The food was good, although there seemed to be cayenne pepper in everything to the point that that was the only flavor coming through. The short ribs and brussel sprouts were very good as was the hummus appetizer.

Excellent food. I didn't understand what was happening with the food when we first ordered. It's like a Chinese restaurant where the ordered dishes are meant to be shared. Everything was delicious.

Simply incredible. Louís was our server and attended to our every dining need without prompt or direction, was kind and quite funny. We had: the Shrimp Bisque ( utterly amazing), the yellowfin tuna ceviche (again, perfect) the stuffed dates which were savory, sweet and rich all at once and simply delicious, the blue cheese and butter filet that was cooked to perfection and also tasted amazing. We also had the shrimp and chorizo sausage dish that had a butter garlic sauce that was also so good that we ordered bread service to sop up the sauce thinking it would be a crime to waste it. We book ended the dinner with red and white sangrias and the bread pudding. There were even some fragrant roses that were in a small vase on the table that were very pleasant to have the scent between plates. 10/10 would tapas again here. We will be back! Well done, Santiago’s staff and management!

Quick, efficient service with very attentive staff members. Each dish was better than the next. The pear and arugula salad along with the ceviche are refreshing options on a hot summer day. The bruschetta was well toasted with great flavor. The shrimp and chorizo did not disappoint.

We discovered this hidden gem while looking for a casual lunch in the area. I would describe the menu as tapas with a twist. From salads to gazpacho, green beans to patatas bravas, the food was fresh and well presented. The tuna ceviche lacked pizazz but was still quite nice. The dark interior felt inviting and cool and was a welcome respite from the Summer heat.

Food was amazing. Portions are very small. It is more like little appetizers and you order a few to try a variety of dishes and eventually make it a meal. The sangria was delicious. Make a reservation because they are always full.

After reading the reviews we popped in Bodega’s for our last supper in KW and had a great meal. There’s lots of veggie choices so we had 5 dishes to share for 2 of us, started off with the bruschetta which looked small but after all our food we were filled just right! Had a glass of sangria each which was refreshing, the wine was a bit expensive for us. The servers were great and kept us topped up with cool iced water and answered any questions we had really well. The only odd thing was in Europe all the dishes would come out in one lot so you can mix it up, Bodega served us one at a time? We sat inside because of the heat, it’s a lovely environment inside the restaurant, cheers 😀!

Very delicious soups! As a cold starter, the beef carpaccio is very good, the meatballs are very delicious and the portion is abundant. We didn't like the pear salad very much. But Jessica's service was very good :)

The ambiance was pleasant and relaxing, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely meal. The menu had a great variety of options, and every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was prompt, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place to our friends."

Santiago’s Bodega was a great Tapas place to dine at in Key West. There is lots of seating both inside and outside. I really enjoyed the smoked salmon, tenderloin, and lamb tapas. The seasoning on the tenderloin was done perfectly. I would definitely recommend getting a bunch of tapas if you are dining with a larger group so everyone can try all the different offerings. There isn’t a wrong choice to make but I definitely would go back tomorrow for the tenderloin or smoked salmon alone.

I have never said this before about a restaurant but here it goes.... "Pure Perfection!" The atmosphere is only eclipsed by the insanely perfect tapas....if you are in Key West, get off Duvall and find this hidden gem.

Amazing food. Couldn't believe the price for tapas for what you get. We were expecting to pay a lot more. Very professional Bartender, Ivan, who did a great job keeping this place as classy as it looks. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming down to Key West!!!! Oh, and I actually tried the beef carpacio and loved it!!! (I tend to stay away from raw meat but damn, my fork just kept making it's way to the plate!)

Food was great and service was spectacular. (Shout out to Samantha, I think I got her name right) We had 6 plates, and all were good to great. Will head back soon, because there were 4-5 items on the menu that sounded great, but we couldn't fit in.

One of the best places to eat in all of Key West! Make sure you get the avocado and pear salad, the croquetas, and the ribs! The puff pastry itself is delicious, but it could use more filling. I don't even like bread pudding, but because the "bread" in their dessert is a croissant, it's sooo good! Ate the whole thing and relished it. Service is great and very accommodating. Since it's tapas, you can try lots of different food without overeating. Go here!

We had a fabulous time at Santiago’s. Our server was very attentive and made us feel like the only table in the room. Food? Pick anything on the menu and you will be delighted. It was SO good. Our favorites were the beef tenderloin, the ceviche, and empanada, but we had a total of 7 dishes and they were all exquisite! If you’re thinking about going- DO IT!

