The Sicilian pizza used to be really good. They changed the sauce, the dough, it’s disgusting. Please bring back the old ingredients, I’ve had better frozen pizza. Really bad guys, why would you serve this garbage?

Sals is the perfect restaurant for take out. The food is delicious and arrives straight from the stove. Of course we miss the amibiance of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. But we are fortunate that Sals food is on our table at home.

Four stars because we love Sal's but our server had sort of a "I don't want to be here" vibe. Barely a greeting. I paid cash, and she returned my change in a way that would force me to pay more than a 20% gratuity. I always tip at least 20%. All we ordered was drinks and one pizza and she wasn't very nice. Definitely not paying more than 20% for a bad attitude. I asked for change for a $5 to two of the other servers(because ours walked off and didn't come back) and couldn't get it. I just sat there waiting. So she got less than 20% which killed me to do, but I wasn't waiting just to be ignored. She was not a good server and I won't eat there if I go again and it's her.

My husband and I have gone to Sal’s consistently over the past 3 years. They never miss! I had the best chicken parm of my life today. I would highly recommend Sal’s to anyone either visiting or from the area.

I love Sal’s. Very great salads and the garlic cheesy rolls are amazing. But they have turned the outdoor patio into a smoking section. I didn’t even know that was still a thing. And the flavor of garlic, cheese, marinara AND virginia slims just isn’t good eats :(

Have not been here in awhile (since I moved away 12 years ago). Better than i remember. Great atmosphere. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Clean and great service by Meagan. She really made our visit top class. Had the chicken parm with fettuccine. Wonder if wonders, I asked for light sauce and guess what? They actually did this just right for me. Kudos! I am going to have come back during my next visit!

This is NOT real Italian food. Pizza tastes like going to Papa John's honestly. Lasagna is whatever... Attention is bad and I ordered through Uber Eats. When I went inside to pick up my food they didn't even look at me and when they handed me my food I said thank you, the lady looked at me as if she were very mad at life.

Decent Italian food. It is nice they will bring the food out to your car because the shopping center is very crowded. I gave the food 3 stars because the food was very heavy on the garlic it was in chunks not minced. Lots of menu items.

Sad and unfortunate, but after 20+ years of ordering pizza and pasta from Sal's I have to now tap out. Last time I ordered pasta for delivery it actually never came - no one called. I waited 1.5 hours before calling them and after 2 hours I cancelled. Funny - they said it would still be delivered...it wasn't. Won't go there any more. There's a general sense that no one there cares any more. I'm now trying others in the area - Gardens Pizza in Abacoa is my next go to.

Went to lunch with my husband and baby a few weeks ago. As the check was coming my baby started to get a little fussy so I decided to feed him quickly before we left. I left cash for a tip on the table. I work in an industry that tips so I always tip in cash. Once the baby was done we quickly picked up and left. I realized I hadn’t signed the check. Didn’t think much of it until a few days later I see that the waitress also helped herself to a tip on my card and must have signed my name. I contacted the owner Maria who said she would take all of my info, including the last of my card info, had me text her a screen shot of my account etc. she said she would be in touch within a day or two. Never heard back. Her response was “are you sure you left cash”, as if I didn’t then the waitress was okay to steal and forge my name.

I hesitate to give a full 5 star because there is always just one or two things that were overlooked with I our online order to be picked up at the store. Albeit, there is a comment box to make special requests, and they promise to "pass ot on", Something gets lost along the journey. Also, there is always one (usually minor) thing forgotten.....could be the delicious rolls, could be that they did not blacken the salmon as requested, or no napkins, etc. Overall, food is always hot and delicious and the staff is friendly.

Pizza was great! Don’t get the desserts. Paid $7 for a tiny piece of pumpkin pie. They should be ashamed to send out such a small piece for $7.

We came in ordered to meals to go, on the menu it said they came with choice of soup or salad and rolls. when we got home there were no salads or rolls! I called and the person who answered the phone just said I’m sorry! No can we reimburse u or anything!

I love this restaurant and the food! This is the second time they’ve done this to me, I ordered extra garlic bread because it’s the best garlic bread on earth! I didn’t get the extra and what they gave me was last nights, stale, garlic bread! Believe me, I know I’ve eaten it dozens of times!

I bought a Calzone from here and they made it exactly how I wanted it! I must say it's one of the best Calzone's I've ever had. They did an amazing job and I'd definitely return again and again. Make sure you're hungry when ordering the Small one it's huge! Yes the Small one.

