River Falls Cafe is sooo Good, Some of my Classmates and I went in on August the 3rd and oh my "Goodness" it is a hidden Gem. I have been in every week since that date. The Atmosphere, Customer Service and The Service is Excellent. Give them a try you will not go wrong.

Awesome food and service. You MUST try the cheese cake. I had shrimp and grits and it was really delicious.

This is the best little restaurant around. The food is fresh and delicious! The owner (William) and Jaden were so nice. They are willing to adapt a dish if needed. We will surely go back.

Oh Wow, I am blown away, this restaurant is fabulous, very cozy. It's perfect for a date, or to chill. With friends. Laurin my server was so sweet and offered suggestions for helping in creating the perfect meal for your taste buds. Come check this place out.

My husband and I had lunch here yesterday. I had the most amazing parmesan encrusted halibut! The dish was the best fish dish I have ever eaten (even compared to ocean town 5 star restaurants). My husband loved his smash burger and the burbon beer! We will definitely be back. Actually hubby wanted to return the following day it was that good!

I truly can't recommend this place enough. Every single thing ordered here is super delicious, I would easily put this place in my top 3 favorite restaurants in the area. I came here before when it was originally Cork & Beans and it was an overall 'ok' experience, so I was a little nervous coming back here after the name change, but I wanted to give it a fair shot again and it definitely exceeded expectations. Such a cozy atmosphere, I almost wish I could move in. Instant walking in, was hit with the most delicious smells. We went just as it opened on a Saturday afternoon, so I'm not sure how busy it normally is, but there was no one besides us. I would assume the earlier the better to miss the crowd because there's only a handful of spots to sit down indoors. The man who greeted and served us was super super kind, same with the chef in the back (he made everything so quick !!!! it was wild considering we ordered several things), he even came out after we ate and made sure to check up on us, if we enjoyed it, etc. I had the Jambalaya pasta, it was absolutely heavenly, and a peach smoothie because its been hot lately. With no exaggeration it was the best smoothie I've ever had. It was so unexpected. If you like a slightly tart-er buffalo chicken dip, this one is for you. Overall an incredible experience and I can't stress enough how sweet and attentive the staff were. The only thing I could POSSIBLY complain about is the chairs, as cute as they were they are far too small especially for people with thicker thighs/waist like me and the bars were digging into my sides (im praying for the chairs to be changed out before by the time I next come back 😭🙏). Please consider this place for your next outing, it will not disappoint!!!

Id heard from several friends about River Falls Café, so I had to try it for Myself and it met my expectations in every category, the food was delicious and the staff was extremely welcoming and nice… Extremely impressed …(Winky Black)

I came here thanks to a local recommendation, and glad I did. Food is great! Had a steak (chicken and pork are also options) Cuban bowl and key lime pie. There was some issue with the beer taps so just had a Diet Coke. The staff is super friendly and a joy to talk with while eating. The place itself has a good mojo too. Definitely worth a visit!

On yesterday, the owners graciously opened up their establishment early for me to have a small birthday party for my cousin. When I tell you everything was SUPERB! From the food via the chef/owner (Willam Cooper), the drinks via the bartender(s), customer service, etc. EVERYTHING was TOP TIER. Lauren, our waitress, was AWESOME! Please stop by and visit them. You will not be disappointed!

Intimate setting where the staff really takes care of the patrons. Sort of a limited menu but they also have nightly specials it seems. Try the blueberry cheesecake!

My wife and I dine here 4-6 times per month. Great variety of options, every dish is fresh and served hot. The owners and staff are wonderful people. It is like dining with family.

Beautiful environment. Their banana pudding is amazing. Super friendly staff. When I was pregnant, I ordered banana pudding but they were out of the cookies that go with it- the owner ran across the street to get some to go on top. :)

Really enjoyed this spot. It is surprising because they have a full restaurant menu and a cafe as well. The food was great! I really want to go back for dinner and the iced latte was so good I ordered two! The service was awesome as well and very friendly.

This place is top notch. The meal was well prepared and perfectly seasoned. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere, well if I would have had me a cigar and a glass of bourbon, I could have sat there all night and just listened to the music. The owner even took a minute to come to our table. He was very personable and professional. We will definitely visit this establishment again.

