Every morning stopping at this location, with changing of staff is always a little challenging. Yet I will say from the start of this staff to current he has been amazing. Had to ask his name since he's there almost every morning now. I order the same exact drink every day, even multiple times a day. Sky!!! Amazing gentlemen, always super happy & never gets my drink incorrect nor is ever rude. He should get a "smile" award! Great hire Scooters! Enjoy seeing him so pleasant early in the mornings! The rest of the regular staff are pretty great except one, I believe her name is Alexis, she was rude from first start & avoids the window when I pull up around the same times every morning.

They were a little slow today as apparently a new staff person was working or training so only one of them was experienced. But he was very polite and apologized for being slow

A young lady, I think her name was Lauren help me. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back

Love our Scooters in north Kearney. Always friendly, great service, friendly, and fast!! Drinks always made as expected.

Quick stop for some breakfast and coffee. Employees were friendly and the food/coffee met the expectation.

Can't get enough of the Peanut Butter Power. Staff is always respectful and with a smile on.

How I pulled my sandwich out of the bag, without napkins. I understand being busy but please at least be polite. I asked for whipped cream, and instead of telling me they were out she tried to ignore me.

Barista worked the booth Thanksgiving by herself but was friendly and fast even though it was busy. Grateful for coffee open late!

We were visiting from out of state and we ordered some whole bean coffee prior to leaving home. There was a little bit of a mix up and someone used our coffee for in-store purchases. They were very apologetic for the mix up.

My Mom and I went to get some coffee after a long day today and the girl that was working was the only one there, and there were already a couple cars waiting. She was very kind and polite even with having to handle everything on her own. We didn't have to wait very long at all. Always great service!

The drinks there are amazing!! And ALL the workers are super nice and make the coffee even better than it already is!!!

I got a medium iced espresso. The coffee went into the cup hot, the cup was full of ice. After a while it was cold and delicious. Naturally it was bitter, which is how I like it. And it was good, didn't have some of the weird flavors of other brands' espresso.

I’m always impressed with both the service from the staff and the quality of my drinks when I come here...which is often!

I've been to many fancy coffee shops in central Nebraska. Scooters is at the top of them all. I'll never understand negative reviews for cost. If you want cheap coffee go to the gas station, doink!

I ordered a small iced coffee with cream. There was hardly any coffee in the drink. So disappointing. Almost made me want to turn around on the interstate to go back and tell them how terrible it was.

Drove through to get my cappuccino and get on the road to home. Usually have a couple of cups of hazelnut every morning, so their large did me just fine. Especially because it was so good!

They didn't have iced coffee, which seemed odd. But, I got an iced Americano instead and it was fine. I like their coffee. We also got a peaches and cream smoothie and it was tasty. Quick service and good location.

Very good service & excellent drinks.

We were driving cross country and stopped because it was near the interstate. Ordered two dry cappuccinos. The barista used the same milk, and basically boiled it and poured directly into both cups. Picky, I know, but would have been better off getting a cup of coffee.

This drive through was too close to our hotel. Unfortunately, coffee with little flavor and chai sickeningly sweet. Next morning we found somewhere slightly less convenient but so much better!

We ordered large americanos with an extra shot and the coffee was still unbelievably weak - it tasted like warm water. Will NEVER go there again

On our very long trip of the Canadian border to Denver, CO this place was our slice of heaven. Excellent coffee, thick and rich in flavor.

I love these guys. Their coffee mocha slushy is my favorite. They are fast. Their ingredients are quality. The staff is friendly. They are always busy. They have a double drive thru so it is rare you will have much of a wait.