This is now several times that they take hours to deliver my food. Do not order from here and let them ruin your night. I ordered at 7:15 and they call me at 8:45 to ask me if I received my order. I said no and they apologized and said it would be here in a half hour. 45 minutes go by still no food which is now 2 hours 15 minutes after I ordered. I call and ask to speak to the manager and he apologizes and they still had not cooked the order and it is 9:35 at night. Complete disgrace of a company

I am new back in town. I found Sals leaving Publix one day. This has become my neighborhood Italian spot quickly. The pizza and pasta are great!!!! Franco & Walter on the pizza ovens and Joker on the pasta (penne a la vodka is the best)... you can't go wrong!!!! In the dining room, I'm always taken care of like family...from Laura, Katie, Jordan, Meg, Campbell or Angela ...its always like HOME!!!

This location has the best customer service, not to mention the best garlic knots in town. They also continue to make chicken Milanese for me even after having removed it from their menu. I’m always greeted upon my walk-in. They deserve much better reviews!

The grandmas pizza sauce is amazing

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. This pizza is way below mid. (Like a 1.5 out of 10) Makes me wonder if I even like pizza anymore. And for the price I paid for pick up for only a large pizza I could have stayed home and ordered from Dominos or Pizza Hut and gotten a way better quality pizza and probably a side of wings and/or a drink.

I’ve called 3 times to get my refund , talked to both mangers & can’t even give me a call back. When they were at fault, took 3 hours to get a small pizza. Almost a month later & still no refund, the managers are awful. Ridiculous customer service. Will never eat here again

I love this place, and I always sit in the back booth like a mob boss! On a serious note the food is consistently great, staff is always happy to see me, and it’s not a long wait for your order to come up.

Honestly, this is a real old-fashioned Italian restaurant, super comfortable. The food is always outstanding and they make sure the details go above the level of expectations. Today that means a lot.

Food not worth the time it takes to order or recieve

We have been going to this restaurant for years and it is consistently - the best. Service, especially Laura and the wait staff are all so friendly, prompt, and courteous. Food never fails ... just recently had the Snapper Fransais - AWESOME !! And if you are an eggplant lover, like I am ... go for the parmagiana - they flour their eggplant rather than bread it ... and it is excellent. Food was pretty mediocre. Linguini with clams seems to be made with chicken stock? And could use a tune up on flavor. Clearly a chain.

I ordered online for my staff. $112 worth. They called to say there wasn’t a delivery driver. I completely understand being shortstaffed, but you should at least answer your phone and be polite to your customers. Unfortunately I missed the call and when I tried to call back the hung up on me at least 6 times, then with a 10+ minute hold I finally got through. I told her unfortunately I was unable to pick it up and she hung up on me!!! I hope they refund my money!!!!

While the thought of a $10 pizza instinctively sounds like a deal of the day! Better think again. 2 hours after the initial order was placed I still was left waiting all because of the $10 pizza that was associated w the order. Meaning the order consisted of more than just pizza. But The fact is the facility at 5500 Donald Ross location can only sustain 6 Lg pizzas at a time. That was the statement a worker gave me. Therefore, the pizza items you order along with any other menu item is going to hold / delay the entire order on the days they think it's a good idea to do 10% of 40$ and $9.99 lg cheese pizzas. Buyer beware! Just so ya don't waste your time and money!! Don't buy into the Sal's Express/ Sal's Jupiter Texts. This was on Halloween night. Can only imagine when Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays come. I've lived here for 40 years. Worst scam for a pizza place I've ever seen. At you couldn't ever get to go back. So long SOB's. Just think of all the under paid employees having to make excuses and feel pressured with that embarrassment! Avoid all together! That owner should be ashamed!

today I had a bad experience in this place, around 7:00-7:30 I was in the place trying to order when someone approached to ask if his order was ready, and one of the two pizza makers told him in a way quite rude that I had to wait in line (only me), I gave the position to this person since it did not bother me that he asked a simple question, when this person finished and continued I tried to make an order and they just ignored me for a few minutes, so I walked out I am a frequent customer and I often prefer sal's before other pizzerias and something like this had never happened to me and I find this quite rude behavior towards myself and towards the others present there

We ordered a New Yorker pizza for pickup and specially asked for it to be well done and with extra sauce. What we received was a half done pizza that was so wet and soggy that it soaked through the cardboard and stained our table. There was barely any sauce on it and the pepperoni was missing too. Not sure what happened because the last time we went the pizza was great. We will not be going back to this location.

The food was delicious!! Franco(I think the owner not sure) was so helpful and made us feel right at home! Great place to go with family, or just friends, or even a nice date nice. Very accommodating. Great atmosphere. You really got to check this location out, it’s my fave. Please try the pasta fagilo soup!!

I was a customer today and service was terrible. Two customer walk out for the racist guy at the front. This my second bad experience. A nice white Woman save me from tell him about his rude behavior. This guy needs to be retrain this company lost three customers because that guy. The guy who deals at the front. Wow, hard to believe the negative reviews. This is our favorite Sal's, we've been coming here quite some time. We felt a while back they must have been short staffed or something, probably a Covid thing. They've never been particularly fast, but an extra ten minutes doesn't ruin our meal. The last several months they've been hitting it out of the park. Full disclosure: we order the New Yorker pizza exclusively. All ingredients prepped perfectly, good sauce, great crust. Da bomb.

