The food was great and service was good but the young man did not ring up my entire order even after asking if we were getting anything else after an item was added I wanted 3 pupusas Yucca and white rice and bean and he only rung up 1 pupusa and the white rice and beans

This place frustrates me. Food is good but their staff is often not friendly. Obviously you get your food quickly if you order in the restaurant but their order online and pickup is bad. Most places I order ahead with time enough it is done when I arrive. I get to this place and I see bags on the shelf and I ask... one not friendly lady with gray strands in her hair looks and says it's not ready. I'm pretty sure it's there but can't be positive so I wait 10 min. I make eye contact with a different lady and she looks and hands it to me... there all along. Now the food is cold... I almost asked for a refund to make a stink but my son wanted the fries. I had to heat up the fries and the chicken was cold ... staff seems to turn over fast there so I'll wait a bit to see if a new crew won't be as difficult.

Food is good and service is fast for the most part. Sometimes it does get very, very busy.

Dee-licious!!!! The chicken is really good. The sides were outstanding, especially their fresh Green Beans. And do NOT skip their fried rice - Arroz Chaufa. It's a meal in and of itself. SO tasty. Couldn't identify the spice(s) they're using, but they put a Middle East spin on what is normally a Chinese dish and we love it!!!

A great lunch meal. The chicken was flavorful, beans and chaufa were tasty, and broccoli with garlic seemed healthy. The packaged sauces were convenient—more mayonnaisey and like store bought salad dressing.

I literally just ordered from this location which was my 3rd or 4th time (don’t know why I went back after they messed up the first time). They have messed up my order each time. And when you call up there they either don’t answer the phone or they hang up. Also, the people are never friendly. They don’t even say hello, smh. This was my last time going to this place and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location.

This Sardi’s food was not good at all, and the food was Luke warm and they give you such a small amount of sides. I could not even eat it. The food did not taste good at all. I wasted my money smh!!

The customer service is great. The food not so good. OMG the chicken, rice is so salty. I was not able to enjoyed the food. I had to trash it, because I can handle so much salt. I have no idea who seasoning the food, but they need to control the salt. I wasted $20.00 on food that was not good at all. Sandy

This is one of the worst Sardis in the area. They don’t listen well, don’t ask what type of meat you want(white or dark) they just start cutting and placing, the portions are very small for sides and chicken. Customer service is better with their own kind, do not treat their black customers with the same respect/regard. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! I asked for a quarter chicken, they charged me for a three piece dark and gave me pieces that I would give my 3 year old son! I went back inside to dispute and some line cook said that it the quarter chicken the same price as the three piece dark. I just stormed out and will never come back! Highly disappointed and want my money back!

Customer service is dismiss to select customers. Also they have tried to serve me reheated chicken and a different type of chicken than what I ordered. Today I just walked out instead of just excepting anything and being dismissed.

Delicious Lunch on a nice Saturday afternoon!! I was in the area for visiting friends.

It appeared my online order fell through the cracks somehow. After the staff confirmed my order information, my food was immediately prepared. No hassle. Great service. Great food. Definitely coming back.

The chicken is dry here and the food is not as fresh. They act real funky if you ask them to cut your chicken in smaller parts. Service is without a smile. The bathroom smells like old mop water. The manager is not courtesy at all. And the cooks have no hospitality. This Sardis is stingy with their serving portions. We gave this site a second chance but they are still doing the same old madness. Please take note that it is really rude and disrespectful to speak a foreign language in front of a customer when addressing the faults of the cooks and then not apologizing to the customer for the cooks wrongdoing. Sardis in Capitol Heights are much better and totally the opposite to the Laurel site.

This Sardis was always my fall back for Hispanic food. Rice and beans with veggies and a half chicken. They always had generous portions and I had never in the past left there feeling empty. For some reason, this time the portion was small, the chicken was dry and so were the plantains. It was in the middle of lunch and was busy so I'm not sure how the food was cold. I was not satisfied with my portion and left hungry that day. Bring back the good ole days Sardis!

My latest and most pro-longed food obsession! My husband (a marine) and I LOVE Sardis!! He is always so hungry when he gets home from the field and specially asks for Sardis when he’s home for the weekend. So healthy, savory, and delicious, 11/10 I could eat this every day and not get tired of it.

The beat Peruvian Chicken and other stuff! I use to make this a bi-weekly stop before I moved. This was a treat for me! Great service, food options, and reasonably priced for a whole dinner.

Fue una tarde que no me quedo tiempo de hacer la cena a si que dije ire por un pollo a sardis la verdad muy rico pollo alas brasas me encanto esta muy jugoso y suave y los acompañamientos a un que los tienes que pedir aparte son muy buenos como arroz blanco o chino yuca ensalada frijoles etc y unas muy ricas salsas para acompañar también tienen combos en los que ya se incluyen estos me saco de un apuró a si que lo estaré visitando no tengo fotos por ahora porque andaba alas rapidas 😁

This is a place you can almost never go wrong. Food always what you expect they need to open a couple more all around the. DMV. Customer service I understand you have your bad days but for the most part the food hasn't changed.

Food was good. I normally don't come to this location and the set up is a little bit different as compared to where I occasionally buy food. So I accidentally got on a different line to order and the guy was so rude. " this is not the line, go on the other side with so much disrespect. I went to the other line and he was super nice and helped me with my order. It pays to be nice people. Apart from that incident, I enjoyed the food as usual..

I actually got to see the worker add real charcoal/wood chips to the rotisserie! I love this place 😍 Today I had the pick three combo with chicken skewer, shrimp 🍤 skewer, & lamb chop. Sides Spinach and rice.

Love this particular Sardi's! Other sardi's in the area have bad service and long wait times. This Laurel location has their stuff together and I only like coming to this one for my delicious chicken. Highly recommend!

I love the Beltsville location but this one is not as good. The chicken is often cold, dry, and lacks smoky flavor and the yucca is rarely crispy. The Beltsville location is, however, mind blowing and worth the few extra minutes of driving to get there.

I got the lunch special. Given the amount of food, the price was a good deal. Fries were hot, rice was good, but I've had better chicken. The meat itself was cooked well and it was seasoned, but the taste wasn't the same as in other places I had. Overall good place.

Its been a rough week! As a business owner, time falls short when it comes to cooking and having meals prepared. I decided to treat myself for a late lunch/early dinner. I ordered on line and picked up the 3 combination platter. Charbroiled chicken on a skewer, shrimp on a skewer and and sirloin steak..and it was FANTASTIC! It was seasoned well and my side orders of rice, and roasted vegetables complimented the meal very well. I would love to know what they put in that rice and I can eat the roasted vegetables over and over again. The meal was so much that I was able to split it into two meals and looking forward to dinner at 8:00 pm. To top it off, the young man that served me when I went in to pick up the order was absolutely professional. He presented himself with a warm smile, very friendly, and took a minute for a short conversation, you just don't see that too much. My experience was excellent! Thanks Sardis of Laurel, MD. With prices rising, it's nice that you can get your monies worth when you do decide to treat yourself.
