This place is amazing! Stopped here for a snack and had the best smoothie I’ve ever had. I had “Strawberry Dream” and added vanilla protein to it…FANTASTIC! The people are super friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and adorable! When you come, go up the ramp or take the stairs, it’s on the second floor 👍👍

A lot of choices, original also, some you won’t think making home. That makes the place special and also the owner who is kind and helpful. I do recommend 100%

Soooo good! After spending 5days with extended family and only having junk food option available at the beach house, I escaped to this little place! I had a mango, greens, cashew coconut warp. It was so refreshing and delicious. I will try to sneak back out. 😄

Delicious & colorful veggie wraps! Plus a wonderful assortment of nut based cheeses. Great variety of fresh juices; “I trust my gut”-pineapple/ginger/mint/cucumber, was so refreshing. AND the upstairs patio is dog friendly, which is always a plus! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing vegetarian/vegan food! It has a unique flavor profile with fresh, healthy ingredients. The meal I got wasn’t for me, but it’s just my palette — I thoroughly enjoyed the smoothie! My aunt and uncle (vegetarian) both loved their food, one getting the noodles and the other getting the crunch wrap. Great overall vibes and friendly staff. I’d be happy to come back and try something else.

The juice is so good and refreshing. The Green Glow was amazing. Great customer service when I walked in looking at the cold pressed juice selection!

Visiting outer banks from Ohio we stumbled on this place and were delighted we did. Great Healthy food (Coconut Wrap and Kelp noodle bowl) along with great smoothie and other hard to find unique foods we bought for the ride home. Delightful owner! If we lived there, would be a definite GO To on a regular basis!

Amazing smoothies, food and juice! I was in town for two days and came here both days - everything tastes fresh and made from whole, quality ingredients. The cacao smoothie and blueberry peanut butter smoothie were both delicious - thick and filling. I tried a green juice that was also very good. For food, the buddha bowl and taco bowl were great. Highly recommend!!

This is by far the dankest smoothie and vegan food spot I have ever been to in my life. (And I consider myself an enthusiast of the genre.) Everything is made to order with love and organic ingredients by this really cool hippie chick. The sea star is my favorite smoothie with strawberry sea moss & passion fruit. And the Buddah bowl is so delicious its hard for me to try anything else...... but I am eventually gonna try the daily specials. Obviously you gotta try the cold pressed juices and cashew mylks. The Shine On and Nectar are my juice faves, and the strawberry cashew mylk is so chuggable I reckon you should just go ahead and get 2. Its my favorite place for a quick & healthy lunch on the Outer Banks centrally located in downtown Kill Devil Hills. Do yourself & your body a favor and go there.

Glad we stumbled on this gem. Great juice and salad…so nice to have an alternative to fried beach food for those of us that don’t want to eat junk everyday for a week while visiting…and love the co-op vibe with the other businesses in back.

Stopped by as I was passing through for some delicious + nourishing snacks. Excellent vibes in the space, wonderful experience; everything we tried was fabulous! What a perfect little curated menu of wraps, bowls, smoothies, juices & a smattering of grab and go snacks (vegan cheeses + little chocolates + cactus snacks: yum!) My only complaint is that I don't live close enough to visit them on the regular! Definitely check out this sweet lil gem of a juicery ♡

This juice will set you free! The deepest reds, brightest oranges, and greens that look like Mother Nature herself had a hand in the bottling. All flavorful blends of the freshest organic cold-pressed ingredients. Can't go wrong with anything off the super inventive vegan food menu, wraps, rolls, bowls and pressed sandwiches which are unlike anything you'll find anywhere else on the beach. Simply the best smoothies too!

More than just juice!! Great for takeout too. I'm in a yummy food rut: Buddha Bowl with peanut Thia sauce - delish and packed with goodness: spinach, beet greens, avocado, cucumber, pepper, wild rice etc - all in a compostable container. Upstairs, nice deck. Perfect stop after a workout at the Outer Banks Y. Juices are delish and I can just feel the nutrients coursing through my body. My current fav has carrots, ginger and turmeric. Tad hard to see their yellow and blue sign - look for red Five Guys sign (Shine On is right before Five Guys heading from Nags Head to Kittyhawk).

Second floor cafe in a cabin-like setting. Healthy juices, smoothies, and plant based food. Very friendly service. Bottled juices made fresh each morning. Smoothies made to order. Daily specials and a small regular menu. I ordered the Rainbow Greens smoothie and the PB & Blue smoothie. So good. Very thick. I also ordered the very tasty Mango Spring Rolls that were from the daily specials board. They were filed with fresh, crunchy veggies and served with a ginger peanut sauce. There's both a ramp and a set of stairs to access the second floor deck. Seating inside and out. I'd highly recommend this locally owned place. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best place in town. Hannah went above and beyond to help us out. The ferment bowl was amazing and the smoothie was great.

In addition to a great selection of fresh juices, Shine On also has incredible food including bowls, sandwiches, wraps and more. You don't have to be vegan to love the food! Good daily specials each day. My favorites have been the fermented bowl, the "bacon" BLT sandwich on Ezekiel bread, potato-leek soup, and any of the green juices. I have eaten here several times and the food is consistently great. They also have smoothies, grab-and-go items, and a small collection of vegan market items like vegan cheeses etc.

The staff was so kind, the food was spectacular, the smoothies were so yummy. Definitely worth the try!

This is a great place. I stopped here for just the juice and ended up getting a meal. Had a Budha Bowl and their special. My wife and I were very happy with the food and staff. I wish I had been able to take pictures, but hopefully next time.

I did the one day juice flood and had some avocado toast. Both were amazing. The juice is probably the freshest and best I may have ever had. The inside of the store is very cozy and welcoming. The owner of the store was also super sweet. Thank you!! 😊

I am a person who makes a juice every morning and when I go out of town I always struggle to find a place that is up to my standards and this place does just that! They’re is killing it with their juice selection, quality and freshness. Would 100% recommend this place!!! Also please treat yourself to a raw brownie you will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to going back and trying everything else on the menu.

So much YUM packed into everything in this place! The only juicery in the area (maybe all of the OBX?) using totally organic ingredients, too. Delicious array of flavors for both juices and smoothies, and the food is so delicious that you don't even realize how nutrient-dense everything is ... except for the way it makes you feel ... you'll actually feel lighter and more full of energy after eating here! Also a cool atmosphere, chill, friendly vibes and great indoor and outdoor dining space. Highly recommend Shine On Juicery!

Try the Strawberry Daydream smoothie + the Super Hemp Granola. Trust me on this one y'all. I have two girls and one is a VERY picky eater. She doesn't realize how good the food and drinks here are for her. Well, we bought one smoothie for them to share and there were tears that big sister drank it all and she wanted another one. She sucked that baby down in 5 min flat while hoovering granola into her mouth like someone was going to take it all from her. The owner is super nice and the vibe inside is warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back to try more things! Thanks for offering such a healthy option for us on the beach. Edited to add: The Buddha Bowl is delicious. My husband and I crave it. I love how healthy everything is and I feel SO much better eating Amy's food. ❤️
