This is the second time I've been to this Runza, and the food was very good! Runzas that taste very much like my grandmother's! Restaurant was clean, service was very good and quick. I'd eat here every week if I didn't live 400 miles away!

I used to go here with my mom and I loved it. The cone is great along with the runza. This place was my childhood. I'll definitely be back to try it again, Nebraska I miss you :(

Fries served half empty and cold. Took them back up and asked for a fresh hot order all they did was throw my skimpy original of fries in fry basket and reserved to me. I threw them in garbage and will not return to that restaurant. Too many other great places to eat.

Absolutely loved this Runza location. I highly recommend the Southwest Runza sandwich. Staff is wonderfully friendly and the bathrooms are super clean. Excellent place to grab a quick meal during a road trip or while visiting Scottsbluff.

Never been to this place but heard when in Nebraska you have to go. I wasn't disappointed was different but good would go again. Wasn't sure what was better the fry's or onion rings

Always a great experience when I go to Runza! I will say we had by far the best fast food customer service on 03/13 from Jeremy. He made it a point to connect to every single customer he rang up- which is pretty impressive considering it’s a fast paced setting. Every customer he spoke to walked away with a smile.

An incredibly large Runza with tables for large groups, separate rooms for groups, and bar-style seating for individuals. There's even a fireplace! Very friendly staff and quick service.

My husband ,son any myself had burgers and fries this past Friday night(meals). We all had different types of burgers, first of all we noticed that the size of the fries were smaller then in the past. Then saw the burgers , they were thiner and smaller in diameter, then in the past. In all honesty the flavor was good, but for the cost of $36 for 3 meals. Not worth the cost. We'll go elsewhere for our fast food treat.

Three stars, being nice. We both got the Swiss Mushroom burger meal. He got rings - I got fries. The burger was so small - it was like the same size of a Mc Double from McDonald's - only they charged 9 + bucks for the meal instead of like 3 or 4 including drink for a meal at McDonalds. Not only that, my fries were not really hot and like the bottom of the bag, like crumbs. I know things are getting expensive, but please don't charge adult prices and serve a kids meal.

Doesn't matter where or what Runza we go to, it's always fabulous!

Usually a top pick for us but our last visit was a big thumbs down. When ordering chicken strips and they are cold and rubbery they are not fresh and when u tell the staff and the do nothing is worse. Sorry Runza you failed your customers this time!

Had the original run a sandwich meal and a junior mushroom cheeseburger. Best Runza I’ve had in years. Runza sandwiches can sometimes be greasy. Not these. They were perfect. Service was impeccable as well. Update. Back one year later (I live in Colorado) and this place hasn’t missed a beat. Best Runza in Nebraska.

The food is okay. I’d rather go to the one in gering though since the one in Scottsbluff has forgotten my ranch the last 3 times I’ve been there 🙃

Runza is great - let's just get that out of the way. The Scottsbluff location is top notch. The atmosphere is great, always friendly staff. The food is always great too (especially if you get fries fresh out of the fryer). This is one of the few restaurants I find myself going back to and am rarely disappointed.

Burgers are great, but the fries with ranch is why I go...

Fastest drive-thru around. Even in the middle of a their lunch rush, you can count on great food without much of a wait. Remodeled building brings a great look to downtown Scottsbluff.

We stopped at Runza for the first time ever on a July road trip. This place is incredible and I'm so sad we don't have one local to my home! The food is so yummy and service was great. The restaurant was extremely clean and the free wifi was an added bonus. If you're ever in Nebraska, stop by! You won't regret it.

This is the best and we were driving through town and I haven't been here since 2003-2004 and it was as good as ever and we need one in rapid city where I live now

We ate here on 7/16/21 while visiting Scotts Bluff. We had the original Runza sandwich combo and thought the food was very good. After placing our order at the counter, we found a table and shortly after that the food was brought over to our table. It was good fast food.

If you’re a traveler and not from Nebraska you need to try this place out! The “runza” was amazing, and the burger was the best fast food burger I’ve ever had!

Food was pretty great never unhappy, but on 02/09/21 around 3:30pm the guy working the window was rude felt like he kept looking at me and laughing then only handed me my drinks one at a time when he already had them made he took his time handing out my order.

My favorite Runza restaurant! The place is always very clean, the employees as well as the managers are friendly, attentive, and personable. This food is unique to Nebraska, expanding over the years from their original Bierocks (i.e.- a Runza bread pocket sandwich, and still my favorite). Their drive up window service is like a well-tuned machine, pretty fast even when there's a longer line though my preference is to dine inside where there's plenty of clean seating available. Nice atmosphere inside as well. The "Frings" (fries & onion rings together) are a different kind of treat, very popular here. The regular Runza is the closest thing I've found in aroma and taste to freshly-grilled White Castle hamburgers back east of the Mississippi River. A true "Made in Nebraska" home state business like no other I've ever come across in my travels through many states over the decades.

Runza is always my favorite. I thought this was a great location and the staff were extremely helpful.

I thought i ordered just two Runza sandwiches. But apparently i paid for three, i did not realize it until i finally got my order. But i ate it anyway, in spite of the crusts or dough bread falling apart on me and making a real mess of things. I think i ate too much now. Oh, man, bloat city? Ugh!

If you want a quick, tasty lunch, Runza is the place to go. The drive through can be packed, but I have never waited more than 5 minutes to get my food. The people who run the drive through are always so nice, no matter how busy they are I have never had an issue with my food. It's my favorite time of year right now...soup season! The chicken tortilla soup at Runza is so good!
