I came in after work because I was hungry in order to go food. The bartender was great no complaints there. But when I opened my coleslaw I found a roach. Couldn’t even eat my food after seeing that.

I placed an order a day ago and it's the same with most barbecue operations and dry rib's. They are covered with sauce and clearly left precooked on the side. Never fresh off the line, never. I have posted a way to tell being after the fact; if the mest between the bones are flat, they have been setting and dry. The meat should be bulging above the bones not flat.

Was lured here on the pretense that The Burger Experience was here as well, to get some simple burgers. The young man behind the counter had zero clue what The Burger Experience was. The burgers listed on The Burger Experience menu were the exact same ones as the ones on Smokey Bones menu, but more expensive. We were hungry, so whatever, ordered from Smokey Bones. They need to have better air quality, I know its a bbq place but it was borderline asthma-causing to be in the restaurant. Ordered a burger and some Korean pork belly skewers. While waiting for my order at the bar, I was able to observe the staff. Very disappointed. Two of the young lady servers had their long, long hair down, and were constantly pushing it back with their bare hands, and then touching peoples food, cups, the ice scoops, etc. Very unhygienic. Which the "clean" cups were in their plastic holding case directly on the floor. Then one of the servers with the long hair dropped some empty cups on the floor and promptly just picked them up and used them anyways. The other long-haired server was busy garnishing a bowl of chili for one of her customers. She grabbed shredded cheese and drizzled it on the chili, with no gloves, and having long acrylic nails. Then proceeded to push her long hair back again out of her face. The only one that seemed to be working hard and not wasting time was the bar server. Seeing that left alot to be desired. At least I was able to see the kitchen staff had gloves on, but.....Anyways, I got my food and left. The burger was not medium as requested, as a matter of fact I think they gave us the already prepared burger that someone had left. I heard the kitchen staff talking to the servers about what are they going to do with the extra burger that is ready. As a matter of fact, I am sure they gave us the leftover burger because it had pickles and I specifically ordered no pickles and the burger to be medium. It did not taste fresh. The Korean pork belly skewers left alot to be desired. The pork bellies were not cooked well done at all, and the so-called cucumber salad was nothing more than sliced cucumbers with a white sauce. But it was all thrown into a to-go container and was all mixed up and basically looked like vomit. I ate most of it because I was hungry but was very nauseous later on. What the hell has happened to restaurant food anymore. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

My wife and I stumbled on this restaurant while on vacation, taking a chance after reading very positive reviews and an enticing menu. Wow, what a surprise! We walked in, sat down and learned there was only one server and no bartender. Ok, we thought, we’re easy-going and can deal with a little extra wait. Well, after a full meal, including a deeply rich Brunswick Stew, incredibly flavorful pulled pork and pulled chicken, baked beans, fire roasted corn and potato wedges and cole slaw, we had zero complaints. You couldn’t tell that Delly was the only server, as she kept our drinks full and was never far away when needed. We’d return in a heartbeat for the food, service and value.

My hubby and I ordered the same foods The beef brisket was dried. Very difficult to swallow. I could not finished my dinner. But we love the pretzel. They were so great. The service was amazing.

If you want a guarantee that you'll eat, I wouldn't recommend this place. We walked in and were seated, the place the rather empty and there were clearly plenty of waiters. Then proceeded 24 minutes of us being ignored by all waitstaff. Not even a "be right with you." The final straw was when another group walked in and was able to order right away. After waiting patiently, and only receiving stares from a group of idle waiters talking in front of the kitchen, did we leave. A waiter appeared to be walking up to us, as if she would take our order, literally only once we got up to leave. I work in customer service, and as such am very understanding in situations of a place being busy, waiters being swamped or overworked, etc. - but this was just ridiculous. I have never given a bad review before, but I also have never been treated in such a blatantly rude manner. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Exceptional customer service. I wish I gotten the girls name that helped us with an issue when we ordered through door dash. She had blondish curly hair, skinny and on the taller side I would say. She was so sweet and really went above and beyond. Thank you! She is a great representative of the restaurant!

Great bar to go for good BBQ food. One of the best BBQ chains. The drafted drinks at the bar not so great since they feel water down.... But the food is amazing so I would stick to beer.

