I had stopped going to this Sonic but when I saw the new management sign I decided to give it another shot. Mobile ordering was on, and my order was correct and ready when I pulled up. The drive through speaker and some of the stalls still need repaired but my experience was night and day better than before.

It took over half an hour to get just a slush - and I went inside and got my own slush. The manager yelled at me for being in the employees area. I had to go back there because no one else was getting my slush. I had already paid for it. This sonic has always had troubles. It takes hours to get your order from here. I will never ever go back to this sonic. It should be burned to the ground.

Waiting 20 minutes for one drink and a four-piece mozzarella stick? Once the stall did say someone was on their way with my order, I waited a while again before having to press the button for assistance. I was then told that they never had a check in, but when I told them my order he said he would be out with it. It might be under new management, but nothing has changed.

So been here multiple times and it's gone downhill with each visit. At one point their drive-thru speaker was broken so they were doing payment & orders at the same window and it was taking FOREVER. Bailed that day like so many others. Took a break, went back after it was "under new management". Still took FOREVER to get through the drive thru. Multiple people bailed on the line today too. Over ten minutes just to order, then another ten minutes to get it. Ordered five slushes and some BBQ chicken strips. Highly recommend going to JAX on 27th St right around the corner and picking any other fast food on 27th St for the BBQ strips next time. I am quite sure they are severely understaffed, and I appreciate the staff that are around, but I feel really, really, really bad for them. Spare them some stress and go to another fast food joint!

I've been to this sonic twice. The first time, they had a sign saying please be patient, staff in training. That's fine. My sandwich had ROTTEN lettuce on it. Not a little rotten, REALLY rotten. Didn't go back, because it took so long to get my food that I didn't have time to take it back. I scraped all the lettuce off and ate just the patty. Tried to give them another chance today. Pulled up to the speaker. "Just a moment" That's fine. Waited 5-10 minutes and no one came back. So I left, and will never return.

We waited 25 mins for a sandwich and a milkshake! And they didn't even put sauce in my sandwich. And there was no spoon or straw for my milkshake. And there was a crack in the bottom of my milkshake cup that leaked! And when ordering, we pressed the button, and had to wait multiple minutes for someone to come and take our order. We watched multiple cars drive in and leave before we even got our small order.

Pulled up to get a shake and a burger on my way through town. No answer at the drive-in speaker. Ducked in to use the restroom and order inside and the manager was talking to the owner (?) about various staffing problems, hours, staff, etc. I was still going to order something but then I saw the bathroom. Noped my way over to Taco John's next store, never to return. Maybe to any Sonic. No zero star option, hence the one star.

The worst customer service in town. I go in and waiting for a door dash order. I push the button for assistance and it’s not plugged in. Nobody goes out to the lobby to ask if I was needing anything. All I head from the kitchen was kids shows and songs going on. Like someone has their child in the kitchen. I can could clearly see two workers on the other side of the window facing the lobby and not coming out at all. This is very childish and unprofessional. Also leaving an “automated message” saying how I need to call someone that’s in a different state proves the management in the store doesn’t care about their rep anyways. Do better…

Only reason there's 1 star is because 0 isn't an option! We waited at the outside speaker, after pushing the button, for 10 minutes with no response. We then went to the drive thru & waited another 15 minutes before leaving, but not until seeing 2 other vehicles get to the outside speaker, wait, then drive off because no one answered! So i parked & went inside where no one would help me! They're were no other cars parked outside so they weren't busy. This place just needs to be put out of the customers misery & close!!!!

To be completely fair I only rated food and atmosphere one star because I didn't actually get any food and it was raining at the time so that's not the restaurants fault. But what is the restaurants fault, is the fact that I stayed in a CarHop spot for over 20 minutes without anybody saying a single word to me after pressing the button. It's like you're begging to be closed down.

The onion rings were a pile of mush in the bottom of the bag. I rang the buzzer to get another one cooked correctly. The manager on duty told me he had cooked them the way they were supposed to be done according to the company directions, and that's how they turned out, but he'd cook me some more. I told him I grew up eating in Oklahoma where the original Sonics started, and that was NOT how Sonic onion rings were supposed to be served. He cooked me a second order, and they were cooked crisper but still falling apart in the bag with more batter off the onions than on. I told him I'd keep the, but they are not good quality Sonic rings. He said I've been doing this 30 years, and they're fine. Avoid this place at all cost if you want eatable onion rings.

