Great experience at Slims BBQ as our first time. The owner was very friendly and helpful with making our dinner choices. Had pulled pork sandwiches and salad. All food items were fresh, tasty and plentiful.

Barbecue sandwiches on point, definitely hit the spot! What's more impressive is the superbly friendly staff...you couldn't ask for nicer people anywhere. Highly recommended.

The owner of this place showed me and a group my friends his ENTIRE bare rear end while the front door to his restaurant was wide open and the open sign was on. If that wasnt enough, he came across the parking lot to where my friends and I were and pushed my wife and another friend while intoxicatingly muttering something about never wanting to see us near his restaurant again. We were more than 50 yards from the front door. Order Chinese food from the place next door.

Had a barbecue pork sandwich with a loaded baked potato, awesome and huge, so full of delicious flavors!

He is a liar and steals. He careful. FYI not an ac guy. No clue what he is doing. Tried to destroy my house. Will never let Jeff and Barbie on my property again. Watch out

Although the person that attended us was a sweetheart the place did not look sanitary and sad to say the food was unpleasant. A family of four that had chicken tenders with fries, the Ribs meal and pulled pork meal. The ribs were more like shredded overcooked rib meat. The pulled pork was slabs of pork meat on bread. The corn bread were corn muffins bought from a store and the Mac and cheese was served cold. I would not visit this place again.

I went here looking for a hole in the wall BBQ joint with hopes to get some chicken gizzards or livers, and some dinner for me and my girl, I got exactly what I was looking for. The owner is super laid back he completely hooked it up and you can tell by how good the food is he loves what he's doing, it's a local gem for sure...

While I didn’t personally order from here (so I can’t comment on the quality of the food), the owner is extremely nice.

Friendly, Very kind, soft spoken owner! He has pride in his work. you'll have a a good blast from the past! Antique Collectors will burst with happiness when you see the antique soda dispensers in the space, not to mention a few more awesome antiques. Only 1 table. More of grab and GO, thumbs up slim! Thanks for a tasty dinner & being a gracious host to our kids. You have my thumbs up. Sorry I didn't take photos this time. We ate it right away.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Couldn't of been any worse. Ordered filet mignon and received a slice of something unknown, possibly brisket or prime rib completely loaded with fat and too tough and chewy to cut with a knife or chew. Definitely wasn't a steak, definitely wasn't filet mignon. Shrimp were extra small and butterflied so all you taste is breading. Ribs had twice as much fat as meat. All of the meat we had was inedible we threw it all away. Worst food I've had from a restaurant in a long time.

Wow, the food is delicious! Got the chopped pork sandwich which was amazing. But it was the kindness of the owner which really won me over. This is a business worth supporting and I highly recommend it.

When someone orders your 30 count wings on uber do short change them by including 6 wing tips in the count...it shows the care you have..or don't for returning customers it's sad, and shows your a cheapskate.

Delicious food! Nostalgic store. Had the grilled sausage and ribs. Definitely good and worth it. The owner was friendly and kind and made sure we had all we needed. Also lots or sauces and hot sauces. Over 21 sauces! P.s. Marcel approves. Thumbs up! 👍

Rib and chicken meal with 2 sides was very reasonable, and everything was delicious! Two meals worth of food I couldn’t help but to eat the whole thing. The owner/chef was very caring and makes only good food.

Little iffy about this place. I placed an order on door dash, got it and on one of my boxes it said “don’t have green bean casserole today” and wrote his phone number and name instead of calling me to tell me, he didn’t even give me a replacement. Mac n cheese was definitely reheated in the microwave, it was awful. Ribs tasted like they were cooked 2 days ago. The pulled pork also tasted as if it was cooked 2 days ago.. Didn’t get my extra order of fries, or the wings that came with my ribs and wing combo... needs some work for sure before I’ll go back

Super sandwich, great price, no better place for take out for now during restaurants are closed. Can't wait to have my meal in the restaurant. Great boss, lovely staff. Highly recommended

Really enjoyed the Wood Smoked Barbeque Fare. Ribs Baked Beans with pineapple, wood smoked corn on the cob, roast beef, all real wood smoked outside on Jeff's Stainless barbeque trailers awesome. The tons of various barbeque and hot sauces are the best in Volusia County bar none.

This place is great. Jeff, the owner is really nice. As a small business owner in the area, I try to support other small business and this has been one of my favorites! I've found my new lunch spot. Yummy!

También no podemos olvidar la limonada fresca casera en tarros mason, que era uno de los favoritos de los niños, incluyendo la Pizza sándwich.