We have a Santiago's in Orlando and I was hoping this location would feature more seafood. Same menu though. They over cooked our steak but everything was still delicious

Nice atmosphere and wait staff. Everything just had that "fresh" taste to it. We walked from Truman Annex so I didn't pay attention to parking but KW is a walkable city so I'd just walk everywhere anyway (if you're able*, I understand people have disabilities, conditions, etc).

Holy heck! What a great find! Great sangria. Great tapas restaurant. All the many dishes we ordered were top-notch. We must have ordered 90% of the menu. All were great. Thoroughly impressed.

Delicious tapas restaurant! This is my second time back and it did not disappoint. The portions are great and slow you to try plenty of different dishes. The beef tenderloin was phenomenal. Everything was so good - bacon wrapped dates, spinach salad, patatas bravas, saganaki, rack of lamb, Hummus trio. I absolutely recommend trying this for yourself. My favorite restaurant on Key West!

Food here was lovely, and the location was a bit off the beaten path, so a nice respite from the crowds. When they say “pitcher” of sangria, they really mean it! Definitely worth a visit.

I asked a local for good places to eat and they sent me here. The food is absolutely amazing. I recommend the shrimp bisque and puff pastries. If you are visiting Key West, Santiago's Bodega is a must. Great service and excellent food!

This was my favorite place to eat during my last Key West trip. They have a little bit of everything. Every single tapas we picked was well made and was either an enhanced version of a classic or a slight twist that elevated it. The only thing I wished I did different was to go during happy hour, where they have some additional options available as well.

Came here on a date night with my wife while in town for a make a wish trip, place was amazing, The food was wonderful

Extremely disappointed with the level of racism and disrespect at this establishment. Manager, Luis or Louis, kicked us out of the bar without reason. He was disrespectful even after hostess told us we could sit at bar. He said it was a misunderstanding and called police which was unnecessary and uncalled for.

What a great place! The dishes are small but filling! A great variety for sure!! Highly recommend make reservations.

The Best Restaurant in Key West

Great food! The small plates are an easy way to be able to try many of their dishes. The mini quesadillas were a standout favorite with the fried cheese.

Superior experience. Staff is welcoming, kind, and professional- they made me love the place asa I walked in. Food choices and actual taste was incredible. We were fortunate to go right at happy hour and have even more choices at half price! A+! I only wish they would fix the windows the tables are pulled up to as they are dirty and falling apart.

What a wonderful dining experience my husband and I had last evening at Santiago’s Bodega! The atmosphere is charming, it’s a converted key west house in the heart of the Bahama village area. The service was without a doubt the best ….our waiter Chris was amazing , anticipating our every need…just the best. The food was incredible…tapas style, enough to share and leaving you wanting more after each delectable bite! We can’t wait to go back!

The food was excellent & service was sublime. We ate as a family & our hungry children did not understand the tapas vibe. Like most tapas places you’re going to spend a lot of you’re really hungry. As a foodie-ish person everything we ate was absolutely delicious. But I would skip this place if you have hungry sons with an appetite for carbs. Highly recommend the pear salad!

This was a perfect lunch. Our waitress Bianca went thoroughly through the menu with us and gave us some excellent advice about what to order. We had a pitcher of the Red Sangria, and soooo many plates of food. Everything was perfect and served hot out the kitchen. I highly recommend you check out this local gem.

Do not join the online “waitlist”. It’s not a real waitlist. It is a cancellation list, which you will not find out until you show up over there (being told that you are first in line on the waitlist) only to be told that you have no chance of eating there. Long 30 min walk in the heat for no refreshment or recourse offered.

Make reservations for a table but HAVE NO RESERVATIONS about trying ANYTHING ON THE MENU. JUAN AND CHRIS ARE THE VIBE AND THE FOOD...There are flavors that you have to experience to explain! Beef Tenderloin with Bleu Cheese crust. Just ONE OF MANY tapas to choose from, and try the Cheese Board [Danish Bleu Cheese] you won't be disappointed!!

Santiago’s just always knocks it out of the park! We come during happy hour every year to the Sangria pitchers. They did change it from half off to $10 off which is fine, just buy the half off sangria glasses you’ll get more. We always get the beef short rib it’s my favorite bite in the keys. We also recommend the shrimp bisque (has a kick!), dates, beef carpaccio, and wedge salad. We’ve also heard the ceviche and meatballs are great but we were full after getting some happy hour items as well. Can’t wait to see you guys again next year

Just outside the hustle and bustle of Duval is this simply perfect location to enjoy different flavors and be treated by very professional staff to a delicious tasting menu.
