Weirs is where it's at! They have so many flavor options and even some non dairy coconut milk flavored ice cream. One scoop in a cone and paid $4.60. there are also benches to sit under shade with friends or alone.

Favorite ice cream place in Hudson Valley. Everything is so delicious.

We love Weirs & frequently visit. We recently had our first tip of the season and we were unfortunately disappointed. We got 2 small ice creams for ~$9. I understand everything is going up in price however I think for ice cream this expensive, you should be able to try a flavor before buying. I got the lavender lemon sherbet - it had a chemical taste that I did not enjoy, so money wasted. We also got a small soft serve cone, and it melted very quick despite it be ~70degs out - so the temp could use some adjustment. On our 2nd trip, we tried the cake batter ice cream and it was delicious! We will be back! Hoping this feedback helps improve the business.

First visit of the year. As usual a very long line but it moves. Fantastic ice cream but the prices are rising. Very courteous staff.

Today's visit was a disappointment. It was always my go to place for ice cream. Today, the ice cream was watery, melted fast, and simply not up to what it was in previous years. Not sure if the place changed hands, or just beginning of the season and the machines need to fin their groove, or simply the managed decided to skimp on the flavor. Given its past great reputation, I will give them another chance. If the ice cream is still substandard, I will not come back. Sad!

my daughter and I had made a pact to go.to.all the ice-cream places in orange County last summer (2023) but we never did so we're trying again this year (2024) and we started here since they offer what was called the sprinkle of the week

I always get orange and vanilla cones. Got one today. The orange color is usually a rich orange color. Today it was very pale and hardly much of an orange flavor…..cutting back on something?

Ice cream is always good. Only negative is the prices forwhat you get are high.

The ice cream is awesome very cheap and nice the ice cream cakes wow just wow! The prices really match for the size of the ice cream cake you buy.I mean $65 for the biggest one I mean it does make sense I can't wait till next summer:)

Weir's is an absolute MUST, their ice cream is like nothing else and they are always introducing new and interesting flavors, such as Butterscotch Crunch and Key Lime Pie in limited batches. They have expanded their outside area to include many places to sit and even places for photo ops.

What a delightful surprise when we were in the area. I have certainly been missing out. I loved all the flavors of ice cream I tried, but the Spicy Hot 'Chocolate was a standout. I can't wait to go back!

Great little ice cream shop! There’s benches, tables, and open space for a picnic blanket on a beautiful day such as today. They accept credit cards! I was wondering if it was just a cash only place. Be prepared for a line but the choices are worth it! Many flavors from ice cream to milkshakes to floats.

Always a good time at weir's. They have so many flavors and options to choose from. I get something different every time. There's so many benches to sit down and eat. My kiddos and grandma love it too. My kids love to play and enjoy their ice cream. Can't wait to take my 3rd baby here when she's old enough.

I grew up in the area so anytime I return I always come to this ice cream shop. I got to bring my kids this time which was neat. It’s a great place to stop and sit and enjoy a decadent treat. There’s plenty of room to sit in the shade and plenty of parking. The ambience is very nostalgic. There’s so many different options it’s really hard to make a decision.

Very nice non-dairy coconut chocolate chip. Nice area to sit and enjoy the ice cream. Very busy. Line still long after closing time.
