicious! Sadly service was not so great. It was a busy night after park closure and we were not provided any plates or napkins to eat our pizza. Service was limited to just being given our pizza and soda. I have had better experience before though. I was even offered a glass of water in the past while the server made sure I knew how to work the app. I guess it was because of how busy they were that quality of service lowered so much. Other than that, it was a nice diner.

Stopped by for a quick lunch…not a lot of lunch options at Citywalk. We enjoyed the funghi (mushroom) and Italian Meat pizzas. Two were plenty for the four of us. Quick service

Waited for an hour to get pizza that was cold when it arrived. Only brought out pizzas in groups of 10-12 in no specific order so half of them were cold and the take out area got very crowded. Layout of the back of the house made no sense and was very inefficient.

We've really struggled to find food any better than edible at Universal so far however this was a pleasant surprise and well worth taking time out the park for. Pizza was delicious we both had the Italian meats and the meat tasted high quality. A good option would be to offer sauces to dip the crusts in as they are quite thick.

Absolute insane wait time. Not a single person waiting in mobile order currently- I’ve waited so far over 50 minutes for a pizza. I’ve even asked them for an update and it hasn’t even been put in the oven. Absolute last time I come and order food here.

I’d legit eat here even if it wasn’t at a theme park. The fennel sausage pizza totally slaps. Great flavor and perfect crust, *chef’s kiss*. When a single slice of meh pizza inside the park is $13, just walk here instead and get a whole pie for only a couple bucks more and has 400% more flavor.

Pizza was not particularly good but not terrible. But it wasn't busy. The cashier told us there were no tables so we "had" to to go order. There were maybe 1/3 tables filled. 35 minutes later - again not busy- I complained to waitress. She took receipt and put it up on their rack. 10 minutes later they put it in oven. Watched them pull it out and slide it to side. 5 minutes later I asked and the waitress and she pulled it down and boxed it up uncut. Roughly 55 minutes for totally unremarkable pizza. Only two guys actually working. But three staff were trying to turn on a heater. One lady paced back and forth and another ONLY waited to cut pizzas - which rarely came. Seriously, if there is one reason to go to this place it's to watch how unbelievably inefficient the kitchen work flow is. No apology. Just "here you go".

Tasty pizzeria on city walk! My go to for dinner after a day in Universal. If seats aren't a available at thw restaurant, one can easily get take out and use the many tables present at city walk to enjoy their meal ^^

It took 35 MINUTES to receive my subpar $14 plain cheese pizza. To top it off, the pizza was burnt and tasted like one of those home ec class pizzas that middle schoolers make. You’re better off making a lunchables pizza at home than this trash. Learn from my mistake and don’t waste your time and money here. Also, the pizza is super tiny for the price. Similar to pizza huts personal pan pizza size.

I do like the pizza. It's nice and thick. The problem with this location is the seating. The dining area is so cluttered with tables and chairs that it makes it a challenge to reach the counter to order as many of them block paths needed to reach it. It will especially be a problem if it rains as some of their seating is outdoors inside a major theme park.

Came here for a quick bite before heading into the parks and I must say everything was delicious. The pepperoni pizza and the caprese salad are a hit! Service was fast and staff was so nice. Gabriel was welcoming and had great suggestions. Lily made sure all the food was correct and tasty. 100% would recommend and come back

Lugar donde tomar una pizza cuando vas o vienes de los parques Universal. Pedimos una red pizza (con tomate de base) de queso. Masa gruesa y pizza básica. Para salir del paso. El servicio bien. Un poco “borde” los meseros que le molestaron que nos sentásemos antes que limpiaran la mesa. Sin embargo el chico que nos atendió al hacer el pedido fue muy simpático e incluso habló algo de español.

For a restaurant “specializing” in pizza only this was a disappointing visit for us. Their pizzas aren’t anything great or have anything special tasting about them. Quite bland and their service is next to nothing. I guess it’s because they’re in a very high traffic area that’s why their service and food is mediocre but knowing that they should be focusing on their weak points.

Just average quick and grab pizza. Price is really good for the value. You can get by with sharing a pizza with a friend or family member. Pizza is ok. Nothing to brag about but is filling and freshly baked.

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas to go and was told 10-15 minutes. Knowing the place was busy, I waited thirty minutes before approaching for a status update. The pizzas were at the bottom of a stack that was at least six high. It seems the pizzas were being made and were not given to the waiting customers. No apologies or acceptance of a delay was given. This appeared to be quite normal to the person I was talking to. I was given my pizza and we walked away only to find the cold pizzas had two inch crusts and very little toppings. This was certainly not worth $30.

A must stop after visiting the park. Only downside is quality slips when it gets busy. Also notice that if you don't have food ordered within 20 minutes of closing they will not take your order(manager decision). The staff is very polite and helpful. Be patient when busy as everything is made to order and takes time.
