I love coffee shops, but this one really is in the best spot in the adorable little town of Padanaram. The coffee is amazing and they have their own syrups made in house. Fridays they are open 8-8 plus other days and times. Alcohol is available as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Anything I’ve ordered I’ve loved. If you follow them on Instagram you can see the other great things they offer such as catered events. There are several other great stores to shop in the area including Folia a great Children’s clothes boutique and several gift shops. A short walk will take you to farm and coast market or for ice cream and a walk onto the bridge to view the harbor. Enjoy this top ranked small town in Massachusetts while you sip a coffee from Scuttlebutt!

Scuttlebutt is a super cute coffee shop in a super cute seaside village! Whether you’re here for the summer or just passing through, grab a drink and bite to eat and settle down on the outdoor patio as you enjoy the sea breeze, delicious food, and high quality coffee. Plus, the staff could not be nicer!

Excellent coffee and very nice service

A cup of coffee and a bowl. Went in thinking, yeah, I can have this anywhere. Just want something to eat. OH MY GAWD! The veggie bowl was divine! It had multiple fresh vegetables, steamed, roasted, w/ seeds and roasted garlic and spices. I tasted fennel and coriander seeds. The sauce was amazing, all over brown rice. The coffee was excellent. I am dreaming of this bowl, and I live in Boston where I can get a bowl on any commercial block. I want Scuttlebutt's veggie bowl! I'll be back.

Simply wonderful. The coffee, the food, the drinks are all top-notch. One of the things I love most is that the team is always trying new things - from homemade bagels to rotating toasts with seasonal veggies, from fun theme dinners to delicious syrups for your latte, there's something new to try on every visit! Best of all is the sense of joy that weaves through everything they do.

Great tasting scones and coffee. The menu is a bit limited, and no bagels. The owner’s father makes incredible dog treats (which are free).

We go here all the time and know a lot of the people who work there. It's always really good too. The potatoes are great and the different aiolis that they have for every day is really good too. :)

This is our favorite local spot for friendly fast service, excellent breakfast sandwiches (egg and cheese with avocado spread and tomato on potato roll, a fresh scone, and fresh OJ, is our favorite), excellent espresso drinks. For lunchtime or dinner the menu could be improved but the draft beer and mixed cocktails are lovely at the outdoor patio seating.

Summer Sunday breakfast al fresco. Yummy choices, refreshing beverages. We enjoyed the granola and yogurt, the grain bowl, and an egg, bacon, and avocado breakfast sandwich. Go early!

Was in the area, so I tried Scuttlebutt for the 1st time. Busy place, line moved quickly. Went with a ice coffee with a caramel shot. Added cream and sugar on the side. Thought it was okay. Went with a pulled pork, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. Came out piping hot thought it was pretty good. Bagel was a little over toasted. Perfection was expected and not quite achieved. While at the coffee cream station, a bottle of Rosemary Serrano caught my eye. Put a little in a sauce cup they had available. Added a little to my sandwich and it added a nice kick. Street parking is available, but limited. Was going to take a scone to go, but the flavor of the day didn't appeal to me. $16 for an ice coffee and breakfast sandwich. Prepare yourself. 🤣 place has nice decor. Soak it in.

We’ve been in love with Scuttlebutt since the farmers market days! Casey has the best and most inviting spot! She is super friendly, personable, and interactive with her guests. Scuttlebutt has the most amazing menus and the best staff around. Enjoying a meal and cocktail on the patio is a weekly necessity for us in the warmer months.

Love this place! The is the kind of spot I would take a massive detour on a road trip for; where the guests are always beaming and enjoying themselves while singing it’s praises to one another. The decor and the layout make it bright and stylish while still feeling rather cosy, and they have consistently amazing food, perfect coffee, a top-notch drink list and even occasional live music. The owners and staff are absolutely lovely. My husband recently had his birthday dinner here and it was the **best** decision - the staff was incredibly kind and attentive and went that extra mile to make our guests (and especially my husband) feel so taken care of. We will be talking about it for a very long time. This is a very special place and Padanaram is very lucky to have it!

Any trip to scuttlebutt will brighten your day. I’ve yet to have anything from here that isn’t exceptional. And the atmosphere and location are just so lovely welcoming.

Very nice espresso. Syrupy, low acidity. Nice environment to hangout all day. Wish this place held community events (trivia, board game nights) perfect place to do it.

Superb cafe for all things yummy! The food is fresh and delicious. We have never been disappointed. The smoked burgers and potatoes are incredible. The scones are moist and baked to perfection. Coffees are prepared perfectly and the evening cocktails are the best!! The staff is courteous and personable.

I had the most wonderful experience at Scuttlebutt for a friend's birthday dinner. The smoked brisket was among the best I've had and all the sides were great. Terrific cocktails and wine list, and lovely service.

One of my favorite local coffee shops that focuses on fresh, quality ingredients and a rotating weekly menu. They have an amazing patio that is shaded and perfect for catching up with friends on the porch. I've come for coffee, snacks and sandwiches and have loved everything I've ordered. The first visit I had ordered a plain latte and didn't care for the flavor profile, but their mocha is delicious. Can't wait to try their cocktails on weekend evenings. Note in lieu of accepting tips they charge an 18% service fee onto your check.