After having to repeat ourselves at the menu several times, nearly having to shout, most of our orders were incorrect, and the food we received was just poor quality. The worst tater tots and honey mustard we've possibly ever had, and the burgers seemed like they were not fresh at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend this especially with it costing over $30

It took ten minutes to order. I ordered a #2 supersonic double cheese burger with no ketchup, medium tater tots and a route 44 cherry limeade. Almost twenty five minute to get my order. The tater tots were very cold and stale, the hamburger was cold like it had been sitting out for over an hour and had extra ketchup, and the rout 44 was a medium. The server did take the drink back to get the right size. He offered to get more tots but I figured it would take another twenty five minutes. And couldn’t even finish the burger it was so cold. I understand being short handed, it not getting most of the order completely wrong. It is better to be slow and correct than fast and wrong. Sadly, I will probably not eat here ever again and sonic used to be my favorite burger stop.

They were "short staffed" so instead of getting food at the drive up we were asked to use the drive through. Once there the service wasnt even good just rushed. While sitting in line waiting for food noticed other vehicles getting served at the drive ups? Once we recieved our food it was terrible the fries were soggy and cold, the burger was luke warm, the popcorn chicken was luke warm. Our limeade's werent even good they tasted flat and had a odd aftertaste. This is the second bad experience in as many months and we will not be returning.

When I first moved to town this was a good place to grab a nice cold Coke. However, I've been to this location quite a bit recently. There isn't anything positive to say. Service & food is slow and inconsistent. Wait times 20 minutes plus when they are busy. Out of stock foot long. Shake machine broken. Got very old nasty fries today. Missing honey mustard sauce and onion ring. The drive thru speaker doesn't work very good. Half there pull up screens don't work. There's a lot of broken signs. Waste of time and money, which is unfortunate. Virus calling them out at the time I've decided to boycott and leave a review to maybe help someone else. Sonic Scottsbluff get it together.

Alright service I suppose. Hit or miss on rather it'll be fast and friendly or slow and rude. Nothings changed except my double bacon cheese burger had half a slice of bacon. I asked for no tomatoes because I'm allergic and they still put em on there. My cheddar peppers where still cold in the middle and my vanilla cream coke was about 3/4 of the way full with 5 little ice cubes tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile.

I went to pick up a Doordash order and on the way out, a staff walked out and I was right behind him and the door swung back. If it weren’t for the customers order, the door would of hit me right in the face. It was no more than a couple inches from my face. The staff there also don’t seem to know what they are doing. Orders constantly getting messed up, they don’t tell you when they are out of something yet charge you for it anyway. Definitely won’t be going back or taking Doordash orders from there again!

Sonic is a super nostalgic place for me when I was a mere lad I used to eat Hamburg and Fry after school with Diet Coke and my mother would reward me with this when I got an A on my test if I failed of course I got the studded belt but that's beside the point I recently came back to town after 20 years in state pen for an undisclosed reason and I decided to have Sonic be my first meal the servers were extremely friendly and welcoming I got my favorite chili cheese dog extra chili extra onions little bit of mustard some whipped cream and just a sprinkling of boiled asparagus I ate there being satisfied for a very low price it's funny I then saw my estranged father in the Drive-Thru and we reunited as father and son I gave him a big sloppy kiss on the lips so I would personally like to thank Chima owning and operating this fine establishment

Worked here, literally 2-3 months, and there's always drama going on. We were told on Sunday night to all start looking for new jobs, I still have the group chats. I turned my uniform in the next day, and got a call saying "why did you turn your uniform in? " to which I reminded the gm that we were all told to get new jobs because she had quit. She then told me that she was staying at sonic, and I would have had a job. So I explained to her that I am not coming back to a place where I have to worry whether it will be shut down in a week or two.

The waiting time is LONG...for food orders, for the drive thru, and twice I've tried the pull up and have ended up leaving. But the workers are super friendly and the quality is good! I just don't know why the drive thru system doesn't work well.

Just don’t. Took 45 minutes to get our food. I asked about the delay and they retaliated by putting so much salt and pepper in the food we couldn’t eat it. They made the shakes first and let them sit for the 45 minutes so they were completely melted when we got them. Their customer support is ridiculous. Offered me a free cheeseburger with purchase for $20 worth of food we couldn’t eat. We were already on the road and couldn’t go back to the restaurant. Stop and eat anywhere but here.

Sat at the drive up kiosk for 10 minutes and Noone answered to take our order...walk up door was locked. Pete made it all the way through drive through while we were waiting just to order.
