I’ve been wanting to give this place a try. I’m always searching for good vibe places that I can eat, drink & bring my Corgi’s! Well, we found it! You do have to order walk up style and get a #. I actually was ok with it! The food we got was super good! Like impressively good! They have limited space inside if the heat is a factor. Overall cool place with great food!

Sideward Brewing Company is an absolute gem! With over 20 different beverages to choose from, including beers, ciders, cold brew coffee, and more, there's something for everyone. I highly recommend trying the "Punks" and "Gunner" beers—they're fantastic! The food is equally impressive, with a variety of mouth-watering options. The large hot pretzels with hot cheese are a must-try, and their selection of sandwiches, including pulled pork, roast beef, BLT, turkey, and muffaletta, all look delicious. The sides, like hummus, boiled peanuts, coleslaw, cucumber salad, and mac & cheese, complement the meal perfectly. The service is top-notch, even though it's counter service. You order at the counter, and the friendly staff, like Tim, will bring your food to your table. Tim was especially helpful and added to the great experience. The ambiance is relaxed and inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The indoor area is comfortably air-conditioned, while the outdoor seating is nicely shaded—perfect for a casual, enjoyable meal. Overall, Sideward Brewing Company is an excellent spot to unwind with great beer and food. Whether you're stopping by for a relaxed afternoon or an evening meal, you're in for a treat!

Always something new here to taste. Outdoor seating is a plus. They have great snacks as well. Service is fast, efficient and no one rushes you out even if you're done drinking. Update: still the best brewery in town years later.

Simple.....we've been to several breweries....none of them get even close to Sideward....beer wise and food! The best in central florida!!

Love the food options. If you like plant based or vegan, you'll like their menu. The caprese sandwich and tempeh reuben were excellent. We shared a bunch of 5 oz pours and all were excellent. The Boston cream pie stout was amazing! The bartenders were fantastic. Knowledgeable and attentive.

Great place to hang out and enjoy a craft beer. Yes, you can taste. They do have a food menu as well as $5 happy hour. I love the outdoor seating area. My favorite brew is the chocolate and coffee. Yum!❤️ I highly recommend this spot. Enjoy!😊😎

We had a great experience at Sideward Brewing. We had the pretzels, Buffalo boiled peanuts, and the sandwich special for the day, and it was all fantastic. Great beer and a nice atmosphere along with friendly staff made for an excellent time.

Very very well made beer. No flaws or anything to complain about. Full Fuzz maybe the best Hazy I’ve had, I’m not generally a fan of the style…but it’s good! I wanted to try their lagers but none were available. I’ll come back again the next time I’m in town. 😃

Trendy place, food seemed very popular. Great beers overall, I really liked the branding on their cans. The staff was adorable. There is no bar seating unfortunately

I really love the Moon boots IPA here. In addition to that, the bahn-mi sandwich is so so good. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge. I would suggest if you see street parking along the way that you go ahead and grab it and walk the rest of the way. The parking lot is shared with four other businesses and is usually full

This place really cares about their food. I kid you not, just ate the best Reuben and Mac n cheese I have ever tasted in my life. The drinks are good as well, especially the house mead. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is an Orlando gem. Great beer, food, and friendly staff. Small indoor seating area and outdoor patio seating, which is dog friendly. Highly recommended coming here.

Always great craft beer here! Look out for special releases periodically. Parking however because the Italian deli is on property, is a little tight. I usually park at milk house and walk over if it's busy. Don't forget to check their social media for upcoming events!

The atmosphere, food, and staff were all great, but the beers were just not as good as hoped. This brewery was recommended by another area brewer but were not as good. Maybe just a bad batch or ordered wrong - will go back and try others to determine.

Always driven by this place. Decided to try it since a friend recommended it. I liked the selections they had on tap. I also enjoyed the half inside half outside seating they had to offer as it was a beautiful day outside the day I went. Friendly service. The food was pretty good as well. I went with the P.G.C. wasn't let down. Will definitely return in the future.

Food was mid at best and over priced for what you get, beer was amazing tho. Way too many kids here at night. Hard to relax there and to attempt to have a nice date night would be about pointless here

Delicious fresh American IPA. Chill spot with a small inside room and nice patio. Did not try the food. Excellent service.

My favorite Florida IPA Moon Boots

It’s great to have so many craft breweries with food. Usually, it is in the form of independent food trucks and trailers in the parking lot, but in some instances the brewery is also a full-service restaurant. And in rare cases, they do exceedingly well at both. Like Sideward Brewing on Orlando’s east side. It’s a place we keep coming back to.

