This place is not good at all the Rice was hard the meat was no taste what so ever I just ordered food and it was very desp disappointment I was very upset I spend $49 on a plate of food that really didn't taste like anything the rice was hard sticky on one side hard on the other I don't know who they got cooking there but let me tell you something they better they should get fired

Good food, the attention of the girls especially Valentina is excellent...

I ordered 4 croquettes and 2 medium soups. I received only 1 soup and without lemon or toast or cutlery. It seems that courtesy has been lost because the same thing happened to me with another restaurant. The soup looks like orange ink soup. I don't know what it costs them to make soups with natural things instead of so much seasoning that in the end it's pure chemicals. The croquettes were okay. When I called they told me that they cannot help me with the refund, which has to be through Uber.

I always like to go to this place, the staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.

What I highly recommend and regularly come to buy is the congree It's very good

It doesn’t get better than this for affordable quality food. The food is always delicious and relatively fresh (depending on what you order) and prices are pretty fair for nowadays. The service and atmosphere is what you’d expect from a cheap hole in the wall restaurant.

I'm not going anymore, yesterday the tall blonde waitress ruined the night for my husband and me. He threw the menu at us, he didn't serve us properly. I ordered the baby churrasco well cooked and they brought it to me with blood. A complete disaster yesterday. I'm never coming back to this place again.

I placed the order online, the chicken soup and rice are raw. Disgusting, I almost vomited...I want to do you a favor and if you are reading this...stay away from this place for your own sake...the food is horrible.

Wanted to try this little spot and support local businesses. Great customer service. Our waitress was fantastic. The food we ordered was on the safe side, but then again, not. I would go again to try breakfast . I would be disappointed if they mess that up. The malanga fritters were good though. Pizza had no flavor, nor the fabada.

This was my first time eating here. The food was DELICIOUS! I had the filete de pollo, and my boyfriend had bistec de riñonada. We ate all of it in one setting. No leftovers! The portion sizes are enough to feed 2 people off one plate. We will definitely be back. Sorry, no pictures!

The food at this place is wonderful and the atmosphere is pleasant except for the service that is horrible. The girl who served us was very rude because she looked Colombian. She didn't even put water on the table and only talked to the other waitress. It's a shame that because bad service let's have a bad experience I don't recommend it

Very bad service is provided by the girls at night. I have visited the place on several occasions and they seem to work under obligation. The manager of the place should take this into account. They have a very good opinion of the food but the customer service is terrible.

Came again after many years and it's very good still, despite new ownership! The portions are very big for the price (of course, it's gone up since then, but inflation, I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️). Very fresh and authentic flavors, tastes almost as good as my Abuela's cooking! The tamal Cubano was AMAZING and the potaje garbanzo and Arroz con pollo were also very good. The garbanzos were just a little undercooked for my taste but some people like that. The flan and batido de mamey were also perfect!! And the cuban toast and coffee were just as good as I remember! Warm and comforting!

We stopped at this Restaurant by chance and were not disappointed. We ordered chicken caesar salad which was excellent and grilled chicken salad which was served with oil and vinegar (would have been nice with a tastier dressing). The chicken served with salad was excellent! Note that the salads are generous. We recommend.

The service was SLOW even though the restaurant was empty. I ordered a Bistec Empanizado and it came back GREASY AND BURNT. The steak not the breading. And they flipped it over so I couldn't see. I sent it back and the GENTLEMAN that works making the sandwiches who was very nice made me a cuban sandwich that was amazing. The server didn't even come (out of courtesy) to apologize for the food.

I think for the value and the service you get, it is well worth it to come and eat when you're not in the mood to cook. The portions are really good for the value you pay. The cantina they have has a variety of food for the week also. Fabien, the girl at the ventanita, does a great cuban coffee too 😉.

In a restaurant you have to be patient. Don't ask yes yet??? When you arrive at the table for the second time. I worked for many years in a restaurant and I realize when a waiter is about to finish you off. That doesn't work like that. The morning shift is unpleasant. The only person who is attentive to the customer is the bread boy. The elderly waitresses who are there in the morning none of them have charisma. I understand why in the afternoon everyone is young. The window maybe there is no reason for so much bitterness

while visiting my cuban friend in miami the other day, we stopped off at el rinconcito superlatino in cutler bay and it was a perfect 10. the service and food were great and the that ventanilla was rockin!!!!!...Que Ricoooo!!

It's a really good place to eat in or take out. The staff is kind and friendly. The steak and seafood is great. I would highly recommend the restaurant.

I was craving Cuban food on the way home from work and I stopped at El rinconcito super Latinos Cafe and order takeout. Did not feel like sitting in the restaurant but you have that option.