When I was 16 I was a hostess and phone girl here as my first job, and almost 10 years later I still come back to enjoy the pasta fagioli, house salad (the best vinaigrette), and nostalgic pizza. Franco has been so friendly and accommodating each time we’ve come back and treats us like family. Saluti Fabio and Maria for maintaining the traditional Italian charm, cuisine, and service.

I ordered for delivery the salmon on a Friday night with extra spinach in place of a side of pasta. The delivery came within 45mins (they quoted 45-1 hour) and it was AMAZING! Couldn’t be happier with the service, food & delivery. So impressed!

Pizza it was good… but I used Uber eat. Come home with an open box no stick on. Plus on the coke I found this long hair. Disgusting ruins my dinner . It was my first time

If I could give 0 stars I would‼️ This has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL pizza inspired restaurant EVER. I ordered lunch from my job on February 9, 2022, and for (1) my food never came, (2) when I contacted them they said it was on its way, (3) OVER 3 hours later still no food. I contacted them again and said it’s okay, I just want a refund for my $30.80! Then they tell me that the manager isn’t in yet, and they’ll give her my information. Two weeks go by and still no refund. I call again and speak to Franco who give me a million apologies and promises to give me a refund and a call within 5 business days.. No refund. On February 23rd I go to the restaurant and I ask for my refund.. I told the guy I spoke to someone named Frank.. he says “my name is Franco, I remember speaking to someone, but it was a woman”… I look at him puzzled and replied “I am a woman, do I look like a man with a braids, and long lashes? Or was I so professional that you didn’t expect me to be black??” The audacity. Then he says he’s going to text the general manager about my refund, she texts back and ask if I would take store credit.. JOKE. I reply “I came here for my refund, not store credit”.. she then tells him that when she gets home she will start the refund “process” and it’ll take up to another 5 days because they don’t do cash refunds… Well it’s March 4th, almost a month later and I still haven’t received a refund. These people are THIEVES to say the least‼️ Poor customer service‼️

Nice spot for a business lunch. The cheese tortellini soup and the rolls were standouts for me. Good, friendly service, too.

We stopped there on the way to Miami and I am so happy we did. There was outside seating, friendly server and the food was delicious. I had veal and eggplant with mozzarella, spinach, broccoli and a wine sauce and my wife a big salad with grilled chicken. Not only very tasty, also very reasonable prices.

The quality is so inconsistent. 3rd pizza we have gotten with the wrong toppings and soggy under cooked base. Cheese and meat aren’t even warm. Terrible pizza. I have to refire it in my oven.

With COVID we were more into take out and Sal’s was recommended. Got a couple of pizzas and they were very good - definitely would come back for them. The house salad we thought would be bigger with more on it, but ingredients were fresh.

I've been here a few times. It doesn't disappoint, but it doesn't wow either. It looks like eating outside would be pleasant but I always seem to come when the weather is humid or cold or windy. Our server was efficient if smile challenged. The food was good. My only complaint is the prices seem high for pasta, etc. There are dinner entrees over $20.00+. It just seems high for typical Italian food (which is cheap to buy to begin with) in a shopping center. Overall the place is serviceable for lunch or a family dinner. The Lunch Special ($7.99) is the deal: slice, cup of soup, half a hoagie.

Our family had a great dinner last night, nice atmosphere, great service, delicious meals, a perfect evening.

Order for delivery. I was quoted 45 minutes or so. No problem at all. Around 1 hour I called to make sure all was good. They stated they never got my address. They would send it out right away. 45 minutes later, I get my order. I had to meet the driver at their car out in the street as they didn’t come to the door. Still no problem. Stuff happens. I get inside, open up the pizza and wings. I’ve cold. It was clearly the original order from nearly two hours ago. Pizza was ice cold, when I went to get it from the driver it didn’t travel in the things they use to keep the items warm, so of course it was cold. Wings were cold too. Contacted Sals via messenger, and their only response was “ what location?” I sent a few more messages, in which they read, but never responded. Bottom line is crap happens, mistakes happen, I get it. But make it right. Please don’t deliver me an old ass pizza because of a mistake you made on your part, and then ignore me when I reach out. This is a small town. Customer service is key.

We have visited this restaurant one or twice a year (Jan-Mar) for the past ten years, Never had a bad experience, The food and service are excellent. Prices are reasonable and the people are friendly. Parking will never be a problem.

Can always count on Sal's for amazing italian, food, pizza, and subs! One of our favorite local spots and has been for years. Highly recommend you check this restaurant out.