I started with a flight of five. Actually, they don’t do flights in the traditional sense. Instead, they’ll pour as many five-ounce glasses as you like. You just don’t get a fancy holder for all of your glasses. I went with short pours of Moon Boots (7% ABV, and a longtime fave), Voidless (6.6% ABV and an IPA brewed with—among others—the Nectarine hop varietal everyone is talking about), Goat Snacks (5.7% ABV, a Weizenbock with hints of banana and bubblegum—no kidding), Words + Images (5.6%, a Winter Lager), and Brap! Brap! (6.6% ABV, a hazy IPA brewed with “experimental hops”). Of these five, I loved the three IPAs. The Winter Lager is a tasty seasonal (that’s code for “one and done”), while the Goat Snacks is—well—perhaps best left for the goats. Not a fan. Sorry. We also ordered what turned out to be one of the best brewpub pretzels we have ever eaten. Sides of beer cheese, spicy mustard, and pimiento cheese provided a variety of dippings. This is almost a meal in itself. But we saved ourselves for a main course, which was the vegan Tempeh Rueben (Marinated local tempeh, kraut, house 1000 island, vegan swiss on sourdough) for step-daughter and me, and a Caesar Wrap (House Caesar, roasted chicken, romaine, croutons & parm) for my wife. She was in love at first bite, and we already knew from prior visits what to expect with the Reubens. Sideward often has tight parking, since it is a shared structure with other businesses and a restaurant. Come early, or be prepared to park a block away and walk. But it’s well worth it. Besides, you’ll burn a few beer calories.

Why is the “spicy jalapeño” boiled peanuts made with bread and butter jalapeños? That’s the opposite of spicy. At least mention it in the damn menu.

Stopped by for a beer and lunch. I asked the server "What's your fav sandwich?" And she said that "The BLT is the best in the city!" And of course I ordered it but in my head my thoughts were "ummm yeah, ok, it's a BLT, whatever 🙄" Well... let me just say, homegirl was NOT exaggerating. Good Grief, this was the most elevated BLT I have ever had. This is an absolute MUST order if you come here. It is savory, hearty and has amazing flavour!!!!

If you like New England IPAs come here. This is your haven. Also, good sandwiches and pretzels and service.

Stopped by after dinner and tried several beers with friends. Great mix of styles, and everyone liked what they got. There are wine options too.

By far my favorite brewery in Orlando. IPA's are on par with Treehouse. Food is fantastic too. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

This is our “go to” place for a local craft beer in Orlando! Very friendly staff, great beer selection and also good food selections! Make sure that you say hi to Katie as she is the best!

Smelt amazing in there, from the food and brewery. My gf loved the too many teeth, I wasn’t keen on the cider, resembled a sour. But wish we’d had food, looked good! Nice wee pit stop on our tour of Orlando

Sideward has some of the best beers in town. They are knowledgeable if you ask about them being vegan too. They have two vegan sandwiches on the menu and can also modify the bahn mi to be vegan. Great atmosphere, friendly people, delicious food and beverages.

I had been meaning to try them and so glad this time I found parking and it wasn't super busy, since it I did not realize it was close to closing! Amber took care of us and she was nice, friendly and happy to answer questions or make suggestions. We had their cider (refreshing and crisp) and one of their lagers with a hint of lime (can't remember which one) that was good. We definitely need to come back to try others and their food offerings as well!

I came here with friends after dinner in the area. This place has a very relaxing vibe. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable whe I didn’t know what to order. We each just got a glass of beer/mead and sat in the patio to talk. The only downside is just parking, which is an issue for the entire area and not just this place.

One of my favorite local spots. A great selection of beers that are well-refined and don’t have the amateur “funk” you might encounter at other local breweries. And the sandwiches are (perhaps surprisingly) some of the best in town as well - their take on Bahn-Mi is truly outstanding. The staff are always pleasant, the music fits the vibe, and the outdoor seating is plentiful. A true neighborhood staple to be proud of. Definitely a reason on its own to come visit the Milk District!

Stopped in last Tuesday night for first time after an intense cardio class and had a nice experience. The outdoor seating is covered so you don't have to worry about rain spoiling things. They don't do flights but offer 5oz pours which I actually preferred so I did a few 5oz pairs of their IPAs and others. Being a fan of golden ales and the less hoppy/bitter and more balanced NE style IPAs, enjoyed the samplings; also had the pulled pork sandwich that was pretty tasty. Customer vibe & atmosphere was laid back, cool, and upbeat. Being a bit spoiled by how much more friendly and engaging most bartenders at other Orly breweries are, knocked off a star for that but will revisit and possibly update review.

Parking was tough - more cars in the lot than people in the building it seemed. Beer was excellent, staff was excellent, food was excellent. Stopped by as there aren't many Orlando breweries doing NE Style IPAs, was not disappointed. Would absolutely return next time I'm in the area.

Awesome brewery here in Orlando. Lots of good beer choices, great food (pretzel, PGC & Pulled Pork especially) and a really cool atmosphere. Great choice for date night or just hang out

I recently visited this amazing brewery and had a fantastic experience! The selection of beers was excellent, and the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Their selection of crowlers is impressive, and they have some of the most badass merch around. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain their beer selection and suggest their favorites. I would highly recommend this brewery for anyone looking for an enjoyable night out with some tasty beers and amazing food!

My first time and I was impressed. The food was delicious and a good value. Just be sure to ask lots of questions! I foolishly didn't ask if the "seltzer" was alcoholic and was unpleasantly surprised when I got tipsy. Delicious, though!
