Saturday night, Prime Rib was fabulous! Servers are very friendly and over the top helpful!

We went for the Friday fish fry. Normally, my wife and I will split a fish fry meal especially when it's almost $20. We split the fish fry meal at Red's. It was a small portion. There were three small fillets and two red potatoes smaller than golf ball size. The slaw and tartar sauce were good. We each had a beer. I had a spotted cow. My wife had a summer shandy. The bears were on top and cost $6 each. I thought that was a bit high for draft beer that wasn't even very cold. Service was great. The waitresses checked on us numerous times.

Amazing staff. They checked up on us and made sure everything was good! The food was good and still has me thinking about it!

In town for fishing again, We looked forward to another great meal at Red's. I can tell you we won't be back. Red's is dead, very poor food. The reviews that Jeremy Z and Rochelle Waboldt had written are spot on. Shame on me for not reading before eating there. Sad to lose such a good place to eat.

Worst food Ive had in a long time! Baked cod was overcooked and tasteless and drawn butter was awful.. Not Sure what it really was. Never offered other fish. They did not offer anything to compensate. Eill not be back again. Dont waste your money!

Once a great place to go with quality “ home made food “ to a premade heat and serve. The new owners are just destroying the name Was a very sad experience this time eating there. Upon walking in red was only half full maybe 30 people total, but the atmosphere hasn’t changed much with new owners, but what has changed 1/2 hour for anyone to even speak to us & get a drink Another 1/2 hour to place an order even after we told the server that we were ready when our drinks came Another 90 minutes to get food. Food- Salads were forgotten Potato’s were microwaved Dinner roles forgotten Prime rib tasted like pre bought festival Drinks were the only thing that’s was check sense we were at the bar $85 - totally not worth it we were ready to walk out door and cancel order, literally when food came out 2.5 hours after arriving $ 10 tip was left out of sadness and disappointment

Great place to stop by to eat when you are in the area. Amazing view out over the lake from the outside patio. Staff was super amazing.

We came in when they first opened on a Saturday. I ordered fries which to my taste were way over done almost black. So she took them back to remake but it was just as bad and they were hot but soggy. Decided I'd take them but didn't eat them. Than got charged for them.

Loved it! Got a shrimp basket and it was good because they make homemade fries and chips. Beautiful scenery from the window with a view of the water.

Great place, right off the main road, directly on the lake. Outside seating, plenty of indoor seating, big bar. Very clean and modern atmosphere. Food was really good! Family owned business, server was super nice and part of the family. If you are passing by, give Red’s a chance, very glad we did!

Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Everyone at the table hated the fries. The view was great and the women working were awesome! I will gladly go back and recommend to others. (I just won't order the fries. Lol)

Food was good. Had the shrimp basket with homemade fries and husband had the blue cheese burger with fries too. Drinks were delicious! Service is excellent!! Very friendly! Highly recommend!

Good food and drinks fun place to stop

Had supper here once we checked into our rental home for the weekend.

Clean, friendly and great food. Service was very good and food came out in a rather short time. Great place to eat and right on Lake Michigan, what more could you ask for.

Have come here the past 2 Fridays for their Fish Fry. Great food, excellent service and atmosphere. Very fast. Can't wait to try the outdoor seating once summer arrives.

The pub is petty cool and ambience is good. Staff was excellent. Food , not so much. Can't recommend when the food isn't good. But if you're just going to drink, then place to be!

Stopped in Red's labor day weekend on Friday. We had the fish fry and it was fabulous. 1st time there, very friendly staff. Would for sure stop back if we are in the area.

Cute little place on the lake. Stopped here for lunch. Typical pub fare. I had a fried Cod sandwich and my husband had some fried shrimp. There is outside seating if you like. Service was great too.

This place is amazing. Food was fast and cooked to perfection. So many good choices you will have to go multiple times. Burgers, steak, whatever you get you know it will be delicious and mouthwatering.

Corona breaded fish sandwich is delicious! Soft bun, homemade old style French fries and OH YEAH! Been stopping here off and on for several years and can't believe I never left a review so here it is. Good service and also good charbroil burgers! Thank you!

Awesome Italian beef sandwich!!

This place was recommended to us so my husband and I rode down for lunch and it was delicious with a beautiful waterfront view and very pleasant staff. The salmon was perfect, the burger and fries were excellent and a good Bloody Mary as an appetizer!!

Stopped at Red's based on the high reviews. Don't let the simple exterior fool you. The food was excellent- tuna seared, asparagus, and baby red potatoes. Price was very reasonable and Red was super friendly walking us through the menu. A definite stop in the future.

Enjoyed a Saturday evening dinner. Tuna steak and prime rib were very good and came with red potatoes and asparagus. Chicken tenders and cheese curds were good, too. Service was friendly and helpful.

The food was really great, but none of the waitresses, bartenders, or other customers walking around, were wearing masks. If this concerns you stay away since Wisconsin is a hot spot for new COVID cases right now. It concerned us, but it was late and there was no where else open to eat so we stayed.

Hard to get to but worth the time great food.

Wow! My husband and I planned a little getaway from GB to relax after a highly-publicized family funeral. Googled Algoma restaurants and came upon this gem. Did not disappoint! My husband got the yellow fin tuna grilled to perfection, and I got the succulent salmon (double order to have leftovers)! We will definitely be back even tho we had to take a detour due to construction. (That's what Google maps is for). The service was awesome, and the bartender even offered her condolences.

I am really picky were I will get prime rib from and after having several people suggest it I just tried it last weekend. It was delicious! Even during the stay at home stuff and having to take my order home it was packaged well, it was juicy, and flavorful.

Good burgers and chips but the trick to fresh cut fries is to cook them twice. Evidently they don't know that trick. Very soggy and under cooked. Too bad cuz they could been a 5*. Good microbrews on tap.

The sandwiches are fantastic, but you don't even get half the fries you used to. I think places like this think customers don't notice stuff like that, but it doesn't really make you feel appreciated as a customer when you are spending 50 plus dollars a visit for 2 people and they want to save 6 cents a plate.

The perch was good quality, but the excess batter made it quite greasy. The drinks were good and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere inside was pleasant with a view of the lake. The exterior could use a makeover.

Generally like this restaurant. Nice value, good variety and excellent staff. Would love to see less batter on the fish fry. It would be great if they improved the exterior appearance with a nice parking lot and welcoming landscaping. For five years we just drove by due to the appearance. Imagine how many others do the same.

We've enjoyed their steaks and burgers, and also their craft beer menu! Great view of Lake Michigan was a bonus!
