This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the food, the attention and the service, not to mention; It's excellent!! I have ordered delivery and I love it because the drivers are super friendly and helpful, they always arrive on time and the food is hot. Don't hesitate to come, this is the best place.

The girls are super attentive and friendly (Grether, Emeli, Diana) and the delicious food, I recommend it 100%

I recomend this restaurant. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in. The place was in perfect order everything super clean. W O W....... our food was fresh the bread was soft but toasty at the same time! The service from our waitress was friendly and warm. I will be returning 🤗

Bad food, salty soup, delay to serve, roach crawling under the table

We arrived at the restaurant with only 2 people eating inside . We were 5 people and sat down at the end of the place .Nobody attended us for 10 min . We asked for someone to attend us and nothing happened . We left 10 minutes later . They don’t care about customers

Today I went to eat with my family, we love the place, but the heat inside the restaurant is impressive, you have to check the A/C because we are in a heat wave and inside an establishment the least we expect is that this fresh!!

Excellent food for any time, the waitresses are very friendly and the place is always very clean.

It is a place that I usually frequent whenever I am near the area because the food is good, but the service today was too slow although friendly, there was only one person serving customers but the biggest problem was the heat of the place. Waiting for the eternal food, I asked why it was so hot and they told me that the AC was broken, which seems like a serious problem to me mainly because we are in a season with heat waves that make being inside a place without acclimatization unbearable.

I am a frequent customer of the restaurant, my children like the food a lot too. But it is the second time that I go and see only one server in the room, I am not complaining about her, because I know that she is alone and at the time there were like 5 tables for her alone, it took a little while to take our order but The "Uruguayan" was very attentive Also the heat is impressive, the A/c doesn't work, I told the manager about the heat and he very politely gave us his version but I think the A/c doesn't work

Very bad service they say they close at 11 I arrived at 10.10 pm and they made a sign to me from the door that they were closed and the sign said Open I don't understand with a very bad attitude and bad manners

Recommended 💯… great service, exquisite food, super clean place and super nice relaxing music to eat. I will return and recommend it 🤗

i am genuinely impressed with my time at this cafe. the churrasco was delicious and soft, tender, juicy everything you want in a churrasco. the arroz congrís was delicious too! My dad also loved his meal of a pargo filet. I also had a really good lemonade. Waitress was super attentive and food came out hot and quickly. 100% going back!!!

Just bad customer service. Unfortunately i’ve never tried their food, but that’s because I called to place an order well over an hour before closing and they didn’t find it necessary to answer the phone.

Service is always great. The skirt steak, however, did not taste or look like outside skirt steak..

The worst food, the chicken I ordered was bad, with a lemon flavor and bad appearance, the chips came with remains of fried fish and a fishy taste. Everything wrong with this place. I do not recommend it.

The Sunday soup n Friday ajiaco is the best without counting the pan de bono delicious n great customer service

Have been eating here for several months a few days a week. My wife and I split one of the items on the daily specials menu and we still have leftovers. The maduros aren’t all that great but the rest is on point.

I’ve been doing Cantina in this place for about a month and it happened three times with bad food. Be aware because my wife got really really sick. She didn’t wanna give me my food into she verified that I pay.

Long wait just for the soup of the day.

The workers were rude. Did not get attention. Food was dry. Waited for 45 minutes with my partner!!! Wasted 36 dollars for no reason. I also specifically asked for sandwich with NO tomatoes for allergy reasons, when the food was brought there were 3 tomatoes in the sandwich

Location is the only plus on this hotel. Starting by the check-in, their lobby is small, two guess waiting, and it gets crowded. There is not even a bottle of water in the room as courtesy. Matress are not comfortable, and they tend to slide off. We ordered food from the restaurant, not good at all. Aditional charges appeared in the credit card out of nothing. I went to ask, and they did not know why. I'm really not impressed by the hotel at all.

This place is not what it use to be!! I have been coming for over 10 years but in last year service is horrible is almost like am bothering the waitresses also told the manager and she did nothing!!! I see what their relatives have better restaurants (rosy’s) and others!!!

