Excellent service with quality flowers

My experience with curly willow was wonderful. They made giving flowers so much more amazing and magical than just one. Imagine. They were very attentive and punctual. They helped me surprise my fiance while I was in Colombia. Thanks family! They will definitely be reserved for my wedding.

Shady coleus does not go w full sun drought resistant plants. Asked delivery guy to call prior..no call...he said he called days before. I have a severe disability and showing up unannounced sent me into a medical emergency Sunday...today he told me to have a friend drop it off and was very mean to me. The plants were not even potted right...brought them back. None of the flowers matched the dahlia was broken and there is no proper way to make a mixed water and sun container to work.

A beautiful snack bag was delivered to the facility, full of delicious treats. I was happy to hear of the variety of snacks provided - very impressive. I placed my order online, but did call just be sure there weren't any questions - they assured me the order was clear and gave me an estimated time of delivery. Then I received an email once delivered. Very professional, and I recommend Curly Willow to anyone needing flowers or snacks!

Fantastic local florist with a much better selection than your typical on-line stores. Great artistic arrangements. Ordered directly through the store's web site to avoid a third party handoff of the order. Spoke with the owner the following day for questions I had relating to delivery. Fast, friendly, and accommodating service. Highly recommended!

I needed a last minute bridal bouquet and had some special requests. Even though it was last minute and i requested specific flowers/colors-this shop came through! My bouquet was beautiful and the flowers looked so fresh the whole day! Not to mention-the owner was extremely kind and pleasant to work with! Definitely a great spot and would use this shop again! These pictures don’t do the shop or bouquet justice-so beautiful ❤️

Jim was awesome to work with – professional, responsive, helpful without being pushy. He agreed to do our wedding even though it was the day before Mother’s Day (many other florists refused). He was extremely knowledgeable and helped bring our vision to life. I never felt like he was trying to “upsell” us. In fact, we ended cutting back on certain parts of the florals due to budget constraints and he was very understanding. The end products, especially the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, were stunning! I could not stop looking at them. They were so vibrant and better than I could have ever imagined, and really set the tone for the ceremony. They photographed really well, too. I cannot recommend Curly Willow enough to any future couples out there.

My dearest aunt who is 92 loves pink and purple flowers. I live in Washington state and called a nice man named Jim who was very nice and extremely helpful. I ordered flowers for my aunt as she is in very grave condition and wanted her to have a little enjoyment before God takes her. My dear cousin sent me a video of the gorgeous flowers they delivered today to her. Thankyou Jim for making the beautiful arrangement for her. I know she is smiling, even though I couldn't be there. Curly Willow did an excellent job and I am so happy that they were delivered on time and were gorgeous!

I was so pleased with the arrangement that Curly Willow did. It was gorgeous and the recipient was very pleased as well. Being from out of state, all you have to go by is the pictures online and hope for the best but the recipient sent a picture to me and I can honestly say that it looked exactly how it was supposed to. And even though it was a last minute request, the flowers were delivered super quick. I would definitely order from them again in the future and you should too. You won't be disappointed!

I have been using Curly Willow for the past few years for Valentine's Day, special occasions,etc. The staff is so nice and their product is exceptional. I am that customer who called the morning of Valentine's Day to change from yellow to red roses. I am sure that is annoying, but they couldn't have been nicer. Buy local.

Didn't have a large selection of flowers due to having just had a few large weddings, but the attendant was courteous and I was still able to find something for my eleven month anniversary.

I am so grateful for Jim and Curly Willow. I admittedly know nothing about flowers, and after visiting a few other florists I was discouraged. All of the others seemed disappointed that I didn't have ideas beyond colors I was interested in, and were much bubblier and too flowery (no pun intended). Jim was direct, had great ideas, and welcomed the chance to put together bouquets without much input from me beyond color. He was efficient, and his prices were in line with others in the area. On the day of, I was blown away by the bouquets! My maid of honor, who works part time at a wedding venue, told Jim they were the most beautiful she had ever seen! Jim also encouraged me to purchase votive candles from an independent website, saying they would be cheaper than he could do, but then lit all of them for me when setting up flowers at the reception (and all for only $50 set up fee total!) The bud vases he placed on each table at the reception were understated and perfect, and the boutonnieres were perfect, too! Our moms and grandmas also loved their corsages! Jim was patient, meeting with me twice to discuss details, and very responsive to e-mail. I am so grateful to have found him, and will continue to recommend him highly to all my friends and family!
