Food was delicious! Huge menu of many things to pick from. The grilled chicken, nachos, pulled brisket, and dirty fries were particularly delicious! Can’t wait to go back.

friendly place, They let us sit and didn’t rush us. I sampled a lot and it was all good, burger gets two thumbs up I really enjoyed it. Service was not fast but it was fine. Stan the chef, you can tell he loves food and takes pride in his food, works hard to get the best and interesting menu

Chef Stan has an AMAZING CONCEPT here!!! His smoked Pastrami,..and I’ve never said this before ever,…IS BETTER THAN KATZ DELI in the city!!!! And that’s almost impossible to do. As someone who grew up in Culinary and Hospitality in New Orleans,…I can tell you Chef Stan has something truly AMAZING to Offer!!!!!!

I just had the best sandwich I have had in a very long time at this place.

Dined in the restaurant this evening and the service could have not been any worse. Food was delivered individually to 6 people at veriosus times and was extremely slow. An item we order was delivered wrong and the waiter stated "sorry I missed that" but how the desired item was ordered was marked on the receipt. The service levels need to reviewed at this establishment. Food was fair at best.

Such a great atmosphere , love the indoor and outdoor seating options !! Such delicious , flavorful and most importantly reasonably priced food !! The staff are kind and accommodating , overall 5 stars would definitely recommend and will be back for sure !!

Had a great time at Smoked Bites! The smoked bites were super tasty and really tender with just the right amount of smoky flavor. The lamb was amazing too—cooked just right and really juicy. The place had a cozy vibe, perfect for a relaxed meal on a Sunday night. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for delicious smoked food!

Ask for Stan, he is super patient ! One of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Smoked chicken is phenomenal and service is on point.

Stan is the man ! Asked him 6 hours in advance to put different meats on the smoker for me Bishul Yisrael and he was more than happy to do so. Very delicious food and fantastic service. Make sure to get the smoked chicken :)

Drove in all the way from brooklyn the owner came over to our table multiple times to explain things to us even taught us how we should cook our cowboy steaks 😆 He gave us recommendations for apps which we loved As we were looking at the menu we said wow we have to come back due to no room for all this awesomeness ! If you’ve ever wanted to experience smoky BBQ bliss without compromising on kashrus, smoked bites is where to go. With brisket so tender it practically melts, and burnt ends that make your taste buds do a happy dance this restaurant is a definite must try. It's reasonably priced and the food came out quickly. Plus the waiter was super friendly and educated. Highly recommended!

Great food, great service, and a great vibe. Great food options for everyone (fried food or grilled food, white meat or dark meat.) Beef carpaccio, steak, ribs, jalapeño poppers are all delicious and highly recommend.

Came here on the recommendation of a family member. The food is insanely good. Authentic Texan bbq that beats every Jewish establishment for smoked brisket out there. The food came out quickly and the portions are generous. The owner came and greeted us personally ensuring everything is too satisfaction. This place is a real gem if you’re looking for delicious smoked goods and a family friendly space.

I ordered a taco and the tortillas is so old they can't hold the the food. I needed to eat with fork and knife Totally disappointed

I came in with my wife and son. The waiter took our order in a timely fashion. He was sensitive to our allergies and preferences. It took what seemed to be a long time until we got our food. I got the Yakitori, which I really enjoyed. The grilled vegetables needed a little more flavor as well as the guacamole. My wife and son both chose " Best of Both Worlds" The meat seemed to be fatty for my wife's liking. Would I come back? Yes. The staff seemed to care about the customers and the food ok-good.

My experience with the food here is probably limited as I only tried a few select menu items, and I feel that it was not even one of their main dishes since this is a BBQ spot. Since Uber eats had a buy 1 get 1 deal, I ordered the Cluck Cluck fries which are pretty much dark meat chicken strips with fries. I also got the house cut fries since there was a buy 1 get 1 deal for that as well. I assume this place is more known for their brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and other typical bbq meals. The chicken was not really for me, the strips were a little dry but tasted alright. The green sauce they served with it boosted the flavor, but I will say my favorite part of the meal was the fries. They gave a good portion, and they looked like they were house cut, not just frozen fries like a lot of places do. I am really glad they actually serve a real portion of fries as well. I can’t stress enough places these days are starting to skimp, but not these guys. I was somewhat satisfied as I had enough food to fill me up, but I recommend trying something else besides the cluck cluck strips. The fries are a definite hit; I may stop by and eat there a day and will update accordingly.

