Please don't lie to me. I was there because I knew the garden bar was on special, and then my server made out like I was getting a deal because I downloaded the app... The exact same deal I was getting because it was Wednesday 😂

This is a restaurant would rather you place a to-go order online. I place my order online and know where it doesn't say that I have a certain time will nobody come and bring you your food and the to go Express lane. So while I sit there and constantly have to keep calling the restaurant according to their pickup window sign the manager never answers for over half an hour. Just to get it myself.

i came here last week and i just want to say that the salad bar looked so nice and clean and stocked and plump, the lettuce was crispy and the peas were so fresh and yummy, also my waiter hilary was excellent funny and made the experience a 10/10 in my books would come here again just to be seated with her as my server, once again the salad bar looked great especially the juicy tomatoes and the service was top tier never laughed more in my 20 years of existence

The worst service from the Manager. Would not honor the birthday program because she was lazy and rude.. refused to be compassionate, helpful, considerate, or any way customer service minded... I have boycotted Ruby Tuesday in Niceville... All because of her ego!

Miss RTs up north. The salad bar is still one of the best. Any of the food items with the bourbon sauce is excellent.

Ordered pasta it came with very little sauce and when we asked for more it took so long for them to bring to us the pasta was cold plus we were waiting for our check and our server was out side with her boyfriend

The food was terrible. I wasted 40 bucks on trash. My mushrooms where nasty and the grease was beyond old in the fryers. Ate one mushroom the rest in the trash. Cheese steak sandwich is way way better at Jersey Mike's. This review is 100% honest. The only reason I wrote this review is to warn people of my experience.

So I ordered a take out first time in years that I have eaten at Rudy Tuesday’s and there the mushrooms where terrible grease was old and black on my mushrooms they where hard as a rock . one of my burgers was raw inside I mean raw raw like gross so I was so grossed out I couldn’t eat anymore and my husbands steak sandwich was so gross he didn’t even eat his he said that a sub place can make a better sandwich than this. We spend 40$ and we wasted are money and am still starving so this place needs to get it together before someone gets sick from them not taking care of there food prep and temperatures before there food goes out so do better people !!!!!!

Greeter was courteous and attentive and food was okay, but our waitress looked and acted like she'd worked a double shift when the restaurant had just opened. Salad bar was clean and fresh, but appetizers we ordered were bland.

Very nice crew and the waitress was wonderfully professional and friendly, I highly recommend this place, and the service, one of the best experiences I ever had in the restaurants of similar type Special thanks to Joe very friendly and exceptionally professional.

My husband and I went there for lunch and we had a very bad experience. We both left the restaurant hungry and had to stop somewhere to get food. The portions are ridiculously small, specially for the price they charge for them. My husband ordered chicken tenders, both tenders and fries were not fresh, were frozen. Weird taste. I ordered the deconstructed kabob dish, it tasted alright but the portion was way too small for $14. The salad bar was a very sorry one, everything was tasteless. It was not a good experience, definitely not going back!!

Sat at the bar. Had a great conversation and shared some laughs with fellow patrons. Not a usual RT experience.

Had dinner with family here on a Thursday evening. The beef tips and vegetables were excellent. I ordered a strawberry margarita, but they gave me a Virgin one. The waitress must have mistaken my comment about not wanting the top shelf margauta because I was driving. Instead of paying $8 for the drink, I only paid $5. Also, we received a military discount on the food because my uncle was wearing his Air Force hat.

Went to eat at halftime of the Super Bowl. Took 10 minutes to find anyone to be seated. The place was empty. I ordered Parmesan Shrimp Pasta. I have ordered it before. My wife ordered Bourbon Chicken 2 Pieces. When the food came out my order was cold and the breadstick was hard as a rock. The Pasta was very dry also. My wife's Boubon Chicken was so Small. It looked like they took a single breast and cut it in two pieces. She always eats one and brings one home. It was not enough to make her full and she is a petite Asian girl. We both were hungry and went home and she made Chicken Fried Rice. We. Wasted our time, would have been better off going to Burger King or D Q.

