8/2024 update: posted a new menu and highly recommend the shop burger. Food is great, atmosphere is small town bar, nice outdoor deck, TVs and wait staff was really nice. Bring cash since this is a cash only establishment. Taco Tuesday is awesome

While the tacos were good out whole table ordered 2 tacos each and it took an hour and half to get them on tavo Tuesday. meanwhile waitress didn't come back for drinks again Not too busy only had half tables occupied

Chicken Luke warm coleslaw warm. Fries were awful Waitress was wonderful Well two weeks in a row. Terrible smothered chicken sandwich. Where was the chicken?? Crappy mushy bun.

Food was good, the service was great, but it was too cold in the restaurant

We went for Friday Night Fish Fry and got there right at 5:30 and the place was packed. We had to wait a while for a table and they were busy but my kids were entertained and patient and the atmosphere was relaxed. We had a few happy hour beers (Happy Hour is from 4-6 on Fridays). Once we got seated we ordered appetizers and entrees. The cheese curds and onion rings were delicious! The apps came out quickly despite how busy they were. We also ordered walleye, cod and shrimp fish fry- all delicious. My kids got a pizza, and it was big enough for 3 kids to share. I would go back and try other items on the menu but glad to have found this Friday fish fry spot.

I have tried many things on the menu and everything has been awesome. Tom, one of the bartenders is friendly and orovides excellent service! The bar and Tom are very accommodating for our weekly Mahjong get together.

Had a mini get together. The food was great as was the service quick and delicious. Recommend to anyone!

Stopped here Thursday night and got the prime rib sandwich and it was amazing !

Everything was great as always. Going to miss this place as we moved out of the area. Our favorite for prime rib, burgers and pizza. Will definitely be back when in the area. I'm still not a fan of cash only but it's worth it.

We were staying at the Heartwood for State Snowmobile meeting. Found this Gem of a Place to eat by just doing a search. WOW What a GR8 Meal!! Some of the LARGEST Best Tasting Shrimp We have EVER Eaten!! HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommended!! ***** Thank You!! BLS PS I took the pic after eating one of the shrimp! And No it is NOT a small Potato! It just looks small next to the HUGE Shrimp!!

Our go to place when in the area. Their tacos on taco tuesday are the best we have had anywhere (and I do mean anywhere).

Used to be great place to go for beer and really good food. Been going there for over 14 years. Last 3 times service was bad. Twice after seated took over an hour to get food and that was for everyone and it wasn't packed like normal. The last time waitress didn't pay attention to our table, food was good but guy behind bar was vaping and helping customers. Professional. Wife went to pay for our dinner and he ignored her for about 5 minutes before he decided to ask her what she needed. Definitely not the place we are used to. Won't be back for quite a while. Better options.

The mushroom swiss is what I had been looking for. Nice sauce with the mushrooms, not just some mushrooms and cheese on a burger. It's definitely my go-to place for when I'm craving one. ATM on site, but credit cards aren't taken here. Next time, I'll try the ghost pepper burger!

Awesome prime rib and jumbo shrimp meal Saturday night, the service is so fast and friendly, they heard my glass getting empty and were there to serve up, lol 4 pm to 5:30 pm. Will definitely go back there. Amazing deep fried mushrooms for appetizer.

We stopped at this bar mid-way on a sober memorial motorcycle ride. They were very gracious and its a cute little small town bar. I did not eat or drink anything while there.

The food is hit or miss, along with the staff. Some are friendly & some are jerks. Need to get with the 21st century and accept credit cards. I ordered a take-out meal and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. Got there and waited another 25 minutes. There are better places just down the road!

Great food. The burger and onion rings were outstanding. Asked for fried onions and pickles. Both were more than ample portions. This place is a great value. Foe the food and drinks.

Taco Tuesday. Great fried taco shells. Great price. They’ve been a bit short handed like all businesses. Cash only. ATM on site. I only go here for taco Tuesday and highly recommend for that dish.

We returned to the shop last Saturday. In the past loved, loved, loved the seafood. Shrimp on Saturday was packaged ☹️. Very , very average.

Food is good. Prices are as expected. Only fault is that this place does not take credit/ debit cards as payment. They do offer a cash machine with a transaction fee.

The atmosphere is aclectic, drinks are reasonably priced and the food is top notch. The deck is a great place to have a summer cocktail.

The shrimp were the biggest I have EVER had. I could only eat half of them so I get a whole other meal tomorrow. Delicious! My husband had the Reuben which he said was one of his best. For being short staffed, they were still friendly and hard working. We had a great young guy bartender serve us both dinner and drinks. He was nice, friendly and conversed with customers.

Food here has always been our favorite. But it's so busy you can rarely get a table. So we figured out to order the food to go when it's busy and take the food to the Local bar across the road to eat. Shrimp n scallops on Sat. are yummy. Every bar up north struggles to find enough help. Be patient. And if you do get a table enjoy your time there. They only take cash or checks. ATM inside bar.

Limited staff like everyone in the industry but waitress covered the entire floor like a boss and bartender cranked out the drinks. Food was awesome. Kudos to the entire staff! This will be a regular for us.

Got a really good burger and chicken sandwich

Got a Reuben sandwhich with fries and it was great. Came in on a weekend during the day for food and a drink. The service was decent, we didnt wait too long for our food and though the bartender seemed distracted, she kept people's drinks going. Cute place with lots of catchy license plates from all over the U.S. to look at on all of the walls.

Wonderful staff and family-friendly atmosphere. They work very hard to put out quality food and it shows. Taco nights on Tuesdays are the best! Just come prepared to wait a little for a table if you are visiting during the Summer months. Order a drink from the bar and stay awhile because I promise you, it’s worth the wait! We always have such a positive experience every time we visit The Shop.

Taco night!!! 45min wait for tacos nobody around us had any food in front them, I'm in the restaurant business for 35 years,I'm beginning to think some restaurants in Wisconsin are all about how many drinks you can serve before you send out there food!!! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 45 MINUTES FOR TACOS

They put the jumbo in jumbo shrimp. 6 shrimp, potato and soup or salad for $17.00 on Saturday after 4. And the shrimp are huge, they are 6/8 to the pound.

To many COVID-19 signs sat at a table that wasn’t cleaned got the attitude from the bartender because we didn’t wait before it was cleaned walked out someone else can deal with attitude.

This is a great place to eat! Staff friendly, great home cooking! There is usually a line to get in so that says a lot about the food. My favorite is the Friday night fish fry. They have Cod, Walleye or Shrimp. We usually have the Walleye which comes with choice of potato, coleslaw and a roll. The coleslaw seems a bit on the bitter side at times but that’s the only down side. The Walleye is awesome!!!

Crowded at about five, 6:30 more empty. Nice inside, big nest and great food. Fish fry good but some only came fried. Greasy to me. Squeezed it out and my walleye was cooked to perfection.
