Bar none the best Meatloaf I have ever had. Great food, Great service and had a blast talking to the owners.

Rosemary and roux catered my wedding back in October. To start, everything went well. I loved the options on their menu and they were all pleasant to speak with. As for the day of my wedding, I was disappointed. About an hour and a half through our reception, we ran out of the jambalaya (which was the main course) and we’re left with only sandwhiches, charcuterie and orzo pasta salad. We had to talk about what to do and considered buying food from laundry’s next door but ultimately decided we would leave it be. This upset me because it was their job to make sure we had enough food. Not only that, we found out that they had “over-stuffed” 2 pans of jambalaya when we ordered 3 pans. It always makes me wonder if we had 3 pans if we wouldn’t have ran out of food. With all of that being said, I heard the jambalaya was delicious. I wish I could have had a taste before we ran out!

I love Rosemary and Roux! I feel like I’ve tried the whole menu and loved it all but the Roast Beef Debris and the meatloaf are outstanding. This place serves DELICIOUS food made with love and made from SCRATCH. Woman owned by two locals who give back to their community. I love supporting this business and highly recommend it.

We had the brunch board and the Abuela's Benedict and Chef topped us off with a sample of her award winning gumbo! Let me tell you........EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! We had leftovers and I bought a quart of that gumbo! My husband is a Chef for over 25 yrs....he had to give Chef Katie a hug after this meal!

Great home cooked food, great variety, pleasant atmosphere and a very friendly staff.

Tried both of the lunch specials today.. Chicken Lillian and Pork Chop.. absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to try other items!

My husband and I got married on November 19th and used Rosemary and Roux for our catering! They were incredible, from planning, to tasting, to the actual event. Ashley, Chef Katie and their entire team were so wonderful! Ashley helped answer all of my questions and offered a wealth of knowledge on quantities for our guest count so we planned accordingly, Chef Katie took the time to personally sit down with us to discuss the menu during our tasting and even helped us modify some of our dishes to be gluten-free for some of our guests. I was also in the market for a bartender and they were able to provide a whole bar team including wait staff to pass out appetizers which made our event run so smoothly! I was worried that I wouldn't get to eat on our wedding day, because I heard that happens sometimes - but Chef Katie made my husband and I special plates with a taste of everything and it was AMAZING! If you are looking for a caterer for your special event - I highly recommend this group! Will attach some pictures once I get them back from the photographer!

One of my favorite lunch spots, the food and service is wonderful.

OH WOW, this place is on point. Super fresh salad, nothing bagged! My husband got the chicken parm and dove in before I could get a pic, but it was gooood! The red gravy is a little sweet, perfect 😋 Can't wait to go back and dine in!

Without a doubt the best food I’ve ever had! Chef Katie’s menu and creations are super-superb. THE SALADS. The debris po’ boy is quite possibly the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. This is one time you can be assured that 8” is indeed 8”. I eat here every time I go to New Orleans and always get special treatment! The staff are fast and friendly. The food is *chef’s kiss* If you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out.

This chef is passionate about her food and it shows. Never been disappointed. It sucks that food prices have increased but their prices are still reasonable given the quality and the portion sizes. I've recommended them to many people who needed catering for events and they've all thanked me!

My aunts and I came in for lunch while I was in town visiting family, and we really enjoyed it! The food was on point and the staff was all really friendly. As I sit here, 1300 miles away, writing this review, I wish I could come eat the Chicken Lillianne (spelling?) right now. One of my aunts and myself got that and loved it. My other aunt got the pork chops and they were so good and so tender! Thank you all and I can’t wait to come home again and come back to eat here!

I've never used a caterer before and was looking for someone to cater a meal at my son's home in New Orleans the night before his wedding. Chef Katie responded to my inquiry, listened to my needs and came up with a plan. Everything was prepared and set up on time and plenty of food for our group. It was so easy to arrange via email/phone calls and I loved how uncomplicated she made it. The food was delicious, everyone was happy and I thought the price was fair. Thank you!!!

Very happy I came here. I had the catfish basket with the fancy fries. The catfish was cooked perfectly and the fries were delicious. Everything I ate was high quality. Service was prompt and friendly. Overall I would recommend it and come back.

These folks were successful high - end caterers before the pandemic had them expand their model to open a sit down restaurant. Food is fantastic!!! From some of THE BEST burgers / po boys to lunch specials - and scrumptious desserts, we are there as regulars. Great attentive staff as well!

Rosemary & Roux provided the catering for my daughter-in-law's baby shower this past September. The food was absolutely delicious and highly complimented by the shower attendees. I particularly appreciated the efforts made by Chef Katie and Ashley in catering my event considering we were just 3 weeks out from Hurricane Ida's devastation! They assured me that all would be well and their follow-through was so appreciated! We even had a complication of having to change the venue from one location to another, but even this "hiccup" did not faze them. I also visit the restaurant for take-out and have always enjoyed their daily meals, sandwiches and salads. You can't go wrong giving this restaurant a try because you'll enjoy flavorful home cooking (love the roast beef debris...yum!) and really nice people!

This place is great with awesome food! We live right down the street so all of our employees from Saia Plumbing eat here as well on lunch breaks and they love it as well!

Chef Katie prepared chicken salad croissants and deviled eggs for a small luncheon that I was hosting. Everything was delicious and my guest raved over them! Highly recommend Rosemary and Roux!