We always get good service when we go here. I've been here several times with my job (9 people) for office functions. The food comes out really quick and the endless salad bar is always really good. We usually go when they open at 11 AM and I think we beat the crowd because we've never had to wait long to be seated.

I am always completely honest in my reviews. Had lunch at RT today. We sat at our booth for quite along time after the hostess took us to our table. I thought maybe none of the servers realized we were there. I finally waived at a server named Hiliary and she rudely said she would be there in just a minute. There was no need for her to be rude I was perfectly nice all I did was waive. She explained she was waiting on the bar area too. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. On Wednesday Ruby Tuesday has the salad bar for $7.99 instead of $12.99. So I guess no big tip no good service after she tried to get us to add soup or a potato to our meal. My friend was taking me to lunch so I did not have to worry about what to tip her, I am usually a generous tipper. Hiliary if you are going to work in services industry you might want to readjust your attitude.

Not going to lie, i have slept on Ruby Tuesday for far too long. I finally came here and the menu is amazing. So many tasty looking options and so many creative dishes. I found my self having to come again so i could try other things because there were so many to choose from! Service was amazing. They also have a beverage bar as well as a salad bar. Highly recommend.

It's ok. This time had a different waiter, haven't had him before. Sorry to say not impressed with this person. Took a while to get drinks, after eating he gave us the tickets, handed him cash gave some change back then said if I wanted he could go to the register and get correct change then bring it back. This should not have even been brought up, should have went got my correct change anyway without asking if I was ok with what I was given back, unacceptable. I was engaged with conversation. Next time I will insist for the correct change, then leave the amount I feel is fair.

I go here fairly often, very good food and nice service, my favorites would probably be the meaty baked penne and the hickory bourbon chicken. And as a bonus you could watch football while your there too.

Kathy was amazing. She remembered us as we did her. Salad bar is always our first choice and it was delicious. Only 1 issue I have with having been in food industry myself for the middle third of my life....tomatoes, onions and peppers if not rotated properly spoil. And the peppers on the bottom were starting to turn.

There was 6 of us the witnesses it was very nice she took are order and I had coconut shrimp my daughter had some chicken that so could not eat it cause it was way to salty .I got the coconut shrimp and it was raw inside like it never was cooked . It was a VERY bad experience tonight at your restaurant. The customer service was VERY POOR and staff was not welcoming. We ordered meals to dine-in and even asked if we could be seated in the main eating area. The cashier/ server, told us that we would have to go through the system to be seated there. Wanted to eat so badly we sat at a table by the cashier. When our meal got to us, they were packed into boxes. We asked why our meals in boxes when we spoke about dinning in. The cashier/server replied, it was already placed into the boxes and stood there without even apologizing. My partner was Very furious and got uncomfortable as they all seemed RACIST. We will never dine there again.

The food was great and the endless salad bar was fantastic. Kevan our waitress had a great sense of humor and made it a super lunch experience!

This is quickly becoming our Sunday go-to!! The food is perfect temperature and always cooked exactly as it’s ordered. The salad bar is maintained and kept crisp and beautiful! Our server Nick was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING— and Trish the manager stopped by to see us and make sure all is well! Love having a large chain with small family atmosphere!

Met friends for desserts only. Our server was attentive, friendly, and accommodating for two young children in our party with kids' sundaes. The desserts were good and our drinks always filled.

Evelyn was the best, she was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and helped answer our questions efficiently and effectively helping us decide on what to get. The drinks were absolutely fantastic. I can’t wait to come back. I will be recommending this location to all my friends.

Our server Evelyn was great, the chicken and broccoli pasta was the thing that fell short from a perfect review (broccoli was really hard and chicken did not taste good. Side note the other 4 meals were good.

My mother and I had lunch at Rubys last week, it was wonderful!!! Our server Keva, not only energetic but also very knowledgeble with the menu. She made several suggestions, which were spot on. The food was delicious and we will be coming back, for sure.

Keva is an amazing server always attentive with her customers. Making sure they have everything they need while eating napkins refills silverware. I always ask for her when I come in for dinner or lunch.

