I tried two times tonight to order food from this place first time i was told its raining that the man on the other end of the phone was not driving in RAIN second time im told we are not delivery during the rain i live 1/2 a mile away from the place and told him that and that it was no longer raining then he tells me they dont have a driver so really sucks foods great service is HORRIBLE! wont be ordering from them anymore i have now called 3 more times to order no delivery again take it OFF YOUR WEBSITE THEN!!!!!!!!

We are only in the area during the summer. Rocky's is our go to place for anything Italian. Their pizza is always on point with very generous toppings and savory crust. Vinnie and his crew are always very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Love there cheeseburger sub and crispy fries!

We ordered the taco pizza, and it was awesome. This Rockys is the only place that has taco pizza. If you like tacos, this is a must try. Shout out to Vinnie and his employees for knocking this out of the park.

The pizza was good. They have a very extensive menu. There prices were good. The staff was very friendly.

Over price for what they call food

There is a lot to love about this place. They were hosting a backyard wrestling event today, so they were understandably busy. Still had our food ready in about 15 minutes. Plus, housing an event like this is fun! More local businesses should do this. Prices are fantastic. Pizza is phenomenal. On top of that, it's a local business with a nice staff and they clearly take care of their own. It's easy to see what businesses value when you look at the staff. I will be going out of my way to get pizza here again. All around, great!

The pizza was really good. The issue is, we ordered through DoorDash for pickup and were initially given a wait time of about 20 minutes - no problem, we even gave them some extra time as it was a Saturday night. We go to pick up our dinner and the employees were rude, and barely acknowledged me. I’m positive that they hadn’t started our order until well after I arrived. They did not apologize for the wait, provide a timeframe for when my order would be completed, or anything. I stood there for well over 35 minutes…just waiting without an explanation. This was only our second time ordering food from here and I’m quite certain it will be the very last.

Amazing customer service and best pizza in town Honestly. The wings were fried to hard for my liking but not a big deal, next time I will just tell them not to fry them too hard. The only place I will get pizza from moving forward

My fam eats here at least weekly! I’ve always absolutely LOVED the food, the people, the place- though I don’t usually eat in personally. There’s inside and outside seating. Vinnie and Mike are both friendly and, personable. They take time to know their customers! The new hires/cashiers also seem to be friendly and, helpful, as well. There’s not many times they haven’t been spot on with anything I’ve ever ordered, and vinnie is very kind and quick to make things right, if so- as well as bein flexible if there’s any questions/order additions/changes needing made. It’s definitely one of my top 2-3 VERY BEST, most FAVORITE, amazing, incredible, local pizza places, in my utmost honest opinion. My family is also VERY, HIGHLY PICKY AND, PARTICULAR, when it comes to our pizza places! Lastly… vinnie even goes so far as to sell baskets/items made by customers, in the restaurant, helping support some local small business AND, holds at least a yearly, full-on, blown out, everything you’d imagine type, outdoor WRESTLING MATCHES- once a year, for all his friends, family, customers, too!!! Now, tell me where else does something remotely close to that?! … I’ll wait … Def stop by for some outstanding customer service/care and, most of all, the BEST local pizza you can buy, with top quality ingredients and, not the worst pricing around either!

LOVE Rocky's pizza! The owner is such a sweet guy and the staff is very friendly. The food is always on point! I refuse to go anywhere else for pizza.

Extremely disrespectful staff; my wife called and placed an order; while grabbing her wallet to pay, the employee on the phone started to raise his voice “we’re busy hurry up.” My wife started to read the card number and he then started raising his voice AGAIN and said “you need to tell me what you want First Lady.” (Not to mention that WE ALREADY DID) so my wife said “I wanted two pizzas” and he said “no you didn’t say that, don’t lie” so I just told my wife to hang up. I won’t eat from a place that speaks to customers like this. Unbelievable. Please do better in customer service.

The Pizza that was once the pride of Hagerstown is still the best New York pizza around. Well worth the ride to Falling Waters.

We got 3 pies 1 half mushroom and other half pepperoni, 1 Hawaiian, and 1 meat lovers. All 3 were amazing, the dough was cooked just right so it was. By far one of the best pizza places around the area

this establishment is top notch if you are looking for that REAL Italian pizza or just food in general, this is the place to go !! my first time here was over this weekend with my family & when I tell you we felt more than welcome & at home the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left, was absolutely like no other . Vinnie does great things within his shop & knows exactly what hospitality is ! to say the least because im really not trying to type a novel here but this isnt even half as great as the actual experience truly was . Ordered taco pizza and the supreme and absolutely delicious

The pizza was really good. Ground beef and sausage.

I got carry out and the girl who took my order on the phone was very polite and patient with me. We had the regular Calzone which had ham, ricotta and mozerella, we added bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. We could have fed about 4 people from the order although although I must admit I probably ate enough for 2. I thought it was pretty good, my wife decided next time she'll get something with less cheese, probably the special Italian version, but she's not a cheese person. The little dogs all tried some crust with cheese and a bit of ham and they approved except they said they would have preferred a calzone with lots of ham and no vegetables.

I always get the Steak and cheese with the works. Vinny as always knocks it out the park. It's Delicious. Go support this man's business.

By far the best pizza around! We've been Vinnie fans for many years. We followed him over to his present location in Falling Waters, WV. And for good reason! Along with Mike, they make the best pizza, subs, and meals. Period. Easy 5 Star rating.

My new favorite local place! We got the chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs, both were excellent. Delivery was much faster than expected and our food was hot and perfect. The garlic knots were delicious as well. I really like the sauce, really flavorful and everything tasted homemade. Portion sizes were huge, will probably last 3-4 servings! Really happy to have such a great place nearby. We are excited to come back and try more!

These so called pizza places are a joke one place phone just rings and you guys don't want to deliver $#*% nobody wants to make money on a Wednesday evening

Absolutely the best sub steaks everything I live in Martinsburg and drive all the way there just to get us up whenever I want one nowhere West Virginia even compares to as good as his food is he has a love and passion for what he does and you can definitely taste it in the food and it makes all the difference

Let me tell you!!! The best Authentic Italian pizza and subs I've ever had in my life and the meatball subs are to die for hands down. Everything is made fresh and fresh ingredients. His sauce is 💯% homemade Italian sauce. It's worth the drive no matter how far you are. And Vinny is the real deal and always happy and greets you like family. I'm telling you go try it out you won't be disappointed!!

Rocky's Pizza beats all other Pizza shops in the area. Vinnie makes everything from scratch and does not go shy on anything. He is one of the most loving caring people we know and he takes pride in every ingredient and the quality of each thing he makes. He treats you not only with amazing food but like you are family as soon as you walk through that door. My husband Delegate Larry D Kump and I Cheryl L Kump are forever customers and dear friends. If you have not had a pizza or sub from Rocky's Pizza then you truly have not had authentic Italian TRUE Pizza/Food. You will not ever be disappointed!!

Found a little gem today!! Got a calzone the girl at the shop was apprehensive about its appearance; she hadn't made one for some time and she apologized if it didnt look as appetizing as it should. I told her "No worries!" When she presented it to me it looked great tbh but when I got it home and dug in it tasted even better!! Definitely will be a regular!!

Came from Baltimore, saw this place in the middle of nowhere... place has pictures of rocky from back in the day, so cool. But the food.. is good af! I got a cheesesteak with mayo and hots. I'm half tempted to call rocky and ask how he made it. A++++