No es primera vez que vengo al lugar y la muchacha de pelo más claro que atiende las entregas utiliza una forma muy desagradable de atender al publico,su gesto es bien rudo y desagradable,es el prototipo de aquella que atendían de mala gana al público en Cuba,con la diferencia que aquí estamos pagando su puesto de trabajo con nuestras compras, si quiere seguir con las ventas en alza sugiero que le enseñen como tratar al público que consume en el lugar, tengo que destacar que las muchachas de ade tro son completamente diferentes lo mismo que las del Rinconcito de al lado del Presidente.

Absolutely the best pan con bistek and Cuban sandwich around. It’s huge and you get French fries with it. Definitely a lot bang for your buck $11.00 and you can’t beat the deal…., Best of all is the cccondimentsss are so exquisitely delightful and full of flavor. Nothing stale about the sandwiches here. If anyone is listening from the kitchen, please keep up the good work!!!

Yo abri un negocio por palmetto bay hace mas de unos meses y me sali fazil para por alli para ordenar o llamar para pedir halgo de desayuno pero siempre sentia un poco de actitud las personas q tratan pues no me molestaba pero ya llegue a mi final esta ves me dieron todo muy diferente de lo q ordene creo q ellas no quieren q llegue mas lastima q no se q es el motivo q ellas quieren perder un cliente lo siento mucho por los dieños la comida muy buena lastima el staff ya no paso mas por alli y voy dejarle saver a todos mis clientes el tipo de personal q tienen

I use to come here a lot when it was known as Latin America. Over the last 2 years I’ve come and gone because some of the staff that’s been there for years is still there and their specific service is attentive but the others are just order takers. Talking while taking your order and then messing up your order in person. I just called 5 times and with attitude I’m told to hold in Spanish but she does it with so much attitude and quickness you don’t hear what she even says and she hung up the first time trying to put me on hold. I called while in perdón and they just put people on hold to mess with them. Had no one but me there and output the phone on hold, finished her conversation and then picked up. I don’t think that’s how a business is ran. The food gets worse every time and the reason I say that is because the quality changes. You can tell they keep changing to cheaper alternatives of ham, pork, bread, and even the straws. This use to be a hidden gem for my family and I especially on weekends for breakfast or to meet up before a big event. It use to be lively. Now this place is simple a location that has bad and slow customer service (in store and take out) , bad food, and just not a great vibe. There’s one of these under the same name and they’re slightly better in terms of food but a lot nicer and efficient

Didn’t know what to expect. The menu said shredded chicken but what came out was something like a baked whole thigh in yellow rice. Rice was a little wet but not sure if this is authentic or not. Service was good even with little English. Place was spacious and clean. For sure will give it another go if in the area but will go for a different menu.

I like the place. The food was really good. I had the fish filet with yuca and salad and it was delicious!! It is my second time in the restaurant and like the first time I enjoy the attention and the food!! 👍

I have eaten here periodically for almost 20 years. I went back a few weeks ago after not having been for 6+ years. Some of the same friendly staff and believe it or not the Cuban sandwich was better than ever!! Cold Presidente FTW. Highly recommended.

Delicious food to have for breakfast.

This place changes names and ownerhip every 3 months or so it seems. Took a chance and ordered basic Cuban entrée a palomilla steak to go. Steak is thin so you can't overcook it well my palomilla has a thick rubbery texture and was tiny. In a good Cuban place you order a palomilla and it's huge..enough for dinner and lunch the next day as it should be. Not the case here. Won't be back you are better off going to the rinconcito on 137th Ave better food and the window girls have better attitudes.

The cuban toast tasted like an ashtry as if it was touched by some cook that smokes and touches food without washing thier hands after having smoked a cigarett .

This place used to be better. The breakfast is not all day anymore. Im here on a Sunday for brunch and no breakfast is being cooked at 12:30. There are no notices on the menus about the time cut off and the waitresses was very rude when I made a breakfast order thinking this place still served breakfast at all hours. As a chef, I would notify people with at least a statement on the menu saying "Breakfast is served only until noon" What kind of cuban place doesn't make breakfast all day in Miami? Especially on Sunday? At least to 2 or 3 in the afternoon I understand but not at 12:30???. As a normal customer, I rather not go anymore if this is the case especially with rude servers.

Era muy temprano, pedí unas papas de casa pero cuando me comí una estaba casi congelada, creo q deben de tener más cuidado en ese sentido, primero porque demuestra q la comida no es fresca y se entiende pero que la lleven así a la mesa es un descuido
