Request-A-Chef catered our wedding and were amazing. The food was delicious--all of our guests kept talking about how good the food was, both during the wedding and in the days afterward. They were so accommodating of different dietary restrictions and made sure that everyone had something to eat that they loved. Throughout the whole planning process, they were so easy and professional to work with--Laurie was very responsive to all of our questions and always got back to us immediately with a response. They made the wedding day run so smoothly. They also did a lovely job decorating our venue, and the whole food display looked beautiful. The whole team was so kind, professional and helpful. We definitely would recommend Chef Thom, Laurie and the whole team!!

We had 40 family members over after a memorial service .request a chef did a great job catering our affair. Food was fresh and tasty. I would hire them again

Chef Thom prepared the most delicious luncheon menu for my mother's 80th surprise birthday! Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was and I would highly recommend!

There are so many wonderful things I could say about Chef Tom and his team at request a chef. They know what they are doing. I loved having one contact through them to take care of food, bar, and rentals because it made things go so smoothly. Laurie was our main point of contact and she was great. She took care of everything, she kept in contact when appropriate, and made sure to answer the myriad of questions I constantly threw her way. The day of went so smoothly because Laurie and the team made sure to take care of everything. We had the best servers, all of which were friendly and hard working. All we had to do was tell them how we wanted things set up, and they put it all together. It was all better than I could have imagined.

I cannot thank the crew at Request A Chef enough for making our wedding this past Saturday so perfect. The food was out of this world. I went into the day not knowing what to expect, but the staff was excellent about communicating what was happening and when, making sure we were served appetizers, making us a plate at dinner and just going above and beyond. I will absolutely be using and recommending Request A Chef in the future.

We hired Request A chef for our daughters back yard wedding in mid Oct. and we could not have been happier with them , from the food to the service and their coordinator , it was all top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone !! Thank you guys so much !!!

Thom and Laurie worked with me to create a great Employee Appreciation Day menu. They set up, cooked, served and refilled as well as returning for second shift and providing boxed dinners for third shift. The team worked well together with us, the food was delicious and bountiful. Would have them cater again in a minute!

Fresh fast amazing on point not some creepy food truck food these people are in business doing it right you could see how they flow because the food be moving the only thing I didn't like about it was in line waiting but that's because it's good 😊 the smoothies are amazing

Great food and service. Request a Chef provided a BBQ for our outdoor family party. Venue had no cooking facilities but Request a Chef provided a food truck with everything they needed. They did all the set-up, cooking and clean-up. Also Laurie provides excellent communication before so you have peace of mind. I highly recommend!

All of our guests were very pleased with the menu Chef Thom put together recently for my husband's recent 80th Birthday Surprize Party at THE LODGE in Tolland, Connecticut. Very professional and great presentation.

We worked with Chef Thom for our wedding at the Nathan Hale Homestead on 10/23/21. We were very happy with the dinner for 150 people (served family style) and the variety of apps during cocktail hour. Guests told us that they enjoyed the food and had plenty to eat, and Thom was able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. Having the truck to cook on was great since there were limited kitchen facilities at our venue. Thom and his event planning partner Tracey were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process. Tracey was very helpful on our wedding day and made sure we had food/ drinks while doing photos and everything we needed throughout the night. They were also very helpful in setting and cleaning up with our DIY wedding. Highly recommend Thom and his team!

We used Request a Chef to cater our wedding earlier this month and we cannot say enough good things about them!! Besides the food being absolutely delicious they are incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Tracey and Thom are amazing! They did such an amazing job with our wedding, all our guest loved the food and the way the venue was set up. Chef Thom just catered at the Elks club for a memorial for a family member. The staff was professional, the food superb and served right on schedule. I believe he ran out of business cards to hand out to my guests as they were also impressed. I would use Request A Chef again for an event, no question. Thom and his crew catered a wedding for 100 guests at Heartstone winery recently. They were amazing! They were very efficient and well organized . Truly lovely people and the food was outstanding. I recently had my wedding catered by Request A Chef. Right from the beginning of the planning Thom was very professional and thought of stuff that was not even on my mind.