I can definitely confirm that River Falls Cafe lived up to expectations and to the glowing reviews online. The service from Hannah and Ike was top notch. They were absolute delights to chat and banter with. All four of us loved our meals. My wife said her shrimp and grits was indeed some the best she’d ever had. My steak special was equally awesome. We felt that prices were quite fair for the quantity of food received. The ambiance is very quaint and homey. Bottom line? We will definitely return and bring more friends.

Service was excellent and the food was amazing. There was a nice intimate feel to the restaurant. My wife ordered the chicken Oscar, I ordered the low country “broil”. Both dishes came out quickly! Highly recommend both dishes. Great place for a date night. The banana pudding was delicious!

Came in on a Thursday night(2-24) around 6 and was able to get a table right away. They had 2 young ladies working the floor. Our waitress was friendly and nice. She was on point. Everything we got was very good. The shrimp and grits were the best I've had all year. Their banana pudding was so good I've never had pudding like that before. The texture was different in a good way. I didn't know what to expect when I got there because there was only one other couple eating when I walked in. I would say it's definitely worth checking out if you want some good food with good service.

I travel to Duncan for Business frequently. I have tried quite a few local restaurants. I went in for a sandwich, kind of a craving I was having. I saw their "Best Shrimp and Grits" award on the counter and I couldn't resist. Shrimp and Grits is my go to every where. I love it. Well... the award is well deserved. I enjoyed my dining experience. This is my kind of place. Not too big, nice and friendly. You can tell it isn't a chain. My only disappointment is that I have not found them sooner. Their menu looked great and I promised to be back tomorrow night to try the Cajun Pasta. It sounded just as good. I can't recommend River Falls Cafe highly enough! Go, you can thank me later.

Absolute GEM of a place. Everything I’ve ever had from here is delicious. Service is out of this world. Cutest little atmosphere! Every single Thanksgiving we order their platters and it truly is the best day of the year. If I could give more stars, I would. Have you even done a date night if you haven’t done it here?

Everything was phenomenal at this restaurant. I got the jambalaya and my husband got one of the specials catfish stuffed with rice. We also got the spinach dip app. The couple with us also loved everything they had. The server knew everything and was friendly and on top of everything. I will for sure go back and would recommend.

Got stuck in the area for work and tried a bunch of local restaurants, this was by far the best. Food was really great but do yourself a favor and GET DESSERT because they are next level good.

Took my daughter there tonight and sat oitside for an early dinner. Smoked meatloaf? Yes, please! Great choices on the menu, including nightly specials. Family friendly atmosphere, the staff and chef are all VERY involved in the customer experience. Well worth the stop to eat! I am so sad that I've slept on River Falls Cafe in Duncan for so long. My wife and I came here for our anniversary, and I have to tell y'all after over two years of living here I can say this is the BEST food I've had in the Grenville /Spartanburg area. I ordered the Cubano and it's the best Cubano I've had (and I've been to Miami MANY times), the white chicken chili was phenomenal, the blackened chicken and shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly, the jambalaya rice was outstanding. I'm writing this as I wait for our banana pudding, but I'd laymoney down on how it's going to turn out. On top of that the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and hospitable. This is everything I thought Cribbs was going to be and more. As a food snob that rarely finds a spot that can cook better than I can I recommend this place 100%.

Skip the sandwiches, specials are awesome.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at River Falls Cafe. The food was amazing, the service was fast, the atmosphere was cozy, and the prices were very fair. I ordered the Mahi Mahi which was seasoned wonderfully, he had the NY strip which was cooked perfect to temperature and tender. He raved about the mashed potatoes with his meal as well. We also had the Key Lime Pie for dessert which was delicious. We will be returning and we are excited to see this place succeed!

This is such a cute little restaurant tucked away in Duncan. The food was excellent! We had the special, short ribs and a plate with Mahi and a crab cake. Perfect seasoning on all. The sauce on the short ribs was perfect. The chef came out to check on us. The server was quick and super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful atmosphere. Service was quick and food was delicious. Some people have trouble finding the balance of mustard and pickles for a Cuban but their Cuban sandwich had the perfect balance. I was thoroughly impressed. We will be back!

Three of us ate there, and all of our meals were great! Shrimp and grits was the best I've ever had. My two companions loved their meals, too. Portions were very generous, service was excellent. We were just visiting the area, but we sure would go back again when in the area.

