We had a wonderful experience when visiting this distillery. First class treatment with one of the owners giving us a row of tasting and explaining each one. It was so much fun! We all ended up buying two bottles each!

If you’re looking for Saturday plans — you found them! This place is a must-see when you’re in the area. We have enjoyed every visit here and recommend it to everyone we know. Don’t skip the tasting, every single thing they make is delicious and you will learn so much about the process!

One not to be missed. Free samples with perfect narrative on how each product made by Aaron co owner. The gin is fantastic. If you like margaritas try something new and have them mix some tequila with their la dama damiana ligueur. You'll want to take some home for sure. Coffee infused tastings great too. They do not have anything but great products. $5 cocktails really nice way to end visit after you buy a few bottles. Truly unique experience.

GREAT DAY AT REVOLUTION!! Had a great tasting at Revolution, well informed of all the SPIRITS. This out of the place, DISTILLERY IS A GEM OF A PLACE, to visit. This is a place to visit on your next,TEXAS WHISKEY TRAIL visit . A must be place to go.

This is a great distillery if you love liquers especifically coffee, if you love gin (they make their own hibiscus soda) , and if you know anything about amaros. The owner was very knowledgeable and they offered free tastings. The only downside is you can't get them everywhere!!! The chocolate espresso martini was phenomena and cost $5!!! Go support them and take a bottle home!!

Super fun gin/liquor tasting experience! A very knowledgeable guy explained what we were tasting. Most of our party of 6 bought something to bring home as well as a $5 drink to enjoy at the picnic tables out there. Lovely Saturday afternoon.

This place was great. We got a lot of great tastes and information about how they think about making their flavors and the process as well. Service was super friendly and fun and amazingly the tasting is free. We really liked their gin, the la dama, and the negroni. They were out of bottles of the la dama for sale but we got a few free sample bottles. All around a great experience!

You get a free sampling of 5 of their products first, then a nice selection of 4-5 drinks for $5 each. Had the gin + hibiscus drink, which was great! Used homemade hibiscus drink as well. A must visit!

The tasting was amazing, explained well and a wide range of tastes for every pallet. Personally not a gin drinker but this gin was amazing and bought a bottle. Definitely add this to your trip through Dripping Springs!

I don't usually visit these kinds of places, but my experience earlier was fantastic! The tasting included several interesting flavors, and I ended up purchasing some bottles for gifts. When I got home my bag and one of the bottles broke. I contacted Brian and he was able to help replace the broken bottle. I'll definitely be back in the future. This is a cool local place making good spirits!

Delicious spirits and cocktails. Even though they've had to downsize their serving area, it's worth going for the flavors alone! And the bartenders are always friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit (and the bottles of the amaro and cafecito we took home). John Henry was a gracious host and more than willing to answer all our questions. A pleasant little place with some great products.

Blown away by the spirits here. So yummy and inventive.

Simply great gin. It's not your typical heavy juniper gin flavor, it's more botanical with really nice rosemary notes. The drinks are great in house as well and John Henry, the bartender, is really knowledgeable and just a great dude to talk with.

We’re fans of Revolution Spirits. Don’t let the rustic surrounds fool you. This place serves very good gin and liqueurs. We enjoyed the conversation with our pourer, who is one of the three owners. We’ll be back during our next visit to Austin.

This was a great experience! After stopping at several distilleries, Revolution offered a sampling for free. Then when we tasted the selections, they all were quite tasty! The staff were friendly and helpful. We are actually going to buy this distributors products!

Revolution was worth the trip! The visit started with being warmly greeted by the friendly staff and given a complimentary tasting of spirits. The drinks here are unlike any other I've had in Austin. The boozy slushies are amzing and have great flavor. They also have a wide slection of alcohol free mix drink options as well. A perfect spot to grab a drink. I will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

Oh my goodness this place was so much fun! Stopped here as part of a girls weekend. Had a tasting of different spirits. They were really great and they custom made some stuff for us. Let us bring in our girl snacks. The bar tenders really took care of us and made our outing special. Favorites of ours included nitro horchata, Russian revolution, and pain pain go away.

Absolutely love this place. They are a gin distillery. They also have Cuvee Coffee liquor. Cant buy a bottle on Sundays.

Their drinks are great. Their staff is great. They are dog friendly inside and out. Cafecito is amazing!

A great tasting room experience. You start with four of their classic distilled spirits which allow you to get a good feel for their overall flavor profiles. Then you can move into ordering a specific drink. Each drink is handcrafted and made with love. The status especially great and we also had the pleasure of a local farm selling their items.

Felt very lucky to find this place, was surprised with the variety of cocktails, both unique and classics on the menu to experience. Got to try a sampling of five liquor/liqueurs that really helped pick out drinks to our liking. The gin paloma, horchata, and russian cocktails were great, and the nachos and ribs were amazing. Really looking forward to going back and working my way through all the different menu options. The environment is casual and friendly, the folks there are down to earth and attentive- many check ins and even hanging shade panels when the sun dipped below the tents. Bathroom was clean and open and they appear to be dog friendly, the dogs we saw were leashed and well behaved with a water bowl filled.

I love love love this place! Anytime I have company in town, I take them down to Dripping springs for a brewery and distillery tour. This is easily my favorite stop.

Worth the drive! Love their cocktails and the BBQ is really good too! Buy a couple bottles of the best gin ever to take home!

Small little gem in the area. Fantastic Gin and Coffee liquors. Try their version of a White Russian and do a tasting. I hope they can expand in the future.

My SO and I had a fantastic time here. The bartenders were very knowledgeable and did a good job with the tasting. They also have some experienced mixologist behind the bar, so if you're brave enough, let them surprise you.

The spirits were delicious. My wife had a cocktail with a burnt marshmallow... I had the noce pecan ...very good. The owner was very nice and treated us to several samples. Located off the hwy and next to a brewery and food truck. We will visit again.

Fresh, distinctive gin and other distillates in an unassuming business park shared by a cidery and brewery. Staff are enthusiastic and generous. Frequently updated drink list. Recommend taking home a bottle of barrel-aged gin - not much else like it on the market.

These guys and gals after great. We've been visiting them for a few years now. We always have a good time and are always welcomed with smiles. All their liqueurs are great. A definite stop on the Fitzhugh imbibement tour.

Ask for the cherry-pineapple-lime slush not on the menu. It's delicious!

These guys do the best gin in town hands down. Be sure to stop by the taproom and try their cocktails as well. The best way to get through an Austin summer is with one of their g+t's in hand.

Really good gin. Used to drink Hendrik's and Bombay Sapphire. Only drink Revolution now. Their coffee infused gin is a lighter and more refined version of Kahlua, very good.

Some of the best gin I have ever had. It is so flavorful and smooth. The staff and head distillers are knowledgeable and friendly. Every Saturday they have free tastings and offer a free cocktail to showcase their gin. I always look forward to going here when we are in the area!