El peor pan con lechón que jamás he comido, la carne negra y vieja, pellejos y excesiva grasa, el precio no se correspondía con lo que aparece en la carta, lo ordene y recogí para llevar, cuando lo abro en casa estaba horrible, por favor tengan cuidado con lo que venden, he consumido muchas veces y nunca había tenido ningún incidente siempre salí complacida, al no ver lo que me llevaba no lo pude devolver

Unsatisfied Need to take food allergies more serious am seriously allergic to cilantro my husband ask if the black beans had them and he was advised it didn't. He was misinformed and I could of ended up in the hospital or even worse if it wasn't for us checking the food before eating

My credit card was recently stolen and used at this restaurant. When I saw the security video I noticed that the female who was using my credit card knew all the employees. After I inquired I found out that she used to work there. When I questioned them about her I was told that they didn't have any info on her. Totally bogus response.Therefore I honestly hope you don't risk eating at this establishment as you never know what might happen with your credit card info.

Lucky to even get 1 star from me. Only 14 people in the restaurant and the service just wasn't there, with several waitresses on staff. Ordered the seafood soup had 0 taste had to add salt, pepper and hot sauce. Then my fish sandwich, the bread was over toasted. Seemed like they used old Cuban bread and toasted it to sell it. The wife ordered a steak sandwich that she couldn't eat, the steak was not tendorized and she had to pull extremely hard with each bite to get the piece in her mouth. All of the food was flavorless... Definitely recommend to skip this establishment if you don't want to be disappointed

Just left the restaurant. Was very disappointed since we always go to the one on Quail Roost Drive, but gave the wrong directions to my kids who were joining me for lunch. We had a very good waitress who remembered all the items ordered. The problem was with the palomilla, which was hard as a board. We asked the lady to please take it back and give her a croqueta preparada instead. When the bill came, the steak was on the bill and I asked the lady if it could be taken off and to be charged for the croqueta preparada. She said the manager said no because she ate the rice and beans. I said that by the tone the sandwich was prepared we would all have finished eating. She went back and asked snd he told her that he would take it off but then charge for the rice, beans and sandwich and it would be more money. He didn’t even have the decency to come out and tell us himself. I told the girl that it was nothing she did, she got an extra tip besides the 15 percent they include but that I would never go back there again. I will continue to go to the other one, which we frequent at least twice a week, sometimes more. A very bad business practice!😡😡

Una buena experiencia, llegamos al lugar y estaba con mesas disponibles que se ajustaron a las 7 personas que éramos. Enseguida nos atendieron, agua y carta. Encontramos un menú variado y con precio aceptable. Las raciones bien elaboradas, adornadas y abundantes. Estoy seguro que repetiré la visita e invito a que otros lo hagan.

We had the Cuban sandwich and yuca frita. These were not so great, especially compared to other local Cuban restaurants. However the Cuban coffee was wonderful. Made a trip back just for the coffee!

No comimos dentro simplemente pedimos por la ventana, la atención de la muchacha muy agradable pero demoro un poco más de lo esperado la sopa de pollo.

La atención de las muchachas es buena,son atentas y amables ,respecto al lugar creo que deberían de ponerle y poquito de ambientación,todo el tiempo con el fútbol ni que estuviéramos en un bar y el 90% de los que allí estábamos compartiamos en familia, de sugerencia una música incidental. La comida: Pedimos unos calamares fritos estaba bien servida la orden,le pedimos mayonesa a la señorita que nos estaba atendiendo y nos trajo 3 mini dosis ,tuvimos que luchar para con ellas para que nos alcanzara terminar la ordene calamares fritos,de plato principal pedimos churrasco ,tal pareciera que lo habíamos pedido para hipertensos ,sin gota de sal ni pimienta,recordemos que estamos hablando de un plato que cuesta $24,creo que debería de ponerle un poquito más de cariño a esos platos ,para terminar pedimos un café que estaba delicioso.