Food was good. Our server was Brayden and he was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always filled and food was hot coming out. Our kids love the salad bar. 10/10 recommend.

I usually love this restaurant but recently found out I can’t have gluten. I told the sever about the gluten intolerance and asked if a menu item had gluten in it. She responded with “I’m not sure. We would only know if we check the box but if we don’t have it then I won’t know. I can ask if they have the box or you can go online and look up a gluten free menu.” I was not offered a gluten free menu at the restaurant, the regular menu did not indicate gluten free options, my server did not know about gluten content nor did she recommend gluten free options, and it appeared the cooks were unknowledgeable as well if they relied solely on the box for allergen information. I’m very disappointed that the work of figuring out my options fell on me as the customer with no help from the staff. Gluten is a common allergen to many, but there was nothing offered except an online menu for me to find while I was trying to enjoy a meal with my husband. I encourage you to find a friendlier option for your customers so that dining with you isn’t a chore.

The food was good, my steak was a little too burnt on one side for being medium, but no biggie. My biggest concern though is that the place smells like a dirty dish pit mat. I used to waitress and for anyone who doesn't know, this stinks. I believe it's because of the AC units, because you can feel the humidity in the place and even see it on the walls, especially the front wall of the dining area that overlooks hwy 20. The decor is so mismatched as well, holding no direct focus of style. I miss the old look they had! UPDATE: 5 months later we decided to give this place another try and was severely disappointed again. The crab dip was bland, My 6oz ribeye was questionable in size being aware that it shrinks while cooking, the zucchini was overcooked and mushy, and the "roasted" corn tasted straight out of the can into the microwave with butter. The full rack of ribs was alot smaller than they used to serve, as well as the "double" portion of onion rings as the side. I asked for the special sauce on the side for my son, and they put the cheese on the side also, only putting chicken in his tacodillas. The waitress was nice, but non very attentive. We cut her a break because she was newer. $95 later and we left still hungry. We won't be going back. UPDATE 2: I was coerced to go back to Ruby Tuesday with my family 3 months later, so I decided to just do the salad bar and soup, since I didn't care for any of their other food I tried. Another big mistake. I ordered the broccoli cheese soup, and it tasted watered down with hardly any cheese flavor ( I was convinced it came out of a bag, honestly). So I decided to add some cheese from the salad bar to it, and allowed a few minutes for the hot soup to melt it. It didn't melt, which tells me they don't use real cheese on the salad bar, and the texture shows. Their "ham" is questionable, also. Though the salad bar veggies were fresh, their other salad options were just gross. For being such a "nice restaurant", this place has gone down hill greatly in their quality of food since I worked there 20 years ago. Most of their food now is processed, canned, premade, and frankly is the equivalent of hospital cafeteria food, and it shows in more ways than one.

Have not been to a Ruby Tues. in 10 yrs.. The food was good the drinks were made for adults. The service on point. You would never thought Covid was a thing..

This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at! Evelyn was our waitress and she done a fantastic job! The food is great and the salad bar is Excellent! If I could vote over 5 stars I definitely would! Thank you for the great service and the food! It's always a great experience.

April 17th. 6:20pm. We are here having dinner. Just the Salid Bar. The plates are side dishes. To small for dinner. I asked your server for a regular plate or a bowl. She said No. It's against the policy. But you can make as many trips as you like. Small plate, 4 trips. Stupid policy. Ignorance at it's worst. Customer asks for a regular plate??? You say Yes!!!! Not to go back to the bar 4 times.

2 visits within 5 days. Food was very good.

Ruby tuesday is always as i expect, delicious fresh salad bar, cocktails, a nice selection of entree's and a friendly but very busy staff. A solid choice for good dining experience. Jaclyn is very sweet and courteous and proffesional, always on top of her game

If you are looking for a hot , delicious meal that’s not a place to go! Literally begged a waitress for an extra napkin! New on the menu pot roast was not worth 20$, cold meat with a ton of salty gravy and a garlic toast on a side was floating in it all mushy, was disgusting , just very disappointing! Not a way to go , Ruby Tuesday!
