Great atmosphere! Was traveling and had a craving for a donut and found this place. To my surprise it's a health protein based concept with mini donuts that are lower calories and higher protein. Loved it. The owners were so sweet and the flavors were really good. I was pleasantly surprised!

I’m not sure if I go back for the mint chocolate shakes or spending time with the family that owns the business! It is a great atmosphere and everything I had there has been amazing!!!

What a cute, friendly little place tucked back away where you almost miss it! Such friendly owners! The protein donuts and coffee were delicious! I highly recommend a Twix (shake made with espresso 😋).

This is a great place to get a snack or a good breakfast/lunch! I love their protein coffees and donut bites, super filling. The açaí bowls are also amazing as well! I love how the fruit is always fresh. You can’t beat their customer service, I highly recommend if you want good food and a great atmosphere.

Rooted is my favorite place to be! From the owners to the drinks, this place is 10/10. My favorite drink is the Under the Weather refresher which is full of vitamin essentials and vitamin c. It’s refreshing and keeps me energized!

Good but on the expensive side compared to the other Herbalife stores not to mention they don't open till 7:30 and they would make a ton more money if they opened at 7:00 for all the teachers in the area that have to be at school by 7:30 AM. I'd be there but they lost my business because I have a job I need to be at.

Best Protein Waffles and shakes Around!! This place is a must after or before your workouts!!! Come and get that protein You NEED, Don’t let those WORKOUTS be in Vain!!!! The atmosphere is also a plus great place to just chilllax ………… Hidden Little Gem tucked away in a little corner on a main Plaza real easy to miss but WAAAAAAYYYYY Better than those other Boxstore Name Brands. This place really needs the recognition it Deserves! Give it a try and you won’t regret it!

Can’t believe I just found this place! Family friendly atmosphere, they have games so you can hang out, and the food is great! I’m still losing weight bc their options (donuts, waffles, shakes) have protein in it while still tasting great. I’m trying all the flavored drinks, and I know there’s something for everyone!

Love this place! My new choice for protein on the go! I wish the menu though included nutritional facts such as sugar and calories per item.

Service was good and what I ordered (pumpkin iced coffee special) was also good but was genuinely surprised at the lack of coffee options on the menu.

Absolutely love this place! It’s my favorite acai bowl to date! The waffles don’t disappoint, and the refreshers are amazing. Love the vibe inside, very cozy and perfect for studying. The owners are amazing, so sweet and loving.

Wonderful fusion of Cafe and smoothie bar. Mostly vegan and dairy free(I think the only exception is whey protein in the coffee smoothies). They also have tea and acai bowls. Everything also seems to be protein centric, which I absolutely love. I had the Twix Protein smoothie, which includes a shot of expresso. It normally has 23 grams of protein, but i got an extra scoop, making it 30 grams. I can honestly say it was one of the best smoothies I've ever had. The place is a family operation. I met the husband, wife, and daughter while there. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. It's not a large place, but was very cozy, with a lot of charm.

Small store, food is all protein and gluten-free. Donuts, acai bowls etc refresher drinks and coffee, shakes etc. Delicious food but not a good place for a meeting as the blenders drown out the conversation.

My family absolutely loves this place! What isn’t good on the menu. From the Island Fusion to the White Chocolate to the Açaí Bowls to the Mini Donuts. This establishment treats you like family. If you haven’t stopped by then you’re missing out!

Really nice place to sit and study. The tea tasted great and wasn't full of sugar, like most other places, so it felt good too. I will definitely be going back regularly. The mini donuts are certainly worth a visit too

Went to Rooted for an acai bowl to go and was quite satisfied! The food was fresh and tasty, the store was clean and comfortable, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I definitely will be back. My only thought was that I would have liked to have more options in the bowl, but I know they are new, so I'm sure that's coming in due time, and again, everything that they offered was delicious :) at the end of the day, I'd rather have less options but have them all done right :)

A protein shake from Rooted keeps me full until late afternoon! I love having this small business around the corner to support my sweet tooth, it allows me not to feel as guilty with the high amount of protein. Between the friendly staff and menu, I will keep coming back!

My wife and I stoped by after reading about this place. We only got a refresher called paradise falls and absolutely loved it. We will be back and will definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our experience at Rooted! The bubble everything waffle was out of this world! So light and airy! My husband enjoyed his non bubble everything waffle that was more of a traditional style. Our girls loved the donuts and chocolate and vanilla shakes. The owner was so personal! The atmosphere was really inviting too! We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stopped in because we heard such good things! It was all amazing! We ordered an açaí bowl, a hot protein coffee and a refresher and everything was AMAZING!! I cannot recommend this place enough. The owners are so so friendly and made us feel like family. The interior has homemade touches using reclaimed items from right here in Lakeland. So talented!
