Tasty pizza but unfortunately no gluten free options except salad. Very pricey too

Today I went to have lunch at this beautiful store, where it looked so clean and fresh. Super appreciated treatment, great quality in the food, special customer service, a nice table full of varieties of fresh foods, they give you options to choose combos that one as a customer accepts. I love this store, I recommend it 100%

If you are craving pizza, it's a great spot to grab one. The crust is just right and if you or someone else wants something different there's plenty to choose from. It amazes me that for a quick stop place, it all tastes pretty good.

There was blonde hair in my bread sticks.The pizza gave me food poisoning once. And their root beer was watered down.

Went for lunch, was denied a water cup despite being a paying customer. The manager seemed like they were just trying to push the sale of a beverage. Ended up just getting a bottle of water from the vending machine instead because of that. The pizza was already overpriced for how small of a serving it was, there was no way I was going to purchase a beverage after being able to get a complimentary water cup at other locations. I won’t be back to this location any time soon 😁 The employee that helped me was friendly and professional though, too bad the manager seemed awful. 💀

I love Sbarro! And the manager Cynthia is phenomenal. Everyone is so nice and everything is clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

Great service, super fresh, made to order and beyond expectations. We got 8 Strombolis and lots of marinara included for no additional price. Cooked fresh because we had a special order and large family order. Employee was very pleasant and informative and I will go back. We are from tbe north and love Sbarro, they are few and far between. They are in a mall foodcourt so atmosphere is what is expected but not a large line and not overly crowded at the time we were there. Only 20 minutes wait for special order, shorter than all pizza places. 🍕 will return.

This place is a joke I waited in line for 5 or 6 minutes It is 6:07 and they tell me they're closed and they can't make me a pizza... And the last pizza I got from here was so terrible I couldn't even eat it. I'm done with this place 🤬

Day 4 of me begging for my money back. I paid 19.23 on the app. Then I got there and they couldn't give me over half my order. I asked for a refund and they told me to call corporate. I've called them every day since it happened. No response to any of my voice-mail. Do they just get to steal my money?

Check your pizza carefully. There was a small dead bug laying in the oil of my pizza. Disappointing and gross.

The Spinach Stromboli is incredibly good. Good House Tomato sauce.

In a mall, not much to expect but the pizza was OK. The service was quick.

way over priced for pizza that is not that good

They reheat the slices through a conveyer belt oven instead of the pizza oven. Lazy way to heat and does not help crisp the crust.

I ate here with my girlfriend during our trip to the Port Charlotte Mall on January 17th...definitely one of my favorite mall restaurants. The pizza is delicious, and the employees are friendly with quick service.

Overpriced and frankly not very good. I only get this if my kids want spaghetti or a slice of pizza. I would not get it for myself.

I went by Sbarros today and noticed Mrs Linda is back after a year, can’t wait to eat there again!

I always have an awesome experience at Sbarro. Andrew is an excellent Crew Leader, and his customer service today went above an beyond what he is required to do.

Stopped to shop and found this place serving Bourbon Chicken. Everything about the food, service, and pricing is a 5 Star but this place went further by making sure I was pleased with the food. I was and fell in love with their style of Bourbon Chicken and the large portions. Great job!!!!

My food is ALWAYS ON POINT 💯 and he pretty much runs the place... idk who that cinthya GIRL is but that lil/old lady has NOOO EXPERIENCE WHEN DEALING W/ PEOPLE VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT. My numerous encounters w/ her almost made me not wanna eat there anymore but thank god for the pizza man sal he’s great and the ONLY REASON I gave 5 stars PERIODT

I went there a couple of weeks ago on a Friday. I asked Ericka if they had a meatball parmesan, meatball hero or any other type of sub sandwich other than the stromboli. She didn't know so I moved onto ordering my large pie with 5 toppings, it was cooked very well to go. So when to pay for it, I gave half the amount in cash, then when I went to pay the $7.98 I joked around with her saying " that's too much". She then tells me "oh well your s.o.l then", so I pay for the order then just left to another store in disgust at how nasty her response was. At the owner wasn't around so I guess she felt a little edgy that her boss wasn't there & she just says what she wants. She needs to learn how to take a joke with people, not just curse them out when I had someone with me. I always have money to pay for things. She didn't even bother to apologize at the register or when I called up. Gave her two attempts to make it right, she didn't care.

Stopped at the mall and was hungry for pizza. Erika was super friendly and helpful. Took her suggestion and the pizza was awesome. The kids loved the mini Stromboli’s. Will definitely come back!

I asked one of the employees who the new pizza man was and they told me his name is Sal and I just had to compliment him because the pizza use to suck and I honestly gave up on this place years ago but then I saw someone behide the counter who was tossing the pizza in the air and just looked liked he knew what he was doing so I decided to give it another try and I was not disappointed! He honestly could open up his own little restaurant that’s how good it is! He would defiantly have me as a customer...hope he stays because their pizza has never tasted better!

The best pizza in the town centre and in Port Charlotte, this place should have there own restaurant with delivery service, I bet it would do just as well as Domino's and papa johns ect...

I only go when linda or sal are there . they make it feel like home I request a pizza from sal . This guy makes a magnificent Sicilian pizza it reminds me of the place I used to in Brooklyn as a kid , If you want good pizza PLEASE do yourself a favor and order a pizza I guarantee you you'll be impressed .

Sal makes the best pizza and his Stromboli’s are the best. Sal and Linda are two of the nicest people I’ve met, both very friendly and very respectable. Also try Sal’s breadsticks they are delicious. If you want the best pizza go see Sal at Sabarro’s.

Best New York City style pizza ever I'm from New York City and this is the closest thing from home when I'm home sick I come here and order very nice and friendly people that work here if you not sure what you want they can help you out

their pizza is the best! Every time I go it is always fresh and great tasting. The best place around that does true New York pizza. Went there a week ago got their special of two pizzas to take home the slices are huge and extremely good.

Cant believe theres only 1 review. This place has been in the since it opened. Apparently they are doing something right. Always good food, i had the pizza and baked ziti. Not as good as my moms but it was tasty and i will always eat here if im at the mall.