The food is just ok. I didn’t have the coffee. Went for lunch. I had the Buffalo dip which was yummy, and the French dip which just seemed like lunch meat roast beef heated up on a bun served with au jus. The au jus didn’t really add anything to the sandwich. Nice for a quick pit stop, but I would say it’s nothing special food wise.

Buffalo Chicken Dip was amazing!!!! My husband had shrimp and grits! Both dishes were delicious!! Friendly staff and the chef even came out to get feedback and show hospitality!!!!!! Wonderful place.

Delicious food, cozy place, well maintained, friendly server, wide choice of sides. Veggies fresh. A friend treated me to lunch I had the French Dip and my friend ordered the shrimp and grits. I was skeptical of the creamy Cajun sauce bc it is not traditional but I had to taste it. It does not disappoint. Shrimp cooked perfectly with no off taste. The creamy sauce was surprisingly light and spicy enough without being overpowering. At the end, the chef/owner introduced himself and asked for our feedback about the meal. Every little town needs a bright little cafe like River Falls. Until then, we'll be back. Long may they prosper!

Great food, a well thoughtful menu, a good mix, enough to satisfy most palettes. Quality ingredients and highly skilled preparation and friendly services. A nice selection of spirits. A definite return is in short order. Great job thank you. Just when you think you have figured out a restaurant they charge, for the better! Copper and his staff have stepped up their game. We took our 14 year old daughter last night. The food was super amazing. That chicken quesadilla is a MUST. My waitress was the best! She was the only waitress in the house (small venue) but she was attentive and very sweet. We loved you, Darian!! Atmosphere perfect....food yum!!!!

My first visit was ok. I went on Thursday night, and there was only one waitress available. I had a coffee and banana pudding. The coffee was one of the best coffees I've had in a long time, and I usually have starbucks. My second visit was best. I went this past Friday for dinner with my husband. The atmosphere was romantic. I loved the entryway lights and patio area with the nice tree. The decor inside is warm and inviting. The service was great. Our waitress on this night was very friendly and willing to assist. We ordered the specials shown in the pictures. My chicken was delicious. I didn't take any of it home. Cleaned the plate 😂 My husband enjoyed his pork chops as well. Great tasting white wine. Very good-sized portions of food and the price was acceptable. I can see myself coming back again and again.

We went on Valentine's Day and had their special. The salad was fresh and delicious. My wife had their filet and crab cake. I had the filet and lobster tail. The filet was as good as I have ever had. We split the crab cake and lobster, they were very good also. I will advise to stay away from the chocolate cake. It will spoil you and no other will do. It was very good. We will be going back soon.

We went to River Falls Cafe (formerly Cork ‘n Beans) after having heard good reviews and that French Dip sandwich was on the menu. I ordered the French Dip for $10 and it was very good. There is a white or Munster? cheese topping the roast beef. The roast beef was tender and flavorful, the Au Jus was delicious and the roll was perfect in taste and texture. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits for $17.00. It was a good size plate with an ample portion of big, beautiful shrimp and also Andouille sausage. There was a delicious sauce with sautéed green peppers and onions and even though I’m not a “grits” girl, I’m becoming one after this delicious dish. The restaurant itself is very comfortable with bright decor. It’s small and a bit cozy and has great ambiance. I hope they are successful enough to add-on to their space. It is already great addition to Duncan. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. We totally enjoyed our time spent there. I hope they will add a neon sign over their business so it’s visible at night and is a draw for possible patrons unaware of its presence. We really want this business to succeed as the food is so delicious and Duncan really needs more restaurants with really delicious food. The beer prices were good. A Stella was $4.00. They also have a wine list. We’ll definitely be back. They had several specials that sounded very tempting and a pretty impressive menu. Be sure and try this delightful Cafe. You’ll be glad you did.

Jambalaya pasta spicy was loaded with flavor. Wifey’s shrimp n’ grits mild (wimp) was some of the best. Both were waitresses’ suggestions and did not disappoint. Great outside patio. Will definitely be back.

PSA: River Falls Cafe in Duncan (fkna Cork and Beans) is such a hidden gem. Very nice atmosphere, great service, friendliness all around you and the food, OMG. SOOOO good! Best shrimp and grits and cheese cake I had EVER tasted. Also highly recommended: Mahi Mahi and the banana pudding. Wow. Beside the very yummy menu online, they have also their daily specials, a lot of them, and also wonderful. So happy to have discovered the new ownership, management and chefs!