Food was amazing. The burger was the best I've ever had. The pizza was incredible. The smoked meats were awesome. My wife had a great time The service was great, really fast. The outdoor eating area was great, really enjoyed eating outside with the breeze. The owner was really friendly and nice. Would highly recommend.

We had a special family event on the back patio. The tables, chairs, and umbrellas were clean and beautiful. The food was superb-from the soup and salad to the crispiest fries and most tender and flavorful chicken. And most important to people with allergies, the owner personally made sure to accommodate my special diet.

Complete waste of money. Overpriced for what you get in return. The food was not even up to shopping mall kiosk food standards. The barbecue wings were laced with sodium. The texture of the wings was also odd, It's like they were boiled unseasoned and then slathered in overly salted barbecue sauce at the last minute. I assume they just prepare these wings plain in advance and then slather and reheat them in either buffalo sauce, barbecue or whatever flavor you choose. This was not what I anticipated I would get when I see "smoked wings" advertised. The Cole slaw was soupy, had some mystery ingredient in it that was the color of carrots and just tasted plain weird like they made it with 2% milk, a dash of sugar and nothing else. I can't believe I paid almost $50 for 20 underwhelming wings and a small container of watered down bland tasting cole slaw. Avoid this place!

Took the family for my daughter’s birthday. The food was was fantastic as was the service.

If you love Bbq and smoked meats this is the place. Ordered the “stampede” so I could try a cross section of offerings. Surprisingly it was the chicken and competition chicken that blew me away. The smoked lamb was awesome. You could tell how much Stan cares about the food.

Smoked Bites in Teaneck, NJ. Have you ever had a freckle? Me neither until I came to @smokedbites_nj for their amazing Kosher smoked meats! Known for their award winning brisket,@smokedbites_nj serves up an impressive board (the meat stampede) filled with all types of smoked meats! The yakitori burnt ends were so juicy and flavorful. The Beef Shots are bite sized garlic sausage you pop in your mouth for some serious flavor. The freckles (fired pickles) were a hit and the meat stampede nearly took up our table with a selection of different cuts of meat. Super friendly staff and plenty of seating! The food is always amazing, unique and generous portion size. Recently did a sheva brachos in house, and the owner and staff outdid themselves. They were attentive, accommodating and responsive. Also added some fish entrees for those who requested. They even set up Spotify Jewish music for us! The guests were comfortable and happy, and the restaurant did everything we contracted and more. Leftovers were packed nicely and efficiently for distribution. We would definitely do this again!

Top notch best restaurant in every way

Waiter was very friendly. Presentation was beautiful but was disappoint the shnitzle being very dry… I was especially Uber excited about the lamb but it was too salty and very fatty for my taste. Hoping my next try again by their place the food will be more fresh

Terrible experience! Meat was burnt from outside and cold from the inside! ( seems like it's out from freezer and warmed up) Atmosphere is very unpleasant! Owner is not accommodating!

Stopped in here to look at the menu, but ended up getting the sampler and the Yakitori burnt ends which were amazing! There's a great selection of food, which we can't wait to try out, will definitely come back again hungry! Owner is awesome and atmosphere is so homey.

The owner treats his customers as if they were his children. The beautiful rustic decor hanging on the wall supplements the food in a way which creates a delightful eating experience. The food, top level. The meat creates a tsunami of taste swimming in the mouth of the diner. The staff is extremely courteous providing services as requested, or even voluntarily. I, for one, will definitely be returning.

By far some of the best food I’ve ever had.

We had the burnt ends, and a burger in store. The owner gave us options that were not even on the menu and when we finished, they made us a loaded fries with the nacho toppings. Excellent service and delicious food. Five stars!

I went for Thursday night for the All-You-Can-Eat and was very happy with it. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly! Anyone who likes meat and BBQ I highly recommend!

In NJ for a wedding tomorrow and decided to try Smoked Bites. When I called to ask if I needed reservations as I just came in from Dallas, the owner mentioned that he won 1st prize in the Dallas Kosher BBQ Championship in 2017. What a freaking amazing restaurant. Gabe, our server, explained the Specials, one of which was this breaded and fried corn on the cob. Was blown away. We also had something called Beef Shots, Bite-sized garlic sausage wrapped w/ beef-bacon & topped w/ herbed kreme & house BBQ sauce. Entrees were Smoked Lamb, and Beef Shish Kebabs. All in all, 5 out of 5 stars. Will be back.