Wow we came here and enjoyed every moment My family traveled into town from Europe and we came for the late night happy hour We ended up with Meisha as our server and wow wow wow she is truly a wonderful server. We had a great experience and will certainly return to this location

Took a while to order, then again to get our food. Medium rare steak was a little dry.

Excellent place to share with the family… it was a unique experience… I came with my family from Atlanta and even though we arrived on a Monday super late after 11:20 at night, the girl who attended us was always very friendly and the service was exquisite

I ate at this place for dinner last night. Waitress told me all of their meats are smoked. I ordered ribs & brisket. Turns out, none of their meats are smoked lol. Fraud BBQ. They are oven baking their product. Over priced. Stay away from this place. It's not legit BBQ.

The food and service was good. The loaded nachos was our favorite. Next time we’ll have to get the full platter instead of of the smaller portion because we couldn’t get enough of it, but it’s very filling. ☺️

i went for the monday bogo on wings. got 12 wings for about 12 dollars. I got the buffaque flavor. it was amazing. Blue cheese was fresh and had big chunks of blue cheese in it. The waitress was so nice, she asked if was on lunch break. I said yes so she brought my order out right away. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks for the great lunch, service and tasty wings. Will definitly have to try the brisket next.

My 12 year old son got the Kid's Cheeseburger with Broccoli and when he took a bite of the burger, his eyes lit up like he had never tasted anything like it before and then he just looked up at me and smiled then he said this. "Dad, this is the best burger I've ever had". He was finished with his broccoli and burger in less than 10 minutes, he didn't even wanna have dessert or stop and get icecream somewhere because he didn't want to get rid of the taste in his mouth. I was and still am very surprised. Great job! We will definitely be coming more often. Whoever cooked his burger did more than an outstanding job! Smokey Bones is awesome! To all the parents out there, bring your child here. On top of all this, the service and friendliness was awesome to the top! Keep doing what your doing Smokey Bones!

The ribs I had were delectable. I was in search of comfort food and they delivered! Jay was my server and she was amazing!

lucy was either having a bad night or needs a new job. we never received our appetizer. only 2 refills in the whole hour we waited for our food, which the entree was cold but the sides were hot ? no checking in, she kept disappering and it was like she kept purposely avoiding her tables and only asked if we needed anything when we were leaving... perfect example on why tips are indeed optional.

Usually happy with chain. But pulled pork luke warm, beans great, cornbread great, roasted corn grey n idd. Suggest using frozen corn, not canned. Warn about nuts in the butter for corn bread.

Well, I got a to-go order, but the food is always good so I’m sure I’ll be really happy with it when I get a chance to eat. Nikki was my bartender while I waited for my precious cargo to be ready. Nikki was an awesome bartender. The beef brisket was phenomenal. The first ribeye was overdone but they made it right. Great experience.

I got door dash and spent 33 including tip. This may have been the best doir dash ever especially for the price. I will definitely be ordering again. So much flavor can’t believe I could get a 1/2 rack ribs, Ma n cheese, loaded potato, and they threw in some delicious garlic bread I didn’t know about.

Jessenia was my sever and she was the absolute G.O.A.T. She had jokes, great customer service and never had to be told twice what our orders were. She always checked on us to make sure we were good, and I have never met a waiter that could remember my name including my family FIRST try. She also made me a cake for my birthday with my name on it. Jessenia is a w waiter.

Absolute garbage! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Waitresses super rude and forgetful with our food. Never got certain food items we ordered. And the food we did order came missing items. This place sucks and I now understand why the place was so empty.

Updated from 4 to 2 stars since last coming here 10 months ago. Food quality has gone way down. Also, seems like the options are more limited and heavier priced than before? Portions sizes are noticeably smaller too. I got the Stew this round and it was super sweet and possibly microwaved (bowl hot but soup was chilly and like warm). Probably won’t be back for a while. Also seems to be some operational issues with the food quality, communication with servers, systems being down, and the outside metal roofing is not maintained.

The food and service was great! We had Nicole. She was really good an efficient. Would highly recommend 👌

The main corse tasted very good.The only thing was the donuts, they were not donut shaped they were burnt balls of cinnamon and sugar. The dough tasted like raw pancake mix.The service was fast and the main meal was good it was the donuts that got us. The atmosphere was ok it smelt weird, the beer smelt strange.