The most delicious smoked Turkey graced our Thanksgiving buffet this year! With delicious butternut soup and cornbread croutons and mashed potatoes with gravy. Everyone lovvveeeddd the food. Simply delicious. From nailing the basics, like crunchy fries, fresh salad, good soup, and appetizers worth filling up on, the sandwiches, pulled beef, pastrami, brisket, juiciest smoked chicken, and the loaded nachos all surpassed my expectations.100% reccomend! If you want the full flavor experience, dine in the restaurant. the food didn't deliver well when I ordered to through uber eats-there was no comparison. Chef Stan redeemed himself 10x over, a master at his craft.

We had a sheva brachot at Smoked Bites for 30 people. Food was very plentiful and the owner gave us a tremendous amount of food for what we paid. Service was outstanding and gracious as well. Highly recommend!

This place is a true hidden gem! I came across this place from a simple google search and after reading some reviews I knew that I had to try it. The owner is really welcoming and passionate which shows a lot. We had the meat stampede for 2 which is a platter of all the smocked goodies (came with smoked brisket, pastrami, lamb, chicken thighs, wings, and nuggets as well as sides and sauces) and I would say that every single dish was bursting with flavor and the portion was plentiful for 2. We will definitely be back as there are a lot of menu items that we still have to try.

I normally don’t leave reviews( let alone a 5 star review) but with the service and food I received from Smoked Bites I felt compelled to write one. I came to Smoked Bites out of recommendation from a friend and let me tell you I’m glad I listened, I live a 30 minute drive away in nyc btw and if I’m being honest, I would definitely make that drive again just so I can have that experience again. In my opinion it is definitely worth the trip and I’m still thinking about how good it actually was. Can’t wait to be back!! Thank you Smoked Bites☺️

My husband and I went to Smoked Bites for date night and wow was it worth it. We went during Sukkot, and called ahead to reserve a spot in their outdoor area. The ambiance felt like an outdoor bbq with friends, rather than a busy Teaneck street which was so fun. Service was excellent and the food was out of this world. We each got a starter and a main, portions were generous. We’ll be going back with the whole family for a family birthday celebration. Definitely recommend!

Kosher BBQ at a great price with big portions. Just a nice place to have really good kosher BBQ. Many folks don't realize kosher brisket is amazing. It's smoked, saucy and sweet. Really good.

Stopped by Smoked Bites for a quick lunch. Was immediately greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly and helped suggest what appetizers to get. I had the jalapeño popper which were delicious , the sausage wrapped in bacon also juicy and delicious, I also had the Yakitori beef ends also juicy and delicious The owner stopped to chat for a bit and made me feel like I was family. I would highly recommend this place to any BBQ aficionado.

Located in the center of Teaneck, this smoke house offers the absolute best in smoked meats, from Brisket to Burnt Ends to Bacon, and much, much more! The service is exemplary, super attentive and very homey. The owner literally came over to my table, saying that the brisket doesn't look as good as it should, and promptly replaced it. I got the Yakitori Burnt Ends and the Championship Brisket, both which were fantastic and come highly recommended! The truffle sauce was a real banger too!! Hit this place up!!!

This was a very disappointing experience. Owner/cook displays trophies from BBQ contests so we ordered the 'Meat Tornado' but the brisket was inedibly fatty, the lamb was way over cooked, the chicken nugget stick things had an off-putting texture, cole slaw was little more than undressed shredded cabbage, the fried pickle chips were dry and flavorless(I think a cornmeal breading on this item is a mistake) and we were served a truly amusing 'amuse bouche'. Calling it that is a bit pretentious in BBQ joint like smoked bites. This item was chunks of partially rendered beef fat. My child said "it's kind of like the ones you make why is it so greasy and not crispy?" Inattentive Waiters, messy dining room, start to finish this was an unpleasant experience. All that said, the smoked chicken was quite good. There were problems with the check and was overcharged, dealing with the owner was difficult and it took weeks to get a refund. Won't go back.

We came early Sunday afternoon. The place wasn't full so we could choose where to sit. We ordered the Loaded Mac and cheese, The sampler and Texas burger. We also took the french fries and soda for $5 (worth it!) Everything was delicious. The waiter was nice and we had a great time. We'll definitely come back again soon!
